I recently purchased a 2008 Scion XB from Marty Martinez. I found the car on Craiglist and Marty contacted me immediately after I submitted questions on the car. The finance application was done online so paper work was very minimal when I arrived at the dealership. The finance guy was great and I did purchase an extended warranty because it was a great deal. I live in Pueblo and the two hour drive was completely worth it! Marty is an honest straight to the point salesman. Call and ask for him!

Amazing service! Honored car warranty even though car from out of state and former service vehicle. Comfortable waiting lounge where customers can safely socially distance. Will definitely be coming back if our car has any issues over the next couple of years. Highly recommended.
I really like taking my Subaru to this dealership for all the oil changes and other needs (rotating tires, small problems). They get the work done in a timely manner and the customer service is excellent.
Autonation Subaru West was overall great when I came in to service my Subaru. They communicated with me well and got my car through its multiple repairs and oil change quickly. Worst service I have ever received My 2011 Forester was recalled for excessive oil consumption. They replaced the engine and it is using oil as much as it ever did. Matt in the service department keeps making up excuses, telling me that Subaru's use oil which is total BS. When I showed him the spark plugs with burnt on oil deposits, he told me it was bad gasoline. Won't go back there for service ever again.
I honestly would not ever consider doing business with any other dealer, even with the online car purchasing options. This is the second time I have purchased a car from Auto Nation and it is because of how they treat customers why I return to them. Muhammad and Chris were honest, nice, and got me in and out as fast as they could. My next car purchase will be with Auto Nation, they have earned my trust and loyalty through both purchases.
These folks are great. My family has been buying and getting our Subarus serviced here for a long time. Always courteous, they do a good job and the cars get serviced quickly. No reason really to go anywhere else to deal with Subaru stuff.
Recently bought a new Outback from Susan. She truly was the most professional sales person I had dealt with. Met all of my requirements and was more than happy to help. Also has made herself available after sale to answer any question I have had.
Unprofessional staff. I called in and asked to see a car I was interested in and confirme they had it. However they did not and proceeded to sell me cars I was not in the market for. Going to this lot was a complete waste of time. On the test drive the salesman kept touching my well and turned into the next lane and was trying to crash the car again showing me features I did not want. I called the GM 4 times and no answer

All the staff that we worked with to purchase and finance our new vehicle were very friendly, easy going, and very straight forward. We are very pleased with the overall experience. Our sales guide, Allen Sziklas, was very helpful, and he was kind and patient while we test drove three of the flagship vehicles. His easy going approach is greatly appreciated. The test drives really helped us hone in on the right vehicle for our family. AutoNation offered us a screaming deal on the 2017 Outback Premium, and in the color configuration we wanted. The staff that we did not deal with directly were also friendly and welcoming. This is my second Subaru (purchased my first back in 2005, and still own it!), and I really admire the way that Subaru does business. Their approach and philosophy is very similar to my own, working to earn your trust and developing a long-term relationship. I also very much appreciate that Allen took the time to go over the (many!) features and functions of the vehicle, and he even helped us pair our phones to the audio/computer system. He is a great salesman and ambassador for the Brand. All car dealerships should operate this way!

Awesome experience!!! I have been looking for car for 4 years and the last three times I went to a dealership the car was either sold while I was waiting to test drive or the salesman was incredibly pushy and rude. AutoNation Subaru was a great experience in comparison. The atmosphere was casual and at no point did I feel pressured.
I set up a test drive with Noel and he was really relaxed with getting me in and very helpful. I couldn't find the CarFax on the car, so Noel emailed me a scanned copy. Took maybe 20 minutes to get to me. I was also pretty high maintenance with scheduling a test drive. I called three times in the span of an hour to change times. Each time Noel was really patient. When I got there, he was with another customer so instead I did a test drive with Rob. The car I looked at was perfect and Rob just let me and my friend do our thing and talk about the car as we test drove. There wasn't any BS and he didn't try to over-sell me on the car at all. The car sold itself. When I got back to the dealership I did paper work and bought the car. Rob was pretty fun to work with and we were just talking and cracking jokes. It was really casual and fun. There was no haggling, no trying to sell me stuff I didn't want/ need, and the price I was offered was exactly what I saw online. The price was fair and the best I had seen so far. I came back three days later with insurance and drove off with a car I could not be happier with. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. :)
I liked the appointment feature and was geeted with a friendly smile. Th ey were very prompt in handling my servie order and since I was going to wait, they provided a comfortable waiting area. I was surprised how quickly the work was completed and I was able to schedule my next service in six months. Thaks again for great service.
This place was dirty and old and the salesperson we worked with was slow and unhappy. It made the experience miserable and we ran away to Mike Shaw instead where we bought a new Outback! We were even told that the management was difficult to work for.

