Helpful staff in the furniture department every time we visit.

My husband and I bought a great quality couch at a mere fraction of the original price. I don't believe we would have found a better deal anywhere else!

Very dissapointed. No notice anywhere that we would not be able to access our rented storage on Saturday ( not a public holiday) during the Easter weekend. No advice posted that the storage would be closed.

A lack of communication on the change of hours has been costly and highly stressful.
