I live in Las Vegas, but found a car I liked at AutoNation Subaru West so I gave them a call. I talked w Sarah and she gave me the info on the car and we talked about a test drive. I got an email later that day with a detailed price quote and their 'no haggle' pricing policy. I talked to Cory a day later to get some dealer specifics and he was also a great help. I made it to the dealership a couple days later and Sarah had everything ready for a test drive when I arrived. Once I decided to buy it, the process was pretty straight forward, simple and took about an hour.
From first contact to driving away, everyone I dealt with at AutoNation Subaru West was friendly, professional and very helpful through the whole process. There were no 'hard sells' or 'good cop/bad cop' personalities at all during the process. Overall, we got a great car for a good price and had a great used car sales experience. Thanks Sarah, Cody, Rob and everyone at AutoNation Subaru West.

We just bought our second Forester! Our 2006 has 135k miles and still runs great and we are giving it to our son. Our experience buying a new car at Nationwide was exceptional. We had very helpful salesman, manager, finance and service people.

Just bought a 2017 Subaru Forester from AutoNation Subaru West. The sales staff was very helpful and when I didn't have the best experience with the initial salesperson, the staff was very nice and willing to help me. That's the only reason why I decided to buy the vehicle from them instead of going to another dealership.
I'm only giving them 4 stars because the Finance Manager and my husband got into a heated discussion regarding upgrades, which we refused. I didn't appreciate it and was upset with that particular experience.
I have friends who have bought vehicles from this dealership and they say that the service is wonderful.

About an hour west of Denver, 5 or 6 dashboard lights came on in our 2014 Subaru Forrester. It looked bad, so we called AutoNation for their advice and was told to get our car in for a diagnostic. So instead of heading up to our home in Fort Collins, we stopped at AutoNation. Even on this short notice they had in and out with an hour or so and we told there was no charge as the labor needed would be covered under the car's warranty. Very professional, prompt and friendly service.

Don Wright and the entire team at Subaru Auto Nation were extremely helpful and easy to work with on the purchase of my first car. Don took the time to search for the right vehicle for me and then, at the dealership, he explained everything on the automotive side, and the business department explained the financial part. So far I really love my Impreza and am glad we made the trip to Golden to work with Auto Nation and with Don. Thank you for making my purchase so easy and fun!

Andrew was helpful, without being pushy, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was no pressure. AFTER the sale (and almost after hours), and without being asked, Andrew walked Carol through the bells and whistles related to the controls--beyond the call and very beneficial. Marty, the finance guy, was courteous, explained the fine print in understandable English rather than in finance jargon, and did not push us to buy add-ons that we did not need or want.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my first Subaru from AutoNation Subaru West this weekend. A meticulous search of Subaru dealers from Cheyenne to Pueblo lead my search to this location. Because they offer some great deals, especially on used vehicles, some of their cars sell fast! I had some very unfortunate luck when two separate vehicles I understood were reserved for me were sold to other customers. When I found out the second vehicle had been sold I was distraught and, quite frankly, an emotional mess. (pro tip: If you reserve a vehicle with them online it may help to give them a call to double-check!) Kenneth was my sales representative and he was extremely professional throughout the experience. Kenneth and his management team offered exceptional customer service and were willing to work with me to make things right. I've called twice during the week, 10a/3p, have yet to speak with anyone besides the operator who transferred me to the same dept that I had transferred myself to prior, left VMs for the assumed person in charge for scheduling appointments. Hasn't returned my calls. Tried calling today (Sat. 4p) and the same situation. GM + the operators supervisor is out as well. I've got a recall notice and don't see that as an option when using their online booking system, so I'm stuck calling them or have to drive further out to another one when this one is 10 miles away.

I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision, and Dennis was great about providing me with all the financial information I needed to make my final selection. I had a pretty good experience. I bought a used 2004 Honda CR-V and really like the car. The only thing I didn't like about the experience was the two weeks it took them to get the parts to fix the locks cuz the car didn't lock. I also feel like it took longer then it should have when it came to signing the financial paperwork because they had someone who was training do mine, I have nothing against the guy training it's just I'm a single parent and needed to get my son to bed so it felt like it took an unnecessary long time.

I was not pressured into getting additional services, the cost was in line with regional norms, and service was prompt. Also, Jon was professional and practiced fantastic communication. Had a salesman who seemed not to be familiar with the Forester I was looking for ... he was more interested in talking about a keyless lock. When I showed him the color I wanted he went out and got a medium blue color ... not the light blue I wanted. When I did show him the color I wanted he blandly said "oh, that's not offered for Foresters". I had driven to your location from beyond Conifer. I don't know why he couldn't have told me that light/pale blue wasn't offered and saved me quite a drive. This is the first poor experience I have had with Autonation Subaru West. Needless to say I walked out very disappointed.

This dealership was in possession of a unique auto that I could not find anywhere else in the country. They accommodated me in negotiating a good price on the vehicle and arranging for the shipment of the vehicle to my home. Andrew was very attentive in following up with me during the delivery processes and walking me through the car's features. I have bought/leased many cars over the last 30 years, including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Lexus and Jaguar products and have never had a better experience than the one associated with this lease.

