Staff were friendly and service was done in fair time. This center is much more expensive for services than Mike Shaw Subaru. Auto Nation wants $90 for synthetic oil change, and Mike Shaw was $45. Auto Nation charges $140 for wheel alignment, and Mike Shaw, $89. I got my recall situation addressed and engine compartment steam cleaned. I then booked services at Mike Shaw.

In spite of my company calling ahead to make a reservation, no one had any idea I was coming when I arrived. They scrambled to help me and get me over to Enterprise on a Thursday afternoon. When I called on Monday; there was no record of my car in the system. I was asked for a license plate or VIN #, which as I did not have at work. The poor advisor had to go walk the lot and look for my car. It had been registered under another mans name. I received a call on Tuesday that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, they couldn t find the papers. It seriously felt like Keystone cops. I wasn t really apologized to (except for Kyle who was trying to find my car) and no one acted like this was unusual behavior. I have little confidence in this dealership.

Disappointed. Dropped off Outback at 9:30 for 10:30 appointment. Discussed what issues I was having with Outback, windows controls not working. Was told it would cost $75.00 to look at. My Outback is under warranty not sure why I would be charged to look at my vehicle when I purchased the extended warranty. Called @ 1:40 to check the status of my vehicle was told it has not been looked at. Not sure what the purpose of an appointment is if dealership is not to going to look at your vehicle. It was discussed that I need my vehicle by 2:30ish, maybe that detail got missed. had to pick up my vehicle without it being serviced.

Just brought car in for servicing. We were very impressed with all the safety measures they used. My husband and I are high risk so it was great. We paid to have our car sanitzed and it is so clean!!!!

The service was poor. They had the car 4 additional days after I bought it to complete a wheel alignment and detail. After receiving the car, the left rear tire had a flat, the tires were in a badly worn and unsafe condition, there was still an intermittent electrical problem with certain lights, and a broken key fob, of which a Mercedes dealer can only replace for an unethical crazy price. And the detail was nothing more than a quick wash, and still dripping when presented to me. I returned the car. I'm sure it would have been given better attention had it been a Subaru.

We recently purchased a 2014 outback from AutoNation Subaru West. We spoke with and dealt with Eliphaz and Ted and they both were very nice to work with. We were looking at an Outback Premium and ended up with a Limited that the GM had been driving for a few months. They were very competitive with their price on the Premium vs other Subaru dealers in the Denver area to begin with and offered a fair price on the Limited which we ended up buying. It was a laid back, relaxed sales environment which we appreciated. Ted and Eliphaz took their time and were very helpful during the entire sales process. Thank you AutoNation for a pleasant experience!

Zero pressure, knowledgeable staff, and getting to test drive going up Vernon Canyon to ensure this vehicle will meet our needs are why we chose Autonation west to replace our previous Subaru we purchased from them. Everything was low pressure, I got more car than I expected for less than what I wanted to pay after extensive research on options/etc. They also gave me more than I'd expected for my trade! I ve been having trouble with my 06 Subaru Impreza WRX. The check engine light and cruise control kept coming on. After a new gas cap from a different Subaru dealer in Denver and a carbon filter from a smaller repair shop didn t fix the problem, I came to Autonation Subaru West. My service advisor Jennifer knew exactly which tech to work on the issue. The tech quickly identified the issue as a broken cpc solenoid. Part on the way, great!! The staff here know their Subaru cars like no one else!!!

I Called to make an appointment for a safety recall on the passenger bag sensor for the airbags. I was told the first available appointment wasn t until the middle of August. When I asked why it would take so long I was told there was only a limited number of cars with this recall. This makes no sense... wouldn t the recall be able to get done sooner? This is an absurd amount of time to wait for a safety recall on airbags to get fixed.

We had a very good experience at Autonation Subaru in Golden using the Costco Auto buying program. We were able to obtain a good price on a Subaru, which in Colorado is difficult to do. We did almost all of the negotiation online. We did have a misunderstanding on our trade-in, but they were very willing to work with us and we were able to resolve successfully. Dennis Sharon was our sales person and he was very responsive and very knowledgeable. He really knows his product and process. Great vehicle, great sales person, very good buying process, I would recommend AutoNation Subaru in Golden.

I was told I was getting an interest rate of 2.9% after coming to an agreement in order for me to finally purchase the car. With a paper signature prior to all other paper work following to when I actually bought the car. (which I m assuming was a sales tactic).

Honestly, I would give them a higher rating had they not did that but I was extremely disappointed after I found out my interest rate was intact higher than the initial agreement.

Just traded in my Jeep Wrangler 2017 for a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. My Jeep had 55,000 miles on it, and never had an issue. My Crosstrek, with less than 300 miles on it, has developed a fan-like rattling noise in the dashboard, that I now have to take into the dealership after only having it for 2 weeks. I am pretty disappointed, but hoping things will go up hill with Subaru. I still gave 5 Stars, hoping they will assist me with this frustrating matter and continue in giving good service.

The service I received at Autonation was the best experience I've ever had with any of my car dealer. Our Outback had a lot of issues. My service agent worked with me and investigated potential warranties and solutions that I would have never know about. She gave me a loaner car, which was amazing and made the 2 week service time not a problem at all. I would highly recommend this dealer as I truly think they are looking out for their customer's best interest and genuinely want to help them save money. Oh and the car is running great.

months ago I received a call from your service department reminding me about my first service appointment, which I had never made. I called and they said my salesman made it and acted like it was complimentary. I made the new appointment and told them about the other appointment. They again made it sound complimentary. I ended up paying $100. It would have been much cheaper to go to Jiffy Lube.

