I went here with my wife to buy a new car the week...

I went here with my wife to buy a new car the week before she gave birth. We test drove a car, had her trade-in appraised, made a deal on the car we wanted to buy, signed all of the paperwork, then at the last minute the salesman realized he had the wrong VIN. The salesman went to his manager and came back saying the price of the car was going to be $2,200 more than what we had just agreed to. Even though we had already signed all of the paperwork Autobahn refused to honor our agreement and insisted that it would be a bad business move to sell us the vehicle for the price we agreed to, and told us that we had signed all of the paperwork for the wrong car so it didn t matter....even though it is their job to give us the correct paperwork and know what car they are talking about before they sell it. We went to this specific dealership to buy a very specific vehicle (we only test drove one), but they botched the whole thing and wasted 5 hours of our day. We understand that people make mistakes, but it was how Autobahn went about handling it that showed their true colors. I would recommend you avoid this place at all costs.

Edited 7/31/19 in Response to Autobahn's reply: I already reached out to Autobahn the day after all of this happened, hoping that they would make good on our agreement. The Sales Manager's response was essentially, "Too bad, that's the price of the car". Autobahn has my contact information if you really want to make good on this and not just say it to make this review less impactful.