Never, ever again will I buy a car here. I was sold a car that had been in an accident and they didn't disclose, had probably been in a flood (didn't disclose), had no brakes left, and barely made it to 120k miles before dying. Fault also shared with the ex husband who wouldn't let me demand carfax or inspect the car, but autonation had a responsibility to inform me of this and they did not.
Not my first time being burned by them, never again.

We were very fortunate to have Tim Andrews as our sales person in 2012 when my husband bought his new Subaru. My 2003 Outback now needed to be retired, and I went looking for Tim. Happily, he was still at Auto Nation in Golden. He spent a good amount of time with my husband and myself on a preliminary visit, giving us an extensive overview of the new Outback. Two weeks later we made an appointment, and Tim competently took us through the rigors of buying the Outback. We picked it up a couple of days later and of course, Tim was there to guide me through the final stages of getting to know the vehicle. For us, Tim was the perfect salesperson. We found all of the staff at AutoNation Subaru kind and courteous. Great place to buy a vehicle!
Showed up to sell my car with an appointment ahead of time. They said from start to finish it would not be more than one hour. Two hours later im still here. I mentioned during the scheduling of my appointment that I have a newborn and need a space to breastfeed privately and when I asked the older female receptionist she suggested taking a chair into the women's bathroom. I was appalled!! Fortunately an employee that looks like a boss offered to let me use the part of his office that is empty and provides discretion.
I'd give 5 stars to the main gentleman that bought my car and 5 to the Boss man that offered his office.
1 star is for the time it took to sell from start to finish and for the clueless receptionist that clearly couldn't come up with a better solution when there were obvious empty offices!!
Lastly that same receptionist was rude and ignored my 17 year old son when he tried to ask her a question on my behalf while I was on the way in with my baby!!
Update: after they realized how long they were taking, the gentleman actually processing the purchase of my vehicle offered me a $25 gift card for gas. He mentioned it was his first time doing this even though we were working with another employee the entire time. Seems like with my expectation of an hour that they basically promised and my communication about having a newborn (strongly mentioned over the phone before appointment), they would do more than just a gas card?
Shame on Autonation Subaru!! Definitely not infant friendly unless you want to keep your baby in the restroom to feed/change. And don't expect an hour time frame if you're selling your car here!!
My husband and I went on on Saturday, May 4th to purchase a 2007 Honda Element. We were paired with Travis who was fantastic! We told him our goals for this soon-to-be camp mobile and he was as excited as we were! We traded in our 2012 Ford F-150, we had been low-balled by other dealerships and walked out. Travis and his team gave us exactly what we were looking for. Whilst purchasing our camp mobile we got a text from a friend to go camping that evening. We told Travis that we were going to exceed our 250 miles warranty today and understood the terms.We were in and out in 3 hours!
While on the road to go camping the check engine light came on (about 20 miles down the road). We immediately contacted Travis (who was very busy) and explained what was going on. He asked to call us back when he slowed down. It was less than 5 minutes when he called back. He gave us the number to Trent, in service and said that we will figure everything out together. I did explain we were serious about the 250 mile warranty expiring that weekend. Travis assured us that we will be ok. I contacted Trent on Monday morning and he got us in on Thursday morning. As we were driving to the dealership to drop it off, the gas light came on. We didn't have time to stop (before work kinda thing). Trent called my husband later that evening and told him that the sensor was on back order and it would be Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week. No problem. Trent called us around noon on Monday and let us know our car was ready. We picked it up around 6:00 pm and the entire bill was covered by the dealership along with a 3/4 tank of gas!
I have never been treated so well at a dealership and I cannot recommend Travis and Trent enough. They were so wonderful and really went above and beyond for their customers. We will be bringing our little camp mobile to you guys from here on out! Thank you!!
Everything went well except I felt there was too much pressure on trying to persuade me to buy extended warranty which would add $7,000 to the price of the car. It's okay to offer it, but too much pressure. Plus a lot of what's in the warranty would be covered by insurance anyway. Shannon was great though.

The no-haggle price means they won't explain why they are asking too much on a car. If you buy a car that's below book, they will make up for it by up-pricing the warranty, in my case by $700 over what other Subaru dealers sell it for. If you let them know right from the start you're not going to be easy to take advantage of, most of the sales people will refuse to help. The 5 day guarantee only works if you don't live out of town and the sales manager will NEVER call you back or answer his phone. Some of the employees were great, but the way the store does business is exactly the way you fear car dealerships operate. Snakey.

