Worst online shop experience ever. Do not trust de...

Worst online shop experience ever. Do not trust delievery times. If you have got any kind of issues, customer support does not reply within reasonalbe time. They even delivered the wrong items. Just avoid to order here... It seems that managements answers good reviews on google plus instead of their own customer support channels!

The baby Joe shop is not recommendable! Half empty shelves, if you want something you have to search in the I Pad article and at least 10min. wait until it is brought from the warehouse and you can look at it ... Then we thought if we pre-ordered everything you could only pick it up at the checkout, even that didn't work !! Had 20min. wait for the pre-ordered items at the checkout !!

Hands off!!! Unfortunately, many things do not work at this shop! Had ordered a car seat and paid this in advance. After weeks I did not hear anything and called, I was told that the seat is no longer available. We then opted for another model, which was more expensive and paid the balance via invoice. However, I was then repeatedly sent reminders about the prepaid amount including debt threat! Although I have responded to any reminder, with the information that I have paid the amount in advance and this was confirmed to me in writing, I still received more reminders! This company has neither the customer service (proactive info, if something is not available) nor its extremely miserable bookkeeping under control !! Think the many other bad reviews speak for themselves! I will certainly never order anything here and can not recommend this store in any way !!

Although one article said that it would only be available from November 30th. is available, everything is already on November 29th. came. Very well informed in advance by email and you also have various options to organize the order in such a way that it suits you (different delivery date etc.)

An absolutely impossible company, the lady on the phone totally unfriendly a disaster I can not understand the good reviews. Please keep your hands off this shop / online shop !!! The prices are not so cheap compared to the time it takes to get everything in order. Elsewhere I pay the same and get great service. Wanted to form my own opinion and unfortunately did not trust the negative reviews. Now I was wrong.

In my opinion, the following experiences are unworthy of a Swiss online shop for Swiss products!

- No response after 4 working days, when the delivery is made, although delivery is guaranteed in 1-2 working days
- The inventory is incorrectly declared - For some articles, the notice during the selection process even worked that only 3 of the four selected products will be delivered. Nevertheless, the delivery of the items marked as immediately available in the order confirmation did not take place because the allegedly available quantity cannot be delivered after all.
- Responds to the request for provision with the option of whether the goods should be delivered in 14 days or whether you want to do without it.
- Is unwilling to guarantee a delivery in one working day despite an indication of misconduct.

I am extremely disappointed with this business practice. I do not recommend ordering from this company to anyone interested.

Great assortment. However, the delivery times will not be met without notification. You will only be informed about the delivery delay upon request. A reminder is simply sent even though the order was paid for by credit card. An impudence!! The employee on the phone is still very unprofessional and disrespectful I really don't know how this rating of 4.7 comes about. Fortunately, there are other great baby specialty stores. Never again !!!

We ordered online and the product was marked as available in about one week. More than 3 weeks later it's still not here. I called after two weeks and they promised it would be there the following week. Didn't arrive. Called again and they said the next day. Still not there. Called again and they said again the next day. And again nothing!
They are absolutely clueless in terms of inventory management and tracking orders. They literally told us that the availability per the is not accurate. For a primarily web-based business this is shocking. Never ordering here again.

Unfortunately, I'm not at all satisfied with today's customer service. I had to log in with the login and the old address was still recorded. Only after printing Confirm on the payment did I notice the wrong address. I promptly called customer service and was told that the address would be available immediately after the order no. is changed so that it is sent to the new address without any problems. Now I receive an email stating that the address could not be changed and that I have to redirect the package to DPD for an address change. Why did that happen? Probably because the customer service employee has not changed the address, forgot or whatever ... After a call, they also confirmed to me that it must have expired something like this.

Now I have to wait until the evening until the consignment no. comes by email in order to be able to redirect the DPD. Which in turn means that tomorrow delivery is not guaranteed and that I have to buy a present for my boy as an alternative.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a bicycle trailer and they wouldn't price match another CH website even though their websites states they offer a price guarantee. In the end we cancelled the order and after 1 month we are still waiting for over 1000 fr to be returned. We have called several times and they always say it will be sent soon and it is delayed.

Edit...Finally received it after more than a month waiting. Very very poor and I would not recommend using their service.

Great baby portal and you can really find everything and that at great prices! We have already ordered a few times and will do it again in the future. Delivery is always super fast. Only the processing costs could be omitted completely or omitted from a smaller order value! Because sometimes you just need some toys that don't reach CHF 100. Have found in the online shop the matching article and since this was equal to down immediately struck. 3 days after ordering everything completely, well packed and arrived perfectly. The shop itself is super easy to use and the customer service has made a great effort to answer our questions which we still had completely.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THIS PLACE! Absolutely shocking service received, I honestly don't know how this company is still in business. I've been waiting 10 days for items I ordered online. After chasing numerous ignored emails and multiple phonecalls, I am still no closer to getting my items. Why state 1-2 day delivery and not even come close to achieving that? If you'd just been honest and said I'd have to wait 1week, 2 weeks etc I could have dealt with that but it's the constant lying that is so frustrating. I've been promised my order would arrive the next day multiple times and....nothing!

What a disservice you have done to parents and children with your shambolic company. You should be ashamed!!

We were there about a week ago to buy a suitable bed. Customer service didn't really advise us.
We only bought a few toys because we drove there from Zurich.
It is best to only order online!
