Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting AutoNation Subaru West in search of my first car. Having it been my first car buying experience, I was a bit nervous and unsure as to what this process looked like. Fortunately, I had the help of Bradford Mazur, a sales associate at this location. Not only was Brad able to answer all my questions, but was able to provide me with a great deal of knowledge on the cars I had my eye on. Further, he was especially polite and patient with me throughout the entire process, being sure to keep in touch with me about any information he thought would be useful to me throughout the week of my car search. Never once did I feel he was being pushy - He simply wanted to make sure I was being provided with the information I needed in order to find the perfect car for me. Although I ended up finding a car elsewhere, I would recommend this dealership and Bradford to any of my friends and family. I respect and value the high level of professionalism and care for customers this business and it s people provide.
