Started with an IS350, then went on to a 2011 RX350. The service then was simply the best! One buys a Lexus for the quality, safety and that gorgeous design (2017 RX 350 F-Sport)! Love that aggressive look!

Thank you Phillip Leddy for the professional and worry free service. Never any pressure, always cordial and proving that the "over-the-top" service that Lexus is known for continues to endure.

They usually have great service but I did experience the not so great service recently. Turned in my vehicle for chasis replacement but it seemed to be more noisy after installation. Additionally, the rear door wasn't able to work after I received it but i was told that it passed inspection and it was working but when I tried it it just happened to break.

There was an attempt to help me but it took way to long and I ended up just purchasing the part my self to attempt to fix it. Service pros are cordial and friendly but I think if the customer brings up an issue they really need to help them find a solution to the problem. We are bringing our vehicle there because they is a problem. As the "experts" help us to correct it.

As with alot of Guam families, we are lifetime family customers and when we purchase a vehicle it is likely our children will purchase the same brand.

My car buying experience wasn t so bad. On the other hand my car selling back to the dealership has been quite another story. I was quoted a sum for canceling 4 warranties and extended warranty, and the car was paid off so that should be refunded to me. They told me it would take around 4-6 weeks for it to be done. Well 2 weeks later I receive one of them cool. Now at the 6 week mark and nothing. I tried to contact them and it s always they re busy take a message and they ll call you back except they never do. So I call the warranty company. Two of them say it s been finalized and that I should contact the dealer they should have them by now. The last one that makes up the majority of the refund said they haven t received anything from the dealer even tho it s been 6 weeks already. Yet the dealer won t return one of my calls. Hopefully eventually y all will make time to give me some insight on what s going on.

Office spaces and showroom areas are immaculately organized and clean. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. The 3 Toyotas I bought the last 21 years never broke down in the seven years each of ownership. The fourth and most recent one was just irresistable . I can attest that the service department staff are equally as attentive, welcoming and detailed. Maintenance follow up calls especially when safety is concerned were relentless. I was not good at keeping service appointments, that's why . Job quality is topnotch. I don't recall having a "painful" pocket for parts or service at any given time for any of my 3 ex cars. I must not forget, the online customer chat service is a human (not android)! Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable.

**UPDATE** Atkins will sell you a lemon of a car and not hold up their end of the "7 day warranty". As soon as you drive off the lot they do not care about you and will ignore you. If you want a great used car or truck hit up Carvin Tilly across the street at JJJ. Much better service, will answer your phone calls and actually work with you once you drive off the lot. Bottom line: DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO TRIPLE J!!

All it took was a message to Jake and he had Joanna Carranza call us the same day to schedule an appointment to see some vehicles for my daughter and son in law. Appointment set for Wednesday 05/20 within an hour they got the approval. Their assistance they have shown has gone above and beyond. One being with Jake still on furlough but assisted us even though. And Joanna who sold a car that is suitable for 1st time buyers.

I brought in my 2017 Toyota Tacoma on October 23 with AC issues, it was determined the blower fan had cracked & needed to be replaced. I was told I would get a call in 6-7 weeks when the part came in. After 6 weeks, I decided to call myself & was told the part was in. . . Why wasn't I called??
I'm finally able to bring in my truck for the blower fan replacement on December 4. When I pick up my truck, I'm told the resistance part for the AC blew its fuse so my AC only works on the highest setting. How come this wasn't tested the first time I brought the truck in?? This part will be in 3-4 weeks. Of course 4 weeks comes & no phone call, even though I complained about not getting a phone call the first time & was guaranteed a call this next time around. I was told the part was in & made an appt for a couple days later. . . Which is today. I bring my truck in the morning & then after his lunch break I get a phone call that whoops, the part isn't actually in & probably won't be until mid next month. So I wasted my time & energy bringing the truck in for nothing!!
So now I'm going about 2 & a half months with a messed up AC & of all places, one of the most humid places to live. Not to mention, I'm 9 months pregnant now. There has been no urgency in ordering parts after all this time, which is disappointing. So now when & if the part gets in, I'll either have a newborn driving around in the highest AC setting or I'll be about to give birth with no way of getting the truck to the dealership by myself.
Thanks AK Toyota, I have no faith in your services from now on.

The salesmember (Mrs.Mona Cing),whom assisted us was very hospitable and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable and at ease asking questions and learning about the vehicles with her. We are first time new car shoppers and walking in already had a stomache ache thinking about the prices and bills that will come about. BUT Mona talked us through the process and seriously was patient with us. And by the end of our appointment we were content and made the purchase!
The finance dept., Mrs. Elaine San Nicolas, was also very efficient and thorough. Purchasing add ons and as well as insurance was a breeze and informative.
Thank you for making our 1st new car purchase fwel like a walk in the park with NO stomachache!

