I had an excellent experience. I went in for a transmission flush on my 2014 Crosstrek as it was at 60,000 miles. I was not pressured into getting additional services, the cost was in line with regional norms, and service was prompt. Also, Jon was professional and practiced fantastic communication. Usually, dealership experiences leave a lot to be desired, but not this one. I highly recommend them.
