I've called twice during the week, 10a/3p, have yet to speak with anyone besides the operator who transferred me to the same dept that I had transferred myself to prior, left VMs for the assumed person in charge for scheduling appointments. Hasn't returned my calls. Tried calling today (Sat. 4p) and the same situation. GM + the operators supervisor is out as well. I've got a recall notice and don't see that as an option when using their online booking system, so I'm stuck calling them or have to drive further out to another one when this one is 10 miles away.
