I had a pretty good experience. I bought a used 2004 Honda CR-V and really like the car. The only thing I didn't like about the experience was the two weeks it took them to get the parts to fix the locks cuz the car didn't lock. I also feel like it took longer then it should have when it came to signing the financial paperwork because they had someone who was training do mine, I have nothing against the guy training it's just I'm a single parent and needed to get my son to bed so it felt like it took an unnecessary long time.
