The negotiating process was painless. The car was going to arrive in a week. I tried to get the finance department to complete all the paperwork with the final negotiating over extras, warranty, et al., and they wouldn't, with a lame excuse that my vehicle wasn't in their system yet. All of that negotiation & sales COULD have been concluded, and the final purchase been completed in an hours less time. Do they think that with more time to think about their window insurance, the various warranties, etc. we would make different decisions?
