Dan wan the man. Dan Carned. He was kind, patient, attentive to detail, helpful, and extensive in explaining the car features. We had a great test drive. We drove up in the mountain, slammed the breaks, took some fast turns, tried to slide the car on a little ice. Nothing too crazy, but it was a legit test drive. We appreciated his service and knowledge tremendously.

We visited a bunch of dealerships and craig's lists posts, but AutoNation Subaru West was definitely our best experience. I was pretty surprised by that honestly but so it is. We saw a car we liked, called and negotiated price (it was pretty new), came in to see and test drive it, and bought it that night.

Be sure to bring your signature stamp because you will need to sign your name about 50 times. It takes awhile and there is a handoff to a finance manager to talk more pricing options. I wish it were a little faster but overall this place was professional and strait forward.

We would recommend AutoNation West over the other Subaru dealers in Boulder and Longmont. We had good service at the other dealerships too, this was just a notch up.

Eric was extremely helpful from the first moment we walked into the dealership. He allowed me to ask questions and tell him the most important things I wanted in a new car. I never felt pressure and that made it easy to make my decision.
It took under ONE hour to sign the papers and get a brief tutorial on the necessities. The follow-up emails were very helpful as well.
I am 100% satisfied and love my new car!!

I wasn't sure when I went out if I wanted an Outback, or not. I had never driven one. Anne Marie never pressured me in any way. She patiently went about telling me of the features of the car and cheerfully put up with me taking my time over several days before making a decision (including 3 separate test drives). This was a very pleasant car buying experience, not like so many of the horror stories you hear. I recommend them highly.

I recently purchased a 2021 Forrester from AutoNation Subaru in West. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. My salesman Dennis Sharon informative and responsive without being overly pushy or in any way condescending. Unfortunately as a female in the past I have had to deal with some pretty sexist behavior when buying a car. Thankfully I had the exact opposite experience at AutoNation Subaru West.

Bought a 2016 F350 with 67xxx miles on it. On the way home with my 10 week old daughter we experienced a death wobble three times in a row on the freeway so violent my daughter woke up and puked all over herself. I called with my concerns and was assured it passed their "125 point inspection" and "These guy know what they are doing" and trying to justify how big trucks shake. Well needless to say I wasn't going to drive back to golden from springs with a broken truck so I took it to Ford for a second opinion and, well, what do ya know the truck was absolutely not safe to drive. 2153.02$ to fix the front of the truck. I wouldn't be as upset if they righted their wrong, but trying to justify what happened, with my child and wife.. I do not recommend whole heartedly please go somewhere else to buy a used vehicle. These people just want your money. Plain and simple.

I came in thinking I knew what was wrong with my vehicle, but a diagnostic revealed a more complex issue that was going to take a lot of time and money to fix. Luke set me up with a loaner and made a request to Subaru to get the repair covered under warranty. It did end up being covered, and I was kept well-informed every step of the way. This is hands down the best auto service I have experienced. It makes me want to buy another subaru especially since I have now experienced jeep across the street which sucks. It's so important to have good service so consider that when you buy a new vehicle. Subaru rocks and this place is amazing with customer service, kindness, doing only what is needed on my car, and even the shuttle drivers are above and beyond. Love this dealership.

I have had my Subaru serviced here almost a dozen times. I am trying to sell my car currently and I told the interested party that they could refer to this dealer for the records. The dealer told them that they have never done regular maintenance on my vehicle. I lost the sale as a result. My carfax shows all of the services which have been done here and as I already said they were numerous. Now I will never give them my business again and I suggest you do the same

Great Sales and After Sale Service Experience! - Fred Abrey helped us through the process for purchasing our 2012 Honda CR-V. It was pretty much a no pressure atmosphere and Fred answered all of our questions honestly. We left after the first visit and Fred gave us his contact info and just mentioned that if we needed help to find a car we could call him. Probably a week later, I came back in to see if the car was still available. (During this time I didn't receive any harassing followup calls as I had in the past from other dealers.) The car was available and purchase went smoothly if not a bit slow as is always the case with loan paperwork.

Fast forward to two weeks later, and we saw a spot on the windshield high on the passenger's side we hadn't noticed before. Thinking it was dirt (or worse) I tried to rub it off but if didn't come clean. Instead it turned out it was some kind of sloppy patch from the previous owner to fix a stone chip in the windshield! We had missed it because of the location and some signage was on the car when we test drove it.

