Tasty food with a great environment, it's worth the price!
amazing place to eat and host a party. We held my friends bridal shower here and it was amazing they had drinks and food no mess to pick up afterwards
Awesome atmosphere. Fresh bread and oil mixture to dip in! Have not been let down yet. I suggest the Shrimp Fra Diavlo. PS, also great to host a small event with!
The food was ok. Portions were good. The lights were out in front of the restaurant so it made it hard to see. The service was good and the restaurant clean.
This place has good food, the service was ok..I had to ask the server for the same thing several times. The reason I gave it a 3, is because the restrooms were dirty..the men and womans both had overflowing trash and they just weren't clean.
Very good food, excellent staff. Menu is rotated on a regular basis. Can get noisy during peak hours.
Such a great place. Great food, atmosphere and people.
Disclaimer: 2 of my daughters worked at this restaurant, but one of the reasons they chose to apply there was because we already loved Bravo food. Before they could start working, servers were required to take a test to prove they had memorized every ingredient of every dish, so they could easily answer questions from customers.
Menus change from season to season, and there's always something interesting and new to try. While you wait for your food, you get rosemary focaccia and herbed olive oil for dipping. The bread is still warm out of the oven when you get it. One of my favorite things is the chicken-spinach-bacon flatbread. I often buy the appetizer size of that and make it my whole dinner. I also love the lobster ravioli, citrus marinated chicken, sausage tortelloni and Romano-crusted chicken salad. The braised-beef ravioli with sweet potatoes is no longer on the menu but I hope they bring it back someday.
Most evenings you probably should go ahead and make reservations, and definitely on the weekends. Especially watch out for really busy weekends like around prom and homecoming. You're definitely out of luck if you don't make reservations then.
The decor is elegant but you don't have to dress up. There's a really nice outdoor dining area that's open whenever the weather permits. One drawback for me is that the noise level can get pretty high on busy nights.
The servers here are so personable and so well executed. The food was top notch, but would have liked a larger portion of fried eggplant on my eggplant parmesan. Will absolutely be returning again!
The place is beautiful, the food and the service spectacular!
I planned a group holiday dinner here. We ended up with approximately 25 reps, and had a private room. Everything was great, appetizers, salad, drinks, pasta main dishes, sides and desserts. We had it all. For our size group we pre-ordered family style.
Our servers were great, very attentive.
We have an annual event every year, and will keep Bravo in the rotation.
I wish I'd paid attention to the server's name, a petite brunette with an accent. She was the best server I've ever had in my life, very charismatic and polite. No one had an empty glass in the two hours we were there. The food was pretty good too, but the service will definitely keep me coming back
Service was really great! My waiter Colleen was super cute and friendly! We came with a large group and she got all of our orders correct!
It took 7 minutes from the time we were seated until I got water and they were not busy. The pork chop was so salty, I had to return it. I never return food. This poor pork chop tasted like it was soaked in sea water and then bathed in teriyaki sauce. I have no idea how that was considered Italian. I feel really bad about returning my food, but I couldn't eat it. Between the poor service and the salty food, I felt compelled to write a review.
The food is always wonderfull here. Staff is great and the service is promtp but not rushed.
People can stay there and talk with their mask off for as long as they want.
My husband and I stopped at 2:30pm today to inquire about hosting a small business party for 16 guests in January. There were two women at the hostess stand and the one in charge with the brown hair was very rude to us. She stated that private rooms have a minimum of 25. When I asked her where they could accommodate us she said they couldn t do anything special and we would have to make online reservations like everyone else and order from the menu. I explained that the website says they can accommodate all size parties with the plated menu and we would need to sit together. She rudely said they don t do that. This event is an appreciation dinner for District Managers in the Ohio region who are in charge of multiple salesmen and territories. It is unfortunate that a restaurant would turn away business and conduct themselves in this manner. We have chosen another venue for this event and will not use or recommend Bravo in the future because of their poor service and disrespectful, rude attitude.
Our waiter was the bartender and also responsible for the dining area therefore service was substandard. Had to hunt him down for our check.
