Awful customer service. Darryl told me no loaner, no shuttle and I would leave my car with them for days before they would even look at it!! Why wouldnt they figure out a system to have me bring by my car as my repair gets elevated in the queue. I'll just go use my other car that sits in my driveway while you're working on this one. I've never had a good experience here. Dont go here. South Audi accomodates and actually knows what customer service means!
