I got my car broken into and the service department at AutoNation Subaru West was great to work with. They serviced my car and then had it sent to the Washington Street location for repairs. I was able to drop off our rental car right there at the same place we picked up our Subaru. It was so convenient!

I had a great experience car-shopping at AutoNation Subaru West. I was assisted by Gabriel, and he was incredibly helpful. He highlighted the best things about my Impreza, but also wasn't afraid to highlight the bad. He drives one himself, so he really allowed me to explore his experience with the vehicle and base my decision off of that. The whole process, from arriving at the dealership to leaving, took roughly 3 hours. Now, that's a long process - especially for a first time car buyer - but really I was never sitting without something to do for more than 10 minutes. They were very attentive, very pleasant, and made my car buying experience quick and painless. I feel that I got a great deal, and for not knowing what half of the things I had to do were, they walked me through everything from start to finish and really made it a pleasant, knowledgeable experience. I'm very content and would recommend this dealer to anybody!

No one wants to sit and wait for their car to be serviced, but they make it bearable. There's a nice waiting area with refreshments, a tv, and work areas. A fish tank is a relaxing addition.

Best car buying experience I have had yet. Recommended to me by a friend so we tried it out. Our sales person Noelle Estrada hooked it up. Got a great deal on a 2019 Outback and they really worked hard to get us out of there. Definitely recommend to anyone and we will buy from them again if they keep this up.

He was honest with us, helpful, and truly was interested in what we wanted and what parameters we had to work with to make the deal. This dealership is incredibly accommodating and there's no sense of 'aggressive' deal making going on. My trade in was fair and Ben made it very easy to understand and execute. This is our second time working with him and each time it's been personable and pleasant. I am giving it 4 stars however because it seems like the dealership as a whole could do better on separating their attention on walk in's to people who have made appointments. Overall though, great experience!

We worked with Dennis and Noel. They both were efficient and honest with us. I appreciated that we were given a great price and Dennis wrote out the numbers for us, and they stood by the price when we got there. A lot of dealerships will not do this. Groove said they would do better so we went there first, and ended up having to walk away to come to AutoNation when it was clear they couldn t even match pricing like they said they would. Noel was there on day of purchase and was so easy and calm to work with. None of those salesman vibes. I already reached out to him with a question post purchase and h e responded right away. I have no doubt he will be there to support us by email or text if we need him again.

Excellent customer service! Staff is fabulous! However, I feel 2.5 hour wait for a 24k service can be reduced. Suggest better scheduling of appointments. When I arrived for my Appt. There were 5 others checking in at the same time.

I took my Subaru in for a recall notice and they completed the work early. The also checks my tire pressure and adjusted it at no charge. Michael was courtesy and professional.

Auto Nation West NEVER FIXED my radio that they installed, and made up an excuse to NOT install the "map update" that Subaru says they will pay for! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTO NATION WEST ON W. Colfax!!!

Jody was a newer salesperson, but her kindness, honesty and love for people made me choose AutoNation Subaru when I was just there looking with the intent to walk away. Combined with the great deal I got (it took a little back-n-forth with financing and my math-teacher background) I recommend this place for sure.

Great experience, was the most pleasant car buying process I have been through. No pressure and friendly people all around.

An oil change, and general service took an hour and half. I was scheduled to get my squeaky breaks checked as well. They scheduled me for 11am and then told me the guys were going on lunch at 12 and it would be a few hours to get my breaks checked. If you know your guys are going to lunch at 12, it would be smart to not schedule an apt at 11 that you know will take more than 1 hour.

I enjoyed doing business with the staff of AutoNation Subaru West, in Golden, CO. Gotta say, there were a few visits to other dealerships in the area as part of my car search and they were ok and one was a complete nightmare to even communicate with. Then when I visited AutoMation Subaru West location, their communication style, follow-ups and ways to answer questions were relaxed, not pushy at all, and very polite. I realized that these cars have almost the same price in the area, irrespective of which dealership I do business with. So their customer service won my business. This is our second car buying experience at AutoNation Subaru West. We are not the easiest customers! We worked with Eliphaz Salik both times. He is very pleasant and understands/can explain the details of each car. They respected us as repeat buyers, and gave us a smoking deal on both cars! We will work with this dealership and Eliphaz again.

I am very happy with my new Forester XT, but I wish Subaru would make a turbo version of the Crosstrek. Mitchell Hyder is great! If he didn't know the answer to a question about the car he got me one in a timely fashion.

Our experience was great. Unlike one of their regional competitors, AutoNation made it possible for us to buy our Crosstrek, and then fly in a few days later and pick up the car. They were great. Dennis Sharon and the rest of the folks there made the experience special.

I have always had a good experience at AutoNation Subaru West. This appointment was no exception. Scheduling the appointment was easy and convenient. Everyone greets you when you arrive, and though I had to wait a few minutes to check in (I was early), folks were apologetic and eager to help me as soon as they could. I had been told to expect to be without my Crosstrek for the whole day, but was called in less than 3 hours that my car was ready. I love my Subaru and it is so nice that, while it rarely needs anything other than routine maintenance, I have a friendly and reliable place to have that done.

This was a quick and professional transaction. Viktor was a knowledgeable, likable, and a more than competent sales rep. He guided me thru the entire sales process with understanding and respect. I love my new Subaru and appreciate AN West. I will be back.

Took my 17 Forester in for some recall maintenance and decided to have my oil changed, and tires rotated at the same time. In the process I was asked if I wanted the cabin air filter replaced and I agreed...no price was mentioned. Come to find out, the air filter cost $33.45 (not cheap, I believe the same filter is half that price from the store) BUT THE LABOR to JUST put in the air filter (a less than 90sec process) COST $34.20! Just for reference, to have all four tires rotated had a labor cost of $24.95...SO THE COST TO JUST INSERT AN AIR FILTER COST MORE THAN ROTATING ALL 4 TIRES. When I called, I was told this is the price and there was nothing that can be done.

In addition, the recall/basic maintenance timeline was said to be about 5 hours. I decided to walk down the street and have a bite, then upon my return I noticed my car was sitting outside in the parking lot so I went in and asked if it was done. IT WAS. This was about 2.5 hours into the 5 hour timeline...and I think it had been sitting there finished for a little while. Ended up driving off, and then 30min later received a call saying my car was done...asked how long it had been done, the guy said 20-30 min...which it had been about 30min since i had driven off with it. Long story long, it was done for, I estimate, about 45-60min before they would have let me know it was done.

If you want to save a ton of time and money on standard maintenance, watch 2min YouTube videos on how to do this. Oil/oil filter and cabin air filter cost me $150 where if I went to the store and did it myself (which Subaru makes at-home maintenance REALLY EASY) it would have cost me in the ballpark of $50...so save yourself from the ridiculous "labor" costs and do it yourself.
