Great amenities, but service is not the best. I made my appointment about a week before dropping the car for a regular service, but when I got to the dealership the Service Expert tells me that I have to leave my car overnight. I had my mind set already for a 5 to 6 hours service, but not for a day and a half. Which I wouldn't mind if they could've provided a loaner since I only own my Audi as of now, but that was not the case. I would recommend you guys to either contact customers after setting their appointments or having some sort of "timeline" table on your website to kinda explain customers what to expect on each service. For the amount of money we pay to get our loving cars the best treatment, I would expect a prestige service.
