This was my first time at Andrew Chevrolet s service department. I was greeted at the garage door by the valet who quickly opened my door and offered his assistance. My service tech explained what service I was receiving and how long it would take. He called me promptly after the service was completed and I went back to pick it up. I even got a bag of fresh popped popcorn on my way out. Great job Andre Chevrolet!!

Lucas did a great job working with me to get my price where it needed to be. He even stayed past closing to work with me on nitpicking the price points. Overall, buying a car is stressful and Lucas, and the rest of Andrew Chevrolet, made it a pretty enjoyable experience.

Don't believe their statements about Kelly Blue Book cash offers. I talked to them before making the drive. They assured me they beat kbb. When I arrived, the dealership had signs showing that cash offers are typically at the low end of trade in value. My particular vehicle has a trade in (not retail) value of 9700-14000. I was expecting they'd offer something like 10k. They checked it, came back, and said the vehicle looks good. No issues. We'd like to buy it. Offer is 7000! It would be different if I hadn't asked before going there, but almost 30% *below* the bottom of trade in value?!?

The only reason my rating is a 2 is because the sales guy I dealt with at the dealership was very nice.

If you want a cash offer, don't go to Andrew.

I bought a Used car from Andrew Chevrolet which I thought was a good dealership, which later I found out would not be true! I know when buying a used car you never know what will happen, I bought a 2015 Chevy Cruze LTZ which is a really nice car! I even thought it would be a great idea to purchase a warranty plan which I m glad I did, because only 4 month of having the car my engine light came on, and I found out that the turbocharger under booster when out! But know they expect me to come out of pocket 700 dollars! I feel like if you buy a car even if it s used you should never have to pay for big component like that after only 4 months of owning this vehicle! I haven t even put 10000 miles on the car! Also I feel that I was sold a warranty that I thought covered more than it actually does with is a bad part on the dealership! Being that my car is a 2015 I would not expect for a problem this big so soon!

This is one of the best dealerships I've worked with for any brand of car. They are never pushy, always upfront and are great communicators. They do what they say and honor their word. Andrew's team are invested in the customer, not the transaction. Lastly, they are super respectful of your time and will not play the waiting game to 'wear you down' like so many other dealerships. A+ for Andrew and the sales/management/service teams.

The job was supposed to take 3 days to repairs fender scratches, a damaged wheel, mud flaps, and a rear tail light cover with a paint chip next to it. They called saying it was ready for me to pick up at the end of the third day. When I arrived, they had not replaced the wheel, or the front & rear mud flaps. The truck was also not washed, even though earlier in the day when I spoke with them, they said it was currently being washed. The also did not repair the paint chip around the tail light that was replaced. Two days later they called and said it was ready, again. The fender that was repainted was full of micro scratches from improper buffing, there were two noticeable scratches where the original damage was done, the rear mud flap was not replaced, and the chip by the tail light was just touched up and not feathered so it was still noticeable. In addition, they attempted to vacuum the inside. The front floor mats were on the wrong sides, half of the front window was wiped but not the passenger side which is very noticeable, the rear floor mats were improperly installed with my under seat safe chain going under the floor mats and placed on top of the rear seats. In addition, there was a large black mark/smudge on the rear seats, which they were able to remove with a cleaning rag, after I mentioned it. I also injured my fingernail when I had to fix the floor mats that they did not replaced correctly. They did complete the job with an additional 3 days needed. The GM was rude to me when I spoke with them. I am not confident in their work and feel I need to get rid of a truck that is 1 1/2 yrs old so that I don't incur more costs down the road when the paint fails. The ending amount due was over $1000 over the estimated costs, not including rental costs.

I always have a good experience at Andrew Chevrolet. Having Sergey K. as my service rep makes my experience better. He is such an awesome and honest rep. who goes out of his way to help. I also had a good experience with one of the mechanics Dave when we took my car out for a spin to troubleshoot the problem. Overall, staff at Andrew's are friendly. Thank you!!!

Was there for over 2 hours before they even filled out paperwork only to have them tell me the car I called about was sold then they kept trying to convince me buy a brand new car. Dont go here. For a vehicle that is only 5 years old, and softly driven, we never get away from the service dept without some expensive repair. 2 days to do a 3 hour repair, then they altered the invoice without my approval, adding $200 more to the cost. I had this same bad experience with these guys before, and we gave them another chance, but here again they blew it.

My experience with Andrew Chevrolet in Glendale was beyond amazing. Kyle, my sales rep, was personable and he worked hard to get me into a vehicle that worked with my budget and tailored it to my own financial needs. Kyle, is an exceptional addition to that sales team and I would recommend EVERYONE to go see him. He makes you feel like you ve known him forever with his genuine and authentic personality and knowledge of the industry. Mike and Julie from the finance department was great as well! I ll never go anywhere else except Andrew Chevrolet to buy cars.

