Bad service. After registering for the first appointment, you have to wait almost an hour, to be told that they are running even further and ask you to make another appointment. Very unprofessional and customer unfriendly. 2 receptionists who have nothing else to do should inform customers more proactively. Finally, it also takes me at least 2 hours leave.

After many good stories ended up at this practice. Nice clean practice, honest people and a very nice dentist. In my opinion a must!

Nice practice, nice reading material and very modern. Treatment was fine. Unfortunately, there was no one at the desk when I walked back because I had forgotten my referral letter. Result wait 15 minutes. A shame about my time.

I'm looking for another dentist. There are various ways to check whether a dentist meets set (medical) standards. But that's only part of what's important. I know from experience that not all dental practices put people first.

So I first want to experience for myself whether a practitioner / practice is the right practitioner / practice for me. Before undergoing that experience, the first hurdle turns out to be bureaucracy. If you want to be treated, you must first "register" yourself. First making an appointment for a treatment appears to be "not possible". Apparently registrations are the revenue model, just like with Google and Facebook.

I first want to experience and then decide whether I will also register. If I want to buy a loaf of bread I go to a bakery and I don't have to "register" first to experience how their bread tastes. So this dental practice is not for me.

Had a nice treatment. The dentist was very clear and transparent about the costs in advance. The waiting room is very homely decorated and this also gives peace.

Beste praktijk die ik in mijn 39 jaren jong heb ervaren. Niet alleen de tandartsen zijn zeer kundig en vriendelijk, maar het hele team werkt goed samen om met vertrouwen naar de tandarts te gaan. Zelf geen held als het op tandartsen aan komt, en toch voelde ik me voor het eerst echt op mijn gemak. De praktijk gevonden voor het leven. Dank team voor de goede zorgen al het hele jaar.

I was looking for a new dentist and was attracted by the logo of this practice. Out of curiosity I made an appointment for an intake. Upon entering, I immediately felt at ease with the homely decor. I had never seen this before at the dentist, how beautifully decorated it is! The dentist welcomed me kindly and explained everything he was going to do in advance. I found this very pleasant. After looking in the mouth, he set me up and discussed his findings. I left the house with a neat budget on paper, where he also took my dental insurance into account. I felt relaxed and reassured after this visit and I will return with pleasure. I highly recommend this dentist!
