Since I had never received a message about this, I was wondering where it was ... in the delivery note, at the bottom, the reference that this was "no longer available". Horror from order to refund. We ordered a stroller - online because of the fast availability. He was delivered with a broken mattress and broken bowl. After complaining a replacement was agreed. After several calls, the customer service informed that the item is no longer available and the tub is ordered directly by the supplier. Several weeks and calls later, a false tub was delivered. Since the tub was also black, we were then advised to use this tub as a replacement for the defective tub - we would finally have 2 (wrong / defective) tubs. The original tub could not be delivered to us anymore. After back and forth we were promised a credit of CHF 100. Of course, several calls followed again due to the lack of payment.
I totally discount this shop. Especially when the birth date is imminent and time is running out, you depend on a reliable shop. If you want to save the stress, you should avoid BabyJoe.

Have in May 16 many items for the original equipment purchased, including a station wagon. Delivery time Homepage were 2-3 weeks, I got the baby bath after repeated inquiries after 2.5 months. The footboard was missing from the beginning of the screw plug what I immediately reported by mail - <This week I got this after almost 4 months and xxx Mails!

The best were definitely the 2 reminders although I paid with cash in advance !!

I drove there from afar because of a car seat. First of all, were hardly greeted properly! After that we had to pay 1.- for a mask because otherwise they cannot advise. All well and good. However, we were not advised at all. The seller had said at most 5 words. Great. She really went out of her way to explain or show us something. Very bad! Unappealing saleswoman. Overall, was very disappointed and angry that I drove until then for nothing. I will never set foot in it again.

I really can not understand the bad reviews. Last Monday we have an order (changing table & cot) worth 1300.00 CHF triggered. The next day we called the customer service to inquire about whether the order was received. Since we were quite skeptical about the reviews, we called the customer service the next day. The co-worker has assured us that everything is ok and the order is sent in the same week. We received our goods in very good condition after 4 days. When assembling I had no problems and no components were missing. Conclusion: Do not let the bad comments influence you. Nobody is perfect! Again and again I will fall back on the company. Thank you baby boy!

Actually high quality product is defective upon delivery. Delivery of the replacement part takes over 4 weeks and is not the correct part. The support and communication of Babyjoe, however, was exemplary.

Ordered 2 items, of which one wasn t available for a long time (although) listed on the website that it was.

Returned one of the 2 items, received a confirmation that the item was received and refund going to be made.

3 month later still didn t receive the refund. Called the helpdesk, one very friendly employee and one not so.

They said the refund still had to be processed and it was going to happen before Christmas.

Unfortunately did not happen.

I highly doubt if anything had happened when I called, but no difference because still didn t receive the refund.

Be careful ordering here, because if you return your item they don t refund you!

Edit: After 4 months the refund has been made, although for unclear reasons they deducted a little amount. Honestly cant be bothered chasing them about it, but it shows their way of working.

The delivery time for the product was 2 weeks. No reaction after 4 weeks. Reaching someone by phone only after several attempts. Product should be delivered at the end of the month. No delivery. Call again. Product to be delivered late next month. Didn't want to wait, chose an alternative product that was a little cheaper. This was delivered. No refund of the difference after 4 weeks. Write emails and call again. Then finally transfer an amount to my account, but not the entire amount !! Nobody can be reached again by phone .....

Here you can just make a big compliment. Always friendly and incredibly competent. Above all, there is really everything there. The store itself has a manageable assortment on display, however, they seem to have everything that is available in the online store in stock. I would really like to see this camp. That must be huge. I suppose that's where the amber room is located somewhere.
The good thing is, if you want to look at a product and not sure if it is issued, you call the day before. Then everything is made ready and you can look at it the same day. That's really great!
What is also awesome: If you see a purchased good somewhere cheaper, you get the difference in BabyJoe as a voucher refunded. That's what I call customer focus and customer loyalty!
The only and really only negative are the postage costs. No matter if I order an amber necklace, which fits in an envelope or a 2m mattress ..... the postage is always CHF 7.90. That's probably less to BabyJoe than our beloved Post AG.
In short: super shop, large selection, competent specialists. Recommended!

Bicycle seat ordered for baby, did not fit. Return requested, postage of 40.- paid by yourself. Since then we have been terrorized by the funny ladies of Babyjoe. Until today's debt enforcement threat, although in the meantime 8 times on the phone ("yes, we have a little problems with the returns, we cancel the reminder, of course"). Is it the East Swiss dialect, is it missing windows in their headquarters or is it even lacking in modest intellect? No matter, the facts have been clarified, Postal delivered as a return, we still have to worry about everything ;-)

Previously, we had made a two-digit turnover there for two years without any problems (of course, paid on time) and now on the first return such circumstances arise. Unbelievable also the impudence of the funny east swiss ladies on the telephone. We do not want to continue to support this with good money. Therefore, we strongly advise against buying online from Babyjoe (based on experience).
