I took my Q7 in for service and had an awful experience. My vehicle was out of warranty so I was expecting to spend money on getting it fixed. Turned out the repair was covered, but they said the port that the reader went into was broken and had to fix it. I didnt believe them, but rather than argue I would pay the 400 plus for the repair. again I was expecting to spend money so I went along with it. We got the car back and went on a 4 day trip to Houston. On the way back I realized the right rear door was not working. No power to it at all. When I started looking at it I found that a fuse had been pulled and not replaced. I had a phone call with the service guy and in our less than 2 minute call, I told him that I didnt believe the work was necessary, he then told me that he would refund me the money and never come back there. I asked about the fuse and he basically said I was lying. So yesterday I opened my hood and found that the engine cover has been broken as well. I have yet to deal with that, but based on past experience I am willing to bet I am going to be out the couple of hundred for it as well.
With this being said I would buy a car from there any day. they have a great sales force, I would just not take it there sor service.