Food was incredible
I asked to have a side salad made into an entree salad with Salmon and the said they could but did not have the dressing. The manager went in the back and made the dressing for me. He went above and beyond for his customers! Love this place!
Excellent food. Great portions. Be prepared to take home leftovers. Great service.
Not bad. Good food but seemed chaotic and they paved us at a table right in the middle of the walking aisle to the kitchen so tons of traffic and folks bumping my chair all night
An average franchised Italian restaurant with above average pricing...we normally order curbside pickup and it's good, eating in is better, but from one of the delivery services is the worst (theres a clear difference in quality between the three). The decor is dated and the carpet is in desperate need of replacement, service is normally on point. Some of the tables are located vicariously, don't be afraid to ask for a different table.
This is our go-to restaurant. Good food, great service, reasonable pricing.
A little secret the bar bites happy hour menu! ;-). Excellent service from a warm staff. Sitting on the patio is a special treat.
Very nice chain italian restaurant. The food dishes are very good with the typical pasta and italian selections. Plenty of parking but does get crowed during lunch hours on weekdays. Turning left on Hayden Road on the way out is tricky and pretty dangerous, traffic on this road is heavy and fast.
The food and service here as with all Bravo's is really good. (Didn't care much for Brio's) Two things I leave you with, try the shrimp Diablo with chicken instead if you don't eat seafood and whatever you do don't leave without trying the Tiramisu. It's a bit pricey but you do get what you pay for !!
Service was wonderful, the food was delicious, and price about right for a lovely date night.
Good place to vary the menu!
The place is well designed!
Very nice, clean, great atmosphere, food is really good, staff is very efficient and friendly.
Never order the lamb parmesan. It was without a doubt the absolute worst I've ever had. The waitress even asked was hen I ordered it did I ever have it there before. The way she asked should have been a giveaway to change my order but I clearly didn't catch the hint.
Still not sure I like the new menu. A number of items I used to order regularly no longer seem to be available. Becoming harder to distinguish this from other mid-range Italian
Very good and most of all, the staff was spot on with service and attention to details.
I had the Chicken Fettucine Alfredo with spinach, which they called Pasta Woozie or some such thing.
The pasta was nice and firm and the chicken and sauce we're good. The spinach ... not so much.
I ate on the patio which is well away from the busy road. Quiet and peaceful, the staff was very accommodating and the Mediterranean salad was the best I've ever had!
My family of 3 went there today to celebrate Mother's Day, as we've done for the past two years. Today we were turned away for not having a reservation. They were not busy at all. So we took our business elsewhere.
Visited us on weekdays without reservations.
The atmosphere and service are also pretty good.
However, just adding a soft drink to a lunch course (salad or soup and pasta or pizza) or nearly 2500 yen including a tip is too high ...
I was satisfied that the interior was vacant.
However, the parking lot was wide and easy to park, and the taste was a level that I could not believe was Italian in the USA.
We had a family party here in September 2018. They charge 2% for their banquet room. Great price! When I asked if we could have people give a card and pay just for their share, they wouldn t let us do it.
They claimed it was the way their system is set up. They inconvenienced our large group over $6!!! Are you kidding me?!
I specifically asked the manager twice, Can each person give you their charge card and pay for their section. For example, X$? She said yes each time.
They have management that doesn t listen. The head waiter didn t listen either. He was distant and unfriendly.
We had a waitress that was wonderful. She worked hard for us. Melissa will land on her feet when this place goes out of business. She should be the manager!
The food was average at best. I ordered a chicken dish. The chicken was dry. It was flavorless other than the overuse of salt. The pasta that came with it was dry and over cooked. Meaning, they were crunchy.
This is why Bravo is going out of business!!! A good manager would have either moved us to accommodate everyone paying separately or suggested one person paying the lousy 2% of $6 and then ran seperate bills.
Don t go here!
When ordering pasta for takeout, my suggestion would be to request it cooked al dente (really, shouldn't it be cooked this way for most dishes?), since my last two orders were virtually inedible they were so mushy after driving less than 10 min. before eating. When I eat at the restaurant, the pasta tastes wonderful, if a little more cooked than I would prefer. I've never had to send a meal back, however, I wish I could when I got the carryout orders!