Customer is first, when you are about to buy a Car, then customer is the least once you buy the car. It is next to impossible to get through their phone lines even during normal days. Now worse. you will never get the line or they will call back even after a week. My car is grounded for the last 50 days, waiting for window glass. order and cash collected on April 17, promising to deliver in 3 weeks. I can assume some delay due to covid situation. But not this abnormal delay of 7 weeks and none of them contacted to inform delay or even after leaving more than 10 messages, no response

Took my in-laws' car in for an oil change with an appointment at 0830 and we didn't leave until 1104. Not sure if they were having issues with finding the oil, erecting the oil derrick or bottling it. A standard oil change should take 30 min tops, and thats with a 5-10 min break to get your head out of your @$$.

Needless to say, this ladies and gentlemen is why you should go with Honda, better cars and better service.

There are two representatives on the BMW side of the house. Of the two, Mariah is awesome to work with. I have had more limited interactions with her, but she has already gone above and beyond to help me however she could.

John, however, is a nightmare. I have had better customer service at fast food restaurants than John provided me at BMW. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks. I never received a single phone call from him (or his boss), despite 12+ calls to get info. I always had to drive there, going an hour out of my way every time I wanted an update (30 out, 30 back). The last time I went there, my car was ready. I had no idea I would be picking it up that day.

Seriously, John sucks. Do not work with John.

Sales representative: Denise David was super helpful. She tried her best to get me the best deal. I liked that she thought of everything that could benefit me. She was leaving on vacation the very next day, but she took her time and helped me to the best of her ability. I was able to pick a car, test drive it, sign my contract, talk about insurance, and leave happy!

Annabelle ensured I was fully aware of my options, ensured my truck was right for me, and we were able to communicate on what I wanted and where I was comortable to spend. I love my toyota don't get me wrong, but when dealing with sales reps and services reps... not so much. They don't return your calls. When you have concerns they don't listen. My sales rep (J.S.) sold me a "brand new" truck with scratches and issues with new tint did not correct my issues. Recently, I brought in my vehicle for servicing and ended up with a loaner (which I had to fight tooth and nail for) because of a recall. My service rep never returned my call when I left messages. I had to call several times to get information.

They are so fast to take your money but don't support you as a customer after taking $50k from your wallet. I don't expect bells and whistle when I come in, but at least give me the customer service that you always advertise. This is the reason why so many people I know get vehicles from other dealerships.

Just disappointed.

You can tell he does his job with passion and trying his best to give customers what they want. Not like some places or people. So AK handles the BMW cars here on Guam. Everytime I went there their key Fob was not working. I have owned several BMWs for many years now. This wasn't the kind of BMW service I'm used to but again we are on Guam so satisfactory here seams to fall short a lot. Maybe because the island is so small? I'm not sure. They do have great granola bars and complimentary coffee while you wait. They dont vacuum or wash your car like every BMW normally does.

Purchased the tire warranty and when my wife brought her tire for reimbursement they questioned her as if she was a crook. Asking her questions that made her feel like she was stealing there money. Then they told her the other tire that is missing rubber on it but still hold air doesn't qualify for replacement and let her drive away. What kind of warranty is that.
Brought car(Lexus) in for service, saw the service sheet saying they checked everything filled all the fluids. Just the next day when we used the wiper wash the wiper fluid light showed it wasn't filled, the brakes was making noises while we reversed. That just shows they didn't do anything they said on the service sheet. Be careful when going there, overpriced service for not even providing the service.

I will never take my vehicle here again. They have had my truck for two months in order to replace the door knob, the window switches, and an ABS sensor. My wife brought the parts there to be installed. Although the lady in charge of the service desk was polite, the technicians are completely incompetent. After two weeks they said the issues were fixed and they were not. Now they wont answer the phone. Everyone wants to blame COVID for not being able to do the job they were paid to do but as soon as they give my wife an appointment to pick up the truck, and I return from overseas, I will repair the issues they failed to do by watching YOUTUBE videos, and will do a better job. This is sad that a reputable company does such a bad job.

10/14/2020 So my wife got a call from the customer service agent and seemed to be happy with the resolution that was presented to her. We have not received the truck back yet, but my wife was glad to get the follow up and to know that she was not being taken for granted. As with everything in life, if my wife is happy then so am I.

My car has been in the shop for 4 weeks now waiting on a part and I ve had to pay for a rental vehicle that entire time. I am now out $700 because Toyota cannot cover my rental vehicle as the part was not on back order. I am now getting the run around because they do not know when the part will get in and they don t seem to care. The previous month I brought me car in because it was generating brake system lights and it cost $140 just to reset my battery instead of them actually looking for the problem.

Do not buy from Toyota if you want to use them for maintenance in Guam.
