Our experience was AWFUL!!
We went into Audi north austin store on blackfriday to shop for Q3 and also to look at other options. As we entered we were approached by a sales person named Roy Anthony and when we mentioned our interest in Q3 models he said Q3 is not worth it and insisted us to go with either Q5 or Q7 to get some 5k to 7k BFriday discount. It clearly seemed that he was interested in getting his numbers rather than helping us get the right car. When we asked him about lease vs. financing options, he kept on repeating the discount they have for Q5 and Q7; and the lease deal for Audi is not as good as compared to Mercedes or BMW. This is how he concluded our 10 mins meeting and did not even bother to take our information for follow up; but instead he rushed us out of the store. So, we neither we got any numbers for Q3 nor did we get any professional help.
