Had a great experience all the way around. Called ahead of time and the car was ready for a test drive. The sales person, Robert Merrill, was personable and not at all pushy. Although I didn't get too much off on the asking price, I appreciated that the published price was a good deal to start with. I've had my 2011 BMW now for about a month and couldn't be happier with it.

I have already recommended one of my friends to purchase a car from them and to ask for Robert.