I called Fred and he checked with his manager and much to our surprise, Autonation Suburu agreed to replace the windshield! We just had the windshield replaced yesterday and wanted make sure that we sing Fred and team's praises!

Highly recommend these guys! The AutoNation philosophy of checking the car thoroughly and replacing anything broken (in our case, a bad battery) really gave us piece of mind! Thanks again!

My wife and I recently had the great pleasure of working with Tim, Jill and Rusty at AutoNation Subaru West. Not only were they attentive over the months-long decision process as we were deciding what we wanted but when it came time to purchase, they were friendly, highly knowledgeable and very accommodating. Purchasing a car is always stressful, and we aren't the typical target demographic for most dealerships (no lease or loans, no warranties, extras, etc). We were treated with respect and the team came together to make the purchase hassle free, a VERY big deal in my book. This is a company who very obviously works to treat their customers well. Our last two purchases have been from here and we look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Mary Lynne was a good match for my picky nature. She listened carefully and provided input and options based upon my needs. She didn't hard sell me and didn't push me in any particular direction. I was ready for a "car dealership-fight" when I walked in, but did not have to endure that with Mary Lynne or the dealership. I appreciated the experience and feel like they will support and standby the product they sell now that it is mine. I love my 2014 forester.

My husband and I went on on Saturday, May 4th to purchase a 2007 Honda Element. We were paired with Travis who was fantastic! We told him our goals for this soon-to-be camp mobile and he was as excited as we were! We traded in our 2012 Ford F-150, we had been low-balled by other dealerships and walked out. Travis and his team gave us exactly what we were looking for. Whilst purchasing our camp mobile we got a text from a friend to go camping that evening. We told Travis that we were going to exceed our 250 miles warranty today and understood the terms.We were in and out in 3 hours!

While on the road to go camping the check engine light came on (about 20 miles down the road). We immediately contacted Travis (who was very busy) and explained what was going on. He asked to call us back when he slowed down. It was less than 5 minutes when he called back. He gave us the number to Trent, in service and said that we will figure everything out together. I did explain we were serious about the 250 mile warranty expiring that weekend. Travis assured us that we will be ok. I contacted Trent on Monday morning and he got us in on Thursday morning. As we were driving to the dealership to drop it off, the gas light came on. We didn't have time to stop (before work kinda thing). Trent called my husband later that evening and told him that the sensor was on back order and it would be Tuesday or Wednesday of the next week. No problem. Trent called us around noon on Monday and let us know our car was ready. We picked it up around 6:00 pm and the entire bill was covered by the dealership along with a 3/4 tank of gas!

I have never been treated so well at a dealership and I cannot recommend Travis and Trent enough. They were so wonderful and really went above and beyond for their customers. We will be bringing our little camp mobile to you guys from here on out! Thank you!!

I was a little skeptical because of how bad the Subaru Silverthorne CO dealership treated me, but this dealership is awesome overall. Happy & respectful staff, they don't change your numbers after you had agreed with them, very clean facility & had great amenities. Highly Recommended!

A purchased a used 2005 Subaru Outback for my 16 year old granddaughter. I went for the Subaru reputation, safety features and dependability. I wanted to buy from an individual. After looking for several weeks and not finding what I was looking for I called Allen at Go-Subaru in Golden, CO. Told him what I was looking for and budget. Within a week he called me to tell me about this car. It's was in my budget and priced below Kelley Blue Book suggested retail price. I had warned him that I was not wiling to spend countless hours going back and forth to make the deal. He respected this and made sure the negotiations went quickly and smoothly. I was taken to the Before leaving the lot with the car he explain in detail the operations, safety and other features. I was introduced to the Service Manager and set up the first appointment for one of four included oil changes. I've been a Chevy person for years. When I am ready to trade in current car I believe I will be getting a new Subaru. I will definitely go back to this dealership and Allan. Thank you Allan and Go-Subaru.

1/28- A response to Auto Nations scripted response. They are asking me to call the General Manager, AGAIN!!. As the following review indicates I have over 12 calls and texts to him, his dealership staff, and their corporate office. No reply to any. Why would this be different. I understand that Brian Murphy is a very "important" person being the GM of a Automobile dealership and all. There are only fifty thousand plus dealerships in the USA so he is part of a very elite group. In "His" elite position you can not expect him to pick up the phone much less put a envelope in the mail to "Just do the right thing".

