I just recently picked up my very first BMW (X7). It was very daunting to make a big shift leaving one luxury brand for another. I am so glad that I found Mr. Jacob Torres as my BMW automotive sales consultant. He expertly addressed all my questions and concerns and made me feel appreciated as a valued customer. Bought my first car on my own at AK. Jason Tyquiengco was my salesman and he made the buying process for a first time car buyer pleasurable. At first I was stressing from lack of knowledge, but Jason took care of everything, and the Toyota Sales Manager gave me the best prices for all my options. Although I was indecisive, the Toyota team was patient with me and gave me all the time to decide. Even then my car was ready to roll out within a day of making the decision and I never expected buying a car would be so simple. Thank you Toyota team!

I don t even know where to begin when it comes to A.K s service department! I took my vehicle in back in November for a simple oil leak. So of course they gave us a whole list of things that I should get fixed/replaced and it all came up to a little over $3000. We told them we didn t want most of the stuff on their list because it was simple stuff we can do ourselves (change tires, brakes, oil, etc.). I told them I wanted a new quote for only the things I wanted fixed and they never gave me a new quote. I had to put down half of the payment in order for them to even start working so I did. Then I get a call from them saying they fixed the oil leak however, now the vehicle wouldn t even move. They had to tow it out of their shop and it has something to do with the transmission. Of course I m furious because I drove my vehicle around just fine and now they re wanting me to either buy a new transmission or take it to a transmission shop to get fixed. Of course I went the cheaper route and had them take it to the shop. However, to even get up to that stage took months, NOT DAYS OR WEEKS, of calling them over and over and over and leaving message after message and never getting a call back. And whenever I d finally get a hold of them I d get Oh I just saw your message and was about to call you. Anyway, they took my vehicle to the transmission shop and waiting about 2 weeks instead of calling Chevy I looked up the shop and directly called them. They said the transmission was done a while ago and they called chevy to come get it but they never came. Then the island s quarantine hit. After it was over I finally was able to get my vehicle. It took almost 7 months to get my vehicle back! When I picked it up it started and I brought it home. However, now my vehicle won t even start. I didn t even get to drive it out of my driveway once. I am beyond angry and frustrated. I will never go to Atkins Kroll ever again that s a promise.

top notch customer service and experience, if it i didnt need to return my car the second time for a repair for the same issue, i'd give 5 stars! its the employees that makes the biggest customer impact, AK's staff delivers good customer service 100%! We purchased a pre-loved 2017 Toyota Sienna LE last month to accommodate our growing family. Over the years, we have owned 6 Toyota vehicles which have all been dependable and reliable so the next family vehicle was a no-brainer.
The purchase process was stress free from start to finish, Duane Calvo ended up being our sales guy and he was very accommodating and prompt when handling our purchase. The Sienna was detailed inside and out before we picked it up which was pretty awesome!
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and will not hesitate to return to AK for our next vehicle purchase.

For my first maintenance since my move to Guam, I scheduled my service online. I received a courtesy reminder the day before to confirm my appointment. The morning of my service, I underestimated traffic and called the Service Department. They were able to accommodate me by rescheduling my appointment for another 30 minutes which was perfect timing. Carlos, my advisor, was very knowledgeable on the packages offered and answered my questions with confidence. He kept me updated on the status of my car periodically. Upon completion, he was very informative of the concerns the technicians came across and was able to advise me the best time to schedule an appointment to have the concerns addressed/fixed.

In the Sales Department, we went in the day after I had my Sequioa serviced to purchase a new car. Our appointment was with Mona, and we couldn't be any more happier to have her as our Salesperson. She advised us on the promotions going on, as well as walked us through the similarities and differences between the vehicles we had in mind. We narrowed our choices down to the new C-HR. We filled out the application with her reassuring us along the way. We sat down with Patti in the Business Office, went through the options for warranty and GAP, and any additional features we thought of adding. In a couple of hours, we found out we were qualified and would be able to pick up our vehicle in three days. The delivery process was the exciting part!

