THIS REVIEW IS GOING TO BE LONG BUT PLEASE DO READ IT BECAUSE IT MIGHT SAVE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AND MONEY !!! So here we go... Monday I went to this dealership to do a trade my car for a used BMW, i was being helped by sales person name Kyle. Things went smooth and we made a deal but unfortunately my dad who was not around at the moment was the title owner of the car that i was trading so i was told by the sales person to get a power of attorney signed by my father and by Friday i'll get to take the car home (interesting part is the car i purchased was unavailable at the moment and i was told that its in BMW dealership getting checked two days in Wednesday i called the BMW dealership to find out the status of the car or if they have heard about this car by giving them the vin: shocking news was released to me that this car never came through the BMW dealership for inspection, as i was told by the sales rep at Autobahn USA that he'll find out about the car and will call back...he never called back...4 days later i haven't seen the car i purchased so i decided to show up in autobahn and asked for the car...for good 20 min i was ignored when asked why i was there i was told to come back after two hours to see the car, when i finally test drove the car it was complete opposite of what they listed and mentioned on there advertisement, when i asked the sales rep he played dumb acted like he doesn't know anything... so on Friday i brought all the paper work that they asked but they weren't satisfied and asked to bring more paper work on following Monday and i get to take the car..Monday came i called Autobahn USA and sales rep Kyle said that he doesn't know where the car is and i have to wait till next Wednesday for the car... after fighting an arguing with them i some how got my deposit back......BOTTOM LINE I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY OR SELL THERE CAR BECAUSE THIS DEALER AND HIS EMPLOYEE'S HAVE NO CLUE WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ONCE YOU PAY THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY YOU ARE LAST PRIORITY ....
