Worst Audi experience I ever had. I only bought Audi cars (until I experienced Audi North Austin). From the buying experience to the car service it was an horrible experience. I even told them couple of weeks ago during a service that I need another car for my wife and they didn t even bother helping me. The same day I went to Porsche to buy a new car. It s a shame that I have to stop buying Audi car because the local dealership is bad.