I am happy with the exceptional service I received from the Service and Sales Department and their friendly staff. I definitely will be returning for all our Toyota needs!

Service department was a big disappointment. My wife made an appointment for service at 8:15 AM Monday morning. I dropped it off at 7:30 AM when they opened but they didn't even start looking at the car until almost noon. Most of the fixes I needed turned out to be simple, yet they had to keep it until Wednesday. Furthermore, it was up to me to initiate calls to them to get updates, and it seemed like they wouldn't even work on the car more until I called them. Finally demanded my car back on Wednesday afternoon, they charged me over $300 for the fixes, and still hadn't actually repaired everything I brought it in for.

Where to start with this absolute garbage of a service department. First off, like other reviewers, I have had a horrible experience with John Hernandez in BMW service. I've left multiple messages in a single day, even explaining to the secretary that this is my 2nd/3rd time calling and still, no call back. I finally got a hold of someone and made an appointment for my wife's vehicle (on a friday). I called the day before the appointment to confirm that everything is go, and then i'm notified that their computer to read codes/check engine lights is broken, so they have to move my appointment to the following tuesday when "for sure" the computer will be fixed. I had to call to get this information, they can't think to notify customers their appointments are cancelled. Monday afternoon, 430pm I call again to confirm that my appointment is good to go for the next day. Nope, computer is still broken and they don't know when it will be fixed. I asked the service adviser, Mariah, to please call me when it's back up and running so I can get my car in ASAP. A week and a half goes by, I decide to call and check. Turns out it's working again, but they neglected calling any customers to reschedule their appointment. I ask if they can get me in ASAP as I have been waiting for weeks at this point, when they tell me they have people already scheduled, and now I have to wait till mid January to get in. The complete and absolute disregard they show for their customers is mind blowing. I've never dealt with such a horrible, unprofessional service department like the one at AK. It's a shame that a great manufacturer like BMW has a dealership like AK ruining things for people. I'm completely turned off by BMW, Toyota and Lexus now because even though they are all great cars, having to deal with AK is a nightmare. They have no concern or regard for peoples time or schedules. This horrible service will continue because they have no desire to change. Why should they improve their service, when they are the only toyota/lexus/bmw/chevy dealer and service department on island. If you have one of those cars, you are stuck with AK and horrible way they treat customers.

AK Tamuning have customer lounge, free wifi, coffee, bottled water, sanitized clean wet small towels (specially useful after a long walk as my exercise in nearby lunch restaurant and shopping mall) while waiting for my car to be fixed.(they also have free shuttles but i opted to walk because of exercise). Designated specialty mechanics, great diagnostic capability, reasonable price.Amazing team! Please AK make sure you take care of your employees because they take care of your customers to their extra mile service with a heart.AK is not like other service provider in Guam that just there to get money and no sincerity and quality service.
AK Tamuning is renovating it's parking/a building to make it easier for customers' car service drop-off and go-to-building. Keep up the good work!!!

I called Our long time sales representative, THOMAS GARCIA, and I told him what my needs were and my budget. He said he d get back to me and did within hours. Came in to look at the vehicle the next day. Helped us process our application over the phone with the finance company and was approve. Our in person visit lasted 2 hours. We picked up the vehicle the next day. He gave us as many incentives to get a good deal and a monthly payment we could afford. I always suggest to my family and friends to go see Thomas Garcia because he is always accommodating. Thomas Garcia and Atkins Kroll is my number one choice when it come to new or used vehicles. Horrific Nightmare!!! They broke parts and they had my vehicle for over 8 months to fix what they broke. They will not call you back, they only say that to get you off the phone. Every time I have had a vehicle serviced here it s been a terrible experience. Take your vehicle to a small business owner and it will get done faster, better, and cheaper because they actually want and need you to be a returning customer. I d put negative stars if I could.
