It took half a dozen calls just to book my annual maintenance because no one here is conscientious enough to return a phone call, and then they managed to drop the ball at nearly every opportunity (which included leaving me without a vehicle for three days).

I've never visited the other Audi location in Austin, but I think they'll be meeting me real soon.