I bought my first Subaru at AutoNation West in over 30 years and LOVE IT! My salesman was Tim Andrews who was over the top knowledgeable and could answer every question I fired at him. His experience and patience allowed me to take time to think about my decisions. I never felt rushed or forced to make a choice. He took time to take me on 4 test drives to answer my questions and help me to become familiar with all the features of each car. Once I made a choice, he helped us pair up our phones to the car's screen. . He was wonderfully thorough and made sure I understood what and how all the features worked. We reviewed the maintenance, warranty and owners manuals so I knew where to find the information I might need. He also assured me that he'd stay in touch and would always be available to answer any of my questions at any time...which he has lived up to already in the first few days. Tim felt more like a helpful friend, rather than the stereotypical salesmen. Tim is professional, knowledgeable and has a relaxed and easy personality. He gets a 15 on a scale of
1-10 in my book. I love my Subaru and look forward to driving it. I highly recommend AutoNation Subaru West as a first stop to buying a Subaru...it will not only be your first but I believe it will be your last stop, saving you precious time and money.

I used their reservation form and quickly was able to get an appointment to see my auto selection. Our salesman RJ was warm and caring, unique qualities to find in this line of work. He had the car ready to be viewed. After a test drive we purchased it on the spot.

My experience at AutoNation Subaru was outstanding from the time I came and test drove a Forester with Dennis Sharon as my salesman to Cwhen I drove it off the lot. Bob Messmore was the finance manager and was also, very helpful. I wanted a Bronze colored car and they happened to have one coming in on a truck due any day and it arrived late on Monday and I was able to pick it up on Wed. That was what worked for my schedule. I am hoping the car is as great as the service! I would definitely recommend shopping there.

My recent service call went as schedule and was done very well and timely as I thought I had an appointment at 9 am. It turned out it wasn't on their schedule, but they took me and carried everything out in a timely fashion. Thanks so much

I didn t feel pressured at all and he was the ONLY salesperson from any dealership that continually sent me vehicles within the specifications I was looking for, I really appreciated his efforts in helping find the perfect car! Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting AutoNation Subaru West in search of my first car. Having it been my first car buying experience, I was a bit nervous and unsure as to what this process looked like. Fortunately, I had the help of Bradford Mazur, a sales associate at this location. Not only was Brad able to answer all my questions, but was able to provide me with a great deal of knowledge on the cars I had my eye on. Further, he was especially polite and patient with me throughout the entire process, being sure to keep in touch with me about any information he thought would be useful to me throughout the week of my car search. Never once did I feel he was being pushy - He simply wanted to make sure I was being provided with the information I needed in order to find the perfect car for me. Although I ended up finding a car elsewhere, I would recommend this dealership and Bradford to any of my friends and family. I respect and value the high level of professionalism and care for customers this business and it s people provide.

I had at least 6 warning lights come on so I drove my Tribecca directly to the Autonation service department around 11 am. I was not told at the time that there would be any problems getting to my vehicle. I received a call at 5 that evening that they had not been able to work on my vehicle. I called the service department the next morning and was told they could not tell me if they would get to it that day or the next or when they would be able to get to it as vehicles that had come in with appointments were taking priority. I told them to cancel the service and picked my vehicle up. This has happened to me 2 other times in the past couple of years. In addition, when I have needed to get my car worked on immediately such as when my radiator crapped out, I have been told that they would not be able to work on my vehicle for at least a couple of weeks. When the service department accepts a vehicle with a good idea that they will not be able to get to it and they do not inform the customer, all they do is end up pissing people off. As a result, I will no longer take my vehicle to Autonation for service and instead go to another dealer's service department, such as Groove Auto, even though they are less convenient or take it to a smaller, Subaru repair specialist.

Sold me a car that didn't pass emissions, had to take the time to bring it back, get it serviced, they couldn't fix it so they sent it to Honda next door. Service manager didn't wanna give me a rental and said nothing was available. But as soon as I talk to a manager a rental was in my hands. Ironic isn't it. Called multiple times to get information on gap insurance since car was later totaled and I couldn't even get a call back even when I reached out to the director. I will never buy nor recommend anyone to come here. Sales man was friendly, management consistently gave me a hard time.

I tried to get the finance department to complete all the paperwork with the final negotiating over extras, warranty, et al., and they wouldn't, with a lame excuse that my vehicle wasn't in their system yet. All of that negotiation & sales COULD have been concluded, and the final purchase been completed in an hours less time. Do they think that with more time to think about their window insurance, the various warranties, etc. we would make different decisions?

Overall the customer service was really good, especially after a grease stain was left on my passenger seat by accident after my car was serviced for what it went in for. Jennifer in the service department responded right away when they opened and had me bring it back in to get cleaned and detailed. They took care of the issue quickly and provided a loaner for the hassle. I will bring my car back to this location.

My first experience with this dealer as there was a recall on my Forester. They were delayed in fixing the car so it had to stay an extra day. Asked them to look things over and see how the belts looked, they reported a min charge of $100 to do ANYTHING, even look for obvious issues via a visual inspection. I don't understand why dealers are the most expensive option for the least amount of work. Poor communication as well. This was their opportunity to earn my business and they failed to do so. I don't recommend working with them.

I came in after 2 unsuccessful weekends to 2 other Subaru dealers. Tim spent so much time with me to help me decide which car would best suit me. He even went with me on TWO test drives of the same car. Bob is hilarious and highly entertaining. People talk about buying a car being such a painful experience. I am 100% sure that if I had gone anyplace else, it would have been. I am so happy and extremely satisfied!

My heart was set on a Legacy which took more than one visit to the dealership to find and Fred was available every step of the way.

I have tried to get my car in for service 3 times now. Their wait is always 2 to 3 weeks. It s silly that I keep trying. I went to a different Subaru dealership and asked how long the wait is to get an oil change, they said they can have my car done same day less then a hour.