The atmosphere is really nicely decorated, but when busy, it can get pretty loud in the main (center) area. If you like a quieter experience, I'd suggest asking for one of the side rooms, with lower ceilings.
The service is normally very good!
Great food, but very high in calories. I had to search for something within my calorie range.
Loved the wine, spinach and artichoke dip, bread and linguine pasta with vegetables.
Decent place for some Italian food. They have new menu. Tried bolognese and tiramisu. Love their tiramisu!
They lost our reservations made for 15 people!
We had a very intimate wedding at a small chapel and wanted to celebrate with our out of town family at a restaurant.
We could not reserve a room--the minimum of 25 people. That was fine with us, we went ahead and made regular reservations, knowing it's possible that we would be seated in the main dining area. We asked if we could at least sit in a corner... Didn't matter which corner... and they said they would absolutely do their best.
When we show up, they said we must've made reservations at the other location (we didn't). We sat and made these reservations together. We still had this location's number in our call log from a month before.
They still offered to take us anyway. How gracious of them.
Our server was very nice, however service was painfully slow. They were not busy.
We didn't ask to be comped anything, nor was it offered.
Also, pretty sure one of our guests got food poisoning--as no one else in the family got violently ill.
Very disappointing and embarassing.
Pasta dishes were not our favorite. One of them arrived cold, and the other 3 had almost no tomato sauce. Service was still very good though.
Samon was amazing I tip my hat to the chef, service polite, and professional...atmosphere relaxing...need to change the way the check was presented ( with a paper clip to an advertisement ) SERIOUSLY! that really put a damper on the rest of the service,,,just seemed cheap and tacky...BUT I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! 4star...would have said a 5star except for check presentation!
Good food in a comfortable environment. Sunday evening before 6 is a good time to visit as not many people are here. Food was great however it seemed to take a little long to get to us. All in all this is a great eat!
Nice ambiance and very good service, but our lunch was mediocre, at best. This used to be a quality place to eat. Disappointing.
We did go in all the time, but we haven't been in for a couple of years now, got a little miss treated and forgotten because you had a big banquet going on, a little embarrassing as we had guest with us and I had talked your Restaurant up for months and then subpar service and subpar food because of the banquet, your wait staff was way over taxed, If I ever come back I will update my review.
It was good the lobster soup was great however the Lobster ravioli was kind of bland and probably should have used the red sauce over top with more Lobster meat
Bravo has been one of our favorite Columbus restaurants for 20 years now. We love the fried ravioli (the aioli is like crack), shrimp Diablo, filet & pork chops.
Good Italian. Reasonable pricing. Great selection of wine, beer and drinks. Outdor seating. Tonight we got a "sun in the shade". Delicious!
Excellent customer service. Our waiter was extremely nice and personable. Even during busy hours every time we go here it's always a pleasant time. The interior is beautifully designed and well lit and provides a great atmosphere.
I have yet to try a dish I didn't like and the prices are not too bad.
We got a family meal to go. Lasagna and chicken parmesan. There was barely any sauce on the chicken parmesan. The lasagna was mediocre at best. Decent enough, but not worth the price.
Great food, great drinks and great bartender Brian!! He was amazing!!
Officially one of our favorite local Italian restaurants! Great atmosphere, easy to find location with lots of parking, and very welcoming staff.
Prices range to about $30/plate, which I feel is fair for the quality and portions you receive. The menu is also short and to the point, rather than handing you a small novel to select from.
The bar area is nice and secluded from the rest of the dining room, and is up front with easy access. Wait staff was efficient and informative, even though it seemed they were a bit understaffed for the amount of people there at the time (this is the only reason for the 4/5 star rating).
Beautiful decor, and spacious enough that even if it was a full house, I wouldn't feel like I was dining on top of the strangers sitting next to us.
Definitely worth the try if you are considering it; after one visit we plan to go back regularly.
Great atmosphere. Excellent Italian and lots of choices.
