I love my toyota don't get me wrong, but when dealing with sales reps and services reps... not so much. They don't return your calls. When you have concerns they don't listen. My sales rep (J.S.) sold me a "brand new" truck with scratches and issues with new tint did not correct my issues. Recently, I brought in my vehicle for servicing and ended up with a loaner (which I had to fight tooth and nail for) because of a recall. My service rep never returned my call when I left messages. I had to call several times to get information.

They are so fast to take your money but don't support you as a customer after taking $50k from your wallet. I don't expect bells and whistle when I come in, but at least give me the customer service that you always advertise. This is the reason why so many people I know get vehicles from other dealerships.

Just disappointed.