I have had a recall for my 2013 Subaru Outback and they tell me not to drive or carry a passenger for it has an exploding airbag that throws shrapnel that can cause death. But they can not fix it for 5 months. It is our only car. I m not sure how many people buy a car and want to make payments and let their only car sit for 5 months and not to drive and they would put us in one of the fleet cars! That was 5 days ago and still no fleet car or response. Service is some of the worst I have ever experienced!!! My son has a Subaru that took there main body shop a 1/2year to fix leaving him with out a car because of they did not have a part. These were our first Subaru s we have ever owned. Love the car but getting them to give good service has been quite a struggle. Bottom line service SUCKS.... Does not make us want to buy another Subaru. Any one else experience such delays in repairs and not having parts for months? Never got any call back they told me I woul revive. Had to keep calling and stay on top of it contacting the state national highway safety administration is the next step. Because I hate the run around.... they need negative stars!

First time service and not fully happy. Took twice as long as expected to complete service. I returned their call to authorize additional repairs and left a voicemail (because nobody picked up), which they claim they did not receive. Unfortunately, it seems like these guys are just too busy and inundated with customers to get it done right.

After walking in the door and being directed to Chris Noll by the delightful receptionist, I was asked to sit down at one of the many tables in the open floor plan dealership and asked about what I was looking for in a vehicle. Not having to sit behind a desk in a dark corner as I have at other dealerships was a nice, comfortable change. I told Chris that I had done some research on my own, and I had come to their dealership to look at the Forester XT and the Outback 3.6R. Chris immediately said no problem, and pulled the two cars out front for a test drive along the I-70 corridor up to the Morrison exit. This really allowed me to see how the vehicles handled, and I was impressed. Chris did not pester me with sales plugs, which I truly appreciated.
I had not planned to buy a car the day that I walked into the dealership, but Chris and his sales manager's willingness to make a deal and intention to let the vehicle speak for itself lead me to trade in my 2014 BMW X5 for an Outback 3.6R.

I went into AutoNation with a good idea of what I wanted, a Crosstrek. My salesman, Allen, was more than helpful throughout the entire process. He's incredibly polite, humbling and nice. I'd certainly ask for Allen again in the future. Not once did I feel pressured or like I was being sold something I did not want. Everyone else I met was just as courteous and friendly!
My husband and I enjoyed working with Michael Burke at AutoNation Subaru West. He was respectful of our time and didn't employ any of the pressure tactics one expects from a salesman when shopping for a vehicle. One thing we particularly enjoyed about shopping at this location is we were able to take test drives up to Genesee to get a real feel for how the vehicle did climbing up HWY 70. The price we agreed upon for our 2017 Forester was fair and competitive with other dealerships in the Metro area. We had to wait less than a couple of weeks for our vehicle to arrive at the dealership and Michael sent us several updates during that time as to its status/ location, even though we had not requested he do so. I was treated very well, and didn't have to wait very long. The service rep listened to me, understood my problem, and was able to fix the issue. I'm very pleased.
Disappointed. Spent $900 to fix brakes and they re still not right. They charge $40 labor for a cabin filter install. They also tried to sell me new tires. The next day after I got the car back there was a screw in my sidewall. Ended up spending $1000 at a tire shop. Too much coincidence for me to trust bringing it back there.
Also took three tries to get the girl friends brakes right. Simplest ASE certification to get and they seem to struggle with it. For the prices dealerships charge it should be done and done right the first time. About the only thing I feel they did right was the oil change.
I love Subaru and I wont ever go anywhere other than AutoNation Subaru West. This is the third time I have leased a car from them. It's the second time I've worked with Allen Sitzkas (sp?). He is awesome...no pressure, very informative and I believe he really cares about his customers.
Well, since all the other autonations in denver were booked out 3 months in advance, I was forced to take my Ford to this Subaru dealer. I booked an appointment. Did they have the filter I needed? Nope. But I wasn t in a hurry and left my vehicle with them to get it taken care of. As far as I could tell all was well, but I had to reset my oil life sensor myself. Oh, and top off my own coolant once I got home and saw they didn t bother. So 3/5 seems about right.

My wife and I had a very good experience getting our 2019 Crosstrek Premium, even considering the almost two hours it took for us to get up there from the Springs on the last Friday afternoon of the year. I called them cold, after having worked for over a week to get the very best price from other area dealerships, but hard a hard time finding the color & trim and options I wanted. Allen S. called shortly after I emailed the dealership with my acceptable offer, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and within 8 hours from the time of initial contact, I was driving home in my new vehicle! Such a smooth experience; Allen was wonderful and did a fantastic job with the sale; Angel handled the finance portion just fine too. I may very well end up driving up to them again for my next car; well worth the trip for their attentive customer service and willingness to work with me based on realistic prices.
