The experience in this Audi dealer was horrible. B...

The experience in this Audi dealer was horrible. Because of this dealer, we are reconsidering our decision to buy Audi. We went there last week Saturday to buy an Audi Q5 for my husband which he liked online. That Saturday we reached ove there at 12:30 pm and nobody in the office came to ask/offered us any help. We had to go ask them after around 15 mins for help. They said everyone was busy at the moment so we should wait for fee minutes. But those few minutes turned into 1and half hour but still nobody came to help us. So I went yo ask at the front desk again and she got us a pady who knew nothing much. But she held us for almost three hours with just one test drive we did. She took forever to compare two of the Q5 my husband was confused. Finally someone, who was more experienced took over but even after that the guy made us wait for the whole time yo do the credit check, this and that. But still we were patient because we wanted to buy the car the same day after the amount of time we spent there. We went there from Killeen which is one hour frive from the dealer so we didn t want to make the trip again next week but after 6 hours time in which 5 hours was total waste, the guy, Kyle Stover said his manager is too busy to make a final decision on APR percentage we wanted so he adked us to leave today and said he wil call us and give decision on Monday. He said if everything worked out we can pay down payment online and then go buy the vehicle next Saturday. But he was off Monday, Tuesday he didn t respond, Wednesday he said he need our house lease paper as we were new in Texas and we were working on lease. Thursday we sent lease paper, Friday he said they sold the car my husband liked!!! After all the work, time and the hard credit check they did on our account they said they sold the one we liked. He said he will give us the other car (Q5 in same color but the one which my husband didn t really like, had more mileage and more expensive)In the same price So we agreed. He asked us to come to the office at 9 am this morning. We went there at 9:30 in the morning on weekend in rain after all the tiredness we felt after moving home yesterday and after getting there, he says that they are loosing money on the car so he can t give us any discount. Basically he was aking us to pay more money for the car which we didn t like over the other one in first place, had more used miles, no upgraded seats and had two noticeable scratch too. The only reason we wanted to buy that one was because of our credit check which they did. So my husband was like this deal is not that good and all of a sudden Kyle was okay then you don t have to buy it. He wasn t sorry that we missed the car we liked because of him, he said you missed that one cause of me but you don t have to buy this one. It was around $2000 in total difference but still a lot for us as an individual for something we aren t completely happy about but for a company it s nothing, it was more about words. He lied to us to get us to the office to sell the car, he sold the one we actually liked. He knew we wanted Audi so he wanted to take advantage, especially because we didn t have history of auto financing and also he knew we were more concerned about our credit check. He didn t want to listen to our point or asked what was not good to us. He just got so rude and stood up while my husband was still talking, implying that we should leave. We felt disrespected and cheated. It was the worst experience I ever had in any kind of customer service. Right now, we don t even want to think about Audi. That s how it has affected us.
