I had to take my vehicle in for a safety recall. We were greeted by Luke when we arrived. He was very friendly and very helpful. He told us what the process would be and approximately how long it would take. He was true to his word. He called just a few short hours after our appointment to let us know we could pick up the vehicle. It was a good experience overall. Thanks, Luke!
