So AK handles the BMW cars here on Guam. Everytime I went there their key Fob was not working. I have owned several BMWs for many years now. This wasn't the kind of BMW service I'm used to but again we are on Guam so satisfactory here seams to fall short a lot. Maybe because the island is so small? I'm not sure. They do have great granola bars and complimentary coffee while you wait. They dont vacuum or wash your car like every BMW normally does.