In 2020 I was involved with 4 transactions at Auto Nation. 3 where new car purchases and 3 of the 4 where at Brian Murphys location. 2 were for my sons and one was for a 30 year friend. My experience would indicate that Brian Murphy is not a man of his word. He exemplifies everything bad that you hear about unethical, low integrity auto sales people from the old days. Most sales people today are just trying to make a living and DO THE RIGHT THING . Not Brian Murphy.
Brian Murphy has owed me what is a small amount of money since Aug.31,2020. Most people let it go but he promised me that and it is the principal. His location has now taken my drivers license and personal info. twice to facilitate this. He refuses to DO THE RIGHT THING as promised and send it to me.
AutoNation Corporate help line is of no, zero help. No one ever returns the call, they do not care and there is no resolution there.
I believe that most AutoNations are trying to DO THE RIGHT THING however I would be hesitant to trust and expect that Brian Murphy at this location will do as he has promised. You can buy a Subaru or any vehicle anywhere. Just do not purchase it at this location while he is in charge.

l was looking my car all over the car dealers and internet and get tired, then my friend recommended a sales person: Vladimir Conrado, he made my life so much easier! l would go to him at first place if l knew it! he don't play price game back and forth, very honest, very patiently answer my questions, after all the comparisons( l will never go to Arapahoe Subaru again, very tricky place) l decided buy from him, and he delivered my car to my door! made my day so much better.
He offered all after sales service to me, anytime l can text him and call him for services, highly recommend to my customers and family and friends.

I have purchased numerous vehicles for my business and personally through the years from different dealerships in the Denver area. This time I contacted nearly 12 dealerships looking for a particular truck. Fred with AutoNation Subaru West was the only one that stayed in touch with me for over 2 months and then found the very specific truck I was looking for. His partner Tim and Fred were friendly, helpful and put this deal together in one hour and I was out the door. Purchasing through Fred, Tim and AutoNation Subaru West was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend Fred, Tim and AutoNation Subaru West for anyone looking for a vehicle, I'm sure you will be glad you did.

My first visit to Autonation was just to look at Subarus. Esteban was the first salesman to approach us. I told him right away I was just looking. He showed us the choices and then answered my questions in such a straight-- forward manner that I felt I could trust this seemingly honest salesman--a different experience for me (I am old enough to have shopped for and bought a number of cars over the years). Our test drive went very well, Esteban being so helpful in explaining all the aspects of the car (often more than once when I asked!). He owns an old Subaru and was so enthusiastic about how long it has lasted and what a good car it has been. By the time we left the dealership, I had decided that if I was to buy a Subaru, this was the salesman I would go through. I wasn't able to return to the dealership for a number of days but when I did, we went through some price negotiations and settled on a Forrester which had to be ordered from elsewhere in the U.S. because the color was not available. Esteban took my word that I was a serious buyer even though I did not yet want to put any money down. About three weeks later the car arrived but I was too busy for the next 1 1/2 weeks to go to pick it up. Esteban was very patient with me. Finally, I picked it up last week. The only glitch in my whole car buying process was when I tried to pay for the car in cash. I transferred money into two different checking accounts. THe first credit union check went through just fine but the second First Bank check would not go through though I knew the money was in the bank. Higher ups needed to be called in and in was finally determined Autonation has a policy that only one check can be used when paying cash. Your system simply would not accept my second check!! I was told I must go to First Bank and get a Cashiers check (an additional $8.00). A very frustrating experience for me as I had appointments for the rest of the day. Thank goodness First Bank is open until 6 P.M.! So that is what I had to do. But back to Esteban---we have an agreement that he will continue to help me learn about this new car---I can't say how helpful he has been. So, on a slow day for him---I will return for more new car driving lessons!

Dennis Sharon was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in buying and gave me a price that no other dealer could match. He was honest, forthright and gave me an estimate that was the actual car price including taxes, handling, etc. He was very helpful and never tried to pressure me. I appreciated that.

My experience here was so-so not sure if I would do it again.

Recently, my serpentine belt slipped off my car which I had towed here to be checked at. At first they tried to tell me the cost which seemed high to begin and that I needed to cover it. After a little back and forth it was determined that my warranty would be covering repairs minus my deductible. That s better. Well fast forward, my car was towed there Thursday, was told I would be able to pickup Friday or Monday. Didn t receive a call until Wednesday. Not too big of a deal, I had Tuesday off.

After having my regular mechanic look over their mechanics work he quoted how many seconds does it take to power wash the engine bay? These guys literally worked in all this grime? Which to me sounds like they aren t willing to go and do anything extra for the customer/have a clean workspace. If I got oil changes here are they going to just let oil run down and off my pan without wiping it off? Makes me question their actual work now.

