Fast delivery, but that's it. Although I can not do anything for the faulty delivery, you do not take care of my cause individually. I should exercise my right of return. A replacement item is not available because the item is no longer in stock. Funny, why can I still order it online? To pay the shipping costs again (which I will probably be sitting on anyway)? This is not a satisfactory customer service. I have now ordered directly from the manufacturer in England and now also save here.

The products arrived very quickly. In addition, the customer service was very nice (called before ordering because of the corona crisis).
The packaging was also very robust so that the products are well protected. I'm more than satisfied and would like to order from babyjoe again!

Arrived like this, you really find a very small selection.
prices, descriptions or anything else are not available. each time we had to call a saleswoman who neither had time to serve us, although we were the only customers in the store. For every question, the unfriendly lady had to go to the pc to check the price etc.
the station wagon, which we saw online the night before, because we actually drove to you, apparently no longer existed. Both sellers looked online and said it was no longer on offer. she said, yes that can happen quickly with us and it is gone. out of the store, i looked for myself, and lo and behold, the set was still available online, of course, even in several colors.
well, so we came up with the idea of buying several thousand francs from them, and went shopping without any.

I have used the webshop more times, with more payment types, all went good. Even when part of the order was not available, the rest came already and it was sent after.
The only issue is the the website is not very mobile friendly, which nowadays is really a must.

I ordered 4 items. When they hadn't arrived after a month, I made a phone call. The operator, who was not so nice, referred me to the supplier and pointed out that the item is currently not available. I just wanted to find out if something went wrong. As a leading online shop, an email would be appropriate after at least four weeks. I had to register in the online shop itself, but I cannot see the order status. A lot must still happen if the company wants to assert itself on the market. Above all, customer feedback should be taken very seriously.
Addendum: fairly, you have to say that the company apologized and sent a voucher with the goods.

We ordered a children's room 3 months ago. This was also delivered after 5 weeks. Unfortunately faulty. Since then we have been waiting for the missing package to be able to set up the wardrobe. The child should come in 3 weeks. Even after repeated telephone inquiries, I never received a concrete answer to the expected delivery. One is put off, the matter is forwarded and we would get a call back immediately. However, I never got a call back. Unfortunately I made another order. Again, this was only partially delivered to us. And again we don't get any information when the pending delivery arrives. I have never experienced such bad customer service, which does not respond to complaints or complaints at all. Apparently no value is placed on customer satisfaction and the customer is left completely in the dark. I would never buy anything here again !!!

We shop at babyJoe every month and we are very happy with the products and the fast delivery.

I was very disappointed with the store in Wil. The web site is full of beds, viking tables and other articles so we thought great we go over and buy mall for 2000-3000 for an extra 120km driven there 3 beds are available and about 30 strollers. No selection of nothing the shop was left after 3 minutes.
You want to see the beautiful products live on the website you can't buy a complete baby room online without having seen it. Very disappointed that you can do better and maybe rent a bigger shop but each one his own.

I've already ordered a few times and have never been disappointed, great offers, you can find everything here, delivery was never a problem for us. The new website also works even better, except when it is not possible via Chrome. The credit card option does not work with my Mi browser (Handy Redmi) and an invoice is not offered. Switch to Chrone and everything works. (Mi does not work on many other websites either)

Very large assortment! Articles in different price categories and a clear page. Delivery times are always met. Except for baby clothing, we used everything there for the initial equipment of our baby.

Hompage is easy to see through. Orders with an invoice there you can try 2 large orders and if they don't fit, send them back without waiting for return money.

Good goods, but of course a much larger selection online and cheaper. The consultant was not very competent, we bought strollers and she wanted to sell additional rain protection, although it was already included :)