Also the TV in the waiting area was set to a station that bashed Trump non-stop. I m not exaggerating. After 20 minutes of this I left and sat in the main room. An employee stood and watched it and enjoyed the bashing. This made me never want to come back to your dealership.

He didn't fit the car salesman stereotype which was much appreciated. They stayed open late to finish up paperwork and worked with us on the price. The lease of a '14 Impreza was my third purchase from AutoNation, so I'm obviously a fan. The sales staff is wonderful - no pressure, all the facts, and they'll work until a mutually satisfactory deal is reached. I use only the inhouse service department for my Subarus and have found all personnel there just as congenial and professional. I must admit I'm enjoying the Impreza more than my previous Outback because it's more maneuverable and responsive, but the bottom line is that I don't have the confidence in any other car that I have in any Subaru.

Mitch Hyder spent hours and hours with us with three different models and talking about what the pros and cons would be for our family and our budget. When we picked a car we were in and out quicker than any other car buying experience EVER. There was zero sales pressure for add on stuff and warranties -- we simply said no thank you and we were done. An oil change, and general service took an hour and half. I was scheduled to get my squeaky breaks checked as well. They scheduled me for 11am and then told me the guys were going on lunch at 12 and it would be a few hours to get my breaks checked. If you know your guys are going to lunch at 12, it would be smart to not schedule an apt at 11 that you know will take more than 1 hour.

Ok experience
They forgot small details so I had to fax or email back so much of my information I should have drove the 80 miles back there.

Salesmen was friendly but seemed uninformed.

My new to me car came with vape/ecig resude on the inside of the windows I spent 2 hours cleaning off, also there was a lot of dirt and product wrapers under the driver and passenger seat.

Then the main Manager pressured me into getting a $3,000 warranty on my $13,000 vehicle... I wish I could get that back as Ill never use it.
I usually wouldn't buy a warranty but "I used to live where you live, vehicles break there all the time"
"These vehicles can be unreliable after 60 thousand miles" -not a Subaru so not to worres about that-
"I used to be a cop, repairsare expensive"

I dont want to hear all of this after working for 10 hours then driving to a dealership to be talked at for 4-5 hours.

I visited many other auto dealers including a different Subaru dealer and test drove numerous vehicles before my purchase. I had a great buying experience at this dealer. I bought a 2015 Subaru Forester and love it. The sales people I dealt with, Jill and Chad, were a pleasure to work with through the whole buying process. They were patient with me and I didn't feel pressured at all to make the purchase. I knew the features I wanted in a car. I also knew to ask the right questions about additional options available and what I was getting when it came to financing. I haven't had a chance yet to use the service department but they were willing to answer some questions for me about Subaru vehicles prior to my purchase.

Talked to Esteban, he actually came to pick me up (since I had no way of getting to their dealership) and made the whole process non-threatening and enjoyable! Never met a car salesman as honest and down to earth as him. My family was so impressed with the whole process they're actually considering leaving Ford for Subarus as well!

I had a horrible experience with my certified pre-owned Subaru cross trek from the date of purchase until now, 3 months later. Despite the rigorous 152-point inspection and assurances that with certified pre-owned I was paying extra for top of the line, I was sold a car with a bad battery (and who knows what else!) that died two months in and no offer of replacement. That has been further complicated by them fumbling my registration for months, which resulted in wasted DMV time and energy - their staff just doesn t seem knowledgeable. Really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but have to say go elsewhere for your car needs.

Awful customer service. Sure, my rep was friendly when I called to check up on my car, but he never called me, even when he promised to call with follow up. I was also promised my car on three separate occasions then never heard a peep. Plus, they had my car for over three weeks for an issue that should not have taken three weeks to fix. Customer service in the shop wasn't much better. No greeting, no apology for the length of repair, no appreciation for choosing them over the competition, nothing. It felt like they all hated their jobs and they couldn't have cared less about the customer experience. The only truly friendly staff members were the cashiers.

Went to get hail damaged at Autonation Subaru west. By insurance standards, it was totalled. They would only lower the price from $20.9k to $19.8k because they said they "are self insured and need to recover their self-insurance losses". This 2103 Forester with 60k miles has a salvage of $11.5k. I would have paid $13+ to he fair. Four different buyers all walked out when we heard this explanation. RIP OFF!

About a month ago, we purchased our first ever Subaru from AutoNation Subaru West! (We moved to CO with 2 rear-wheel drive pickups - not the best for this state). We knew we wanted a Subaru because they seem to handle CO mountain/weather driving conditions better than most vehicles. That's got to be why everyone here drives them, right? :) We test drove a few versions of the Forester and the Outback. Our sales consultant, Kevin Gleason was very helpful! He was very laid back and not pushy at all. It had been 14 years since we bought a new car, so we were a bit rusty and had lots of questions about all the "new stuff" on vehicles now. Kevin answered all our questions and helped us decide which Subaru would better fit our needs. Our experience at Subaru West was great, all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Btw, they also have free coffee and hot cocoa (which my husband really enjoyed). We love driving our 2018 2.5i Premium Outback! Our pups are loving it too! We would definitely recommend Subaru West to someone who wants a low-pressure, knowledgeable, and friendly car-buying experience!