Besides this, on pickup is also where my problems began. The headunit in my car is aftermarket and I bought it from the dealer this way. When the work was done they obviously disconnected the battery and my headunit went into stolen unit mode, requiring a password to bypass which neither dealer said they could get passed or help with. I contacted pioneer to see what I can do, and without taking the unit out and sending it to them, is nothing. So my car runs fine again, but being inside and enjoying it while driving is out the window. I either have to purchase a new radio or completely dismantle my dash to send this one in for who knows how long.

I had to get routine service and there were so many customers and employees without masks. One man sat right next to me in the waiting room without a mask. I had to sit outside to get away from the people. No courtesy vehicle was offered to me so I had to sit in the freezing cold for two hours waiting for my car to be done. I won't be back here ever again. I bought my car here but I'll get it serviced elsewhere. I was at the Nate Wade Subaru in Salt Lake City a few weeks ago for service and they were amazing.

I went in for my first oil change on my new Crosstrek. It took as long as they said it would but they didn't wash my car at all. When I walked in, I was told I would be helped shortly while four individuals stood around a single computer talking about personal matters completely unrelated to the dealership. Overall a fairly unprofessional experience with the exception that it was free because I leased a 2018. I told my fiance about this (he is a service adviser for Lexus) and he was appalled at the set up. I wouldn't take my car here again unless it was for a free service.

Dennis Sharon was excellent to work with and we learned more from our test drive with him about the features of the car vs. from any test drive we've done in the same make and model. Management was courteous and informative, and the financing department walked us through all of the forms.

Oh they are extremely helpful when you are buying a new car from them. Try to do anything in the future and they ignore you, will not call you back and Natalie in the sales department is extremely rude, will flat out lie to you and say "no one is available and everyone is extremely busy". All 3 times you call to speak with some in finance. Don't buy the extra care plan or the extended warranty. They will tell you it is so easy to cancel and then you will never be able to get ahold of someone to cancel it.

This was by far the best new car buying experience I have ever had, due mostly to Sales & Leasing Specialist Eliphaz Salik. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the entire process of ordering my brand new Subaru Outback from the factory. There was no high pressuring from anyone at the dealership, and Eliphaz was helpful and patient with me, and I felt like I got a fantastic deal. Even the General Manager got involved and made me feel like a valued customer! I would definitely recommend a Subaru and this dealer.

My car buying process was very low pressure and noninvasive. I really appreciated the fact that contact was limited and I didn't feel like I was being perused or forced to make an appointment to come in. I looked at different models over about two weeks and received all the documentation I requested via email. When I arrived at the dealership, the models were ready to compare and drive with no time limits. Once I made my decision, the process was quick and easy. There was no need to negotiate or argue over extras and everything was explained with honesty when it came to value/need with no push back. My salesman Dennis Sharon was awesome! I'll preface this by saying that I've bought 13 cars in as many years and have worked in some facet of the automotive industry for most of my life, so I'm picky. Really, needlessly picky.

And Go Subaru West knocked it out of the park.

My Wife and I could not find a dealership that would let us test-drive a 2013 BRZ (really). We're not children, and we weren't trading in a modded-out economy car.

Through a mutual friend, we were introduced to Joe Santilli, sales manager at Go Subaru West, and the rest is history.

Salesperson Wes Guthrie, who has to be one of the most knowledgeable, genuine "car guys" I've ever met, had the car pulled up and waiting for us when we arrived.

My Wife and I drove it, loved it, and proceeded to purchase the vehicle without any excessive negotiation, hassle or headache. Tim Flathers in finance instilled confidence and did everything in his power to get us the best rates possible.

The entire experience from start to finish was painless, and I would have no problem referring anyone to Wes, Joe, Tim, or anyone else on staff.

This is my third Subaru, and I look forward to continuing my patronage of Go Subaru West for sales, service and parts for many years to come.

My usual dealership for service is subaru shortline aurora, but I needed to go to this one for convenience because it's closer to my work. I was able to land an appointment within a reasonable time, there was no wait once I arrived for my appointment, I used the shuttle service - which has a generous pickup/dropoff radius, they notified me once my car was done and other jobs that needed to be done but didn't upsell me when I declined service, and when I came back for my car everything was in good shape. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and they even gave me carnations on my way out. Overall very pleased and would come back here.