I scheduled an appointment for my 2000 Monte Carlo at Andrew Chevrolet in Glendale, WI to diagnose why my heat wasn't working. After the diagnostic, they told me that my by-pass sensor and ignition switch needed to be replaced. After replacing the by-pass sensor and ignition switch I came to pick my car up it seemed fine, but an hour later my car began to shake furiously and started to smoke out of the tail pipe. I was so upset. I called the dealership and they told me to bring my car back in and then proceeded to tell me that my car need a new engine because the oil and antifreeze was leaking on the rack and pinion. The also told me that there wasn't any oil in the car when I just had an oil change and put antifreeze in my vehicle. This was a big shock to me because there wasn't any symptoms leading up to this or shaking in my car before this place put there hands on it. This was the worse experience ever. If they knew that something else was worse than the problem they fixed why would they just allow me to pay to have that repair done if my engine needed to be replaced. Also if my car was in that bad of shape why would they offer to buy my car. Would not recommend anyone I know to go to this shop.

Made an appt for work to be done on my 2017 Trax for a recall. Since we'd be at the dealer, added an oil change. Husband took it in and was told the work for the recall couldn't be done as they don't do that work on saturdays and the parts were also on back order. Would have been nice to know this at the time we made the appointment. Would not have driven all the way across town just for an oil change!

Went there with intentions of buying a truck. We finally got to the point of being somewhat ok with the bottom line. Then we were approved, the amount which would be financed went up about 1500 dollars. The bottom line changed, and that number wasn t the one we agreed on. We walked.

Update the dealership did try to call after this review (to make it right). After seeing my credit was shotgunned, I was not happy, and they were not at all helpful!

I had an oil change completed per dealership/manufacturer recommendation. My air pressure was not checked. I thought that this would be a routine check because it is a safety issue.

Went in for an oil change and was in and out. Went this morning when I got off work and I was in and out in a out 35 to 40min. The guy who I worked with went above and beyond to help me when I asked for some tire prices, the tires currently on my car are a bit expensive so he even found some cheaper ones that are still great quality in case I couldn't afford the tires currently on my car. Only downfall was I got there to early for the cookies lol.

Bought a used Honda Accord this weekend at Andrew Chevrolet and had a phenomenal experience. We worked with Lucas and were blown away by his knowledge as well as his professionalism with working with us. He helped us to ensure that his was the appropriate car for our family and never made us feel like he needed to 'close a sale.' I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great used car but more than anything I would highly suggest to work with Lucas! We will be back in the future!!

I was really nervous, since I just moved to the area and my check engine light suddenly came on. As a 20-something female, I especially thought I was going to get the run-around wherever I went.

Luckily I experienced no BS from Andrew Chevrolet. They quickly addressed what I wanted done, and diagnosed the problem immediately. I was out within the hour, and didn't break the bank!

Hopefully I don't have to go back any time soon, but I would return to Andrew Chevrolet.

I was looking for a Honda Odyssey to replace our previous. Never thought I would find it at a Chevy dealership. Found a listing that peaked my interest on the Autolist app on my phone. Inquired about it and received a call from Lucas Musil. Super friendly guy, not "salesman-esque" like I was expecting so we gave it a shot. Showed up on a Saturday morning to look at the 2008 Honda Odyssey that he had received as a trade in not even 2 days previous. It was still being detailed off-site. Lucas insisted on driving us over there to check out the van to see if we even wanted to put more time into the process. Great start to the day. He hung in there with us all through the day while we decided on the purchase and worked our way through finance. He was never impatient nor pushy with us, loved that! He was great even with our energy-ball 8 year old son...put him to work, chatted with him and found things for him to do. In my book, above and beyond Lucas!

We ended up buying the perfect vehicle for our needs and Lucas was along for the ride all the way. He was right when he said that "he wasn't there to sell us a car, but to help us buy a car". Thank you Lucas! You DEFINITELY earned this 5 star and I don't give them out willy nilly.

P.S. If it were up to Jackson, this would be TWELVE stars! Darn Google! :o)

Stay AWAY from this dealership! There are a lot of decent Chevy dealerships out there, and this not one of them. They WILL OVERCHARGE YOU!
I should ve walked out when our salesman, Kyle Oberdorf of 31 yrs (which is why he has all the sleazy salesman tricks mastered) to tell us the online price was over $2000 more than what it was. And when I brought it up he said that his price must ve been a mistake. And then when he got us a price from the back it was missing a $750 discount which I brought to his attention, and he started getting mad. He then went and got that adjusted and brought back what the payments were I questioned the interest rate, which he didn t know and got mad about, he told me it wouldn t make much of a difference. Which anyone knows it does on a $45000 loan! He then asked where we wanted to be on payments, which is the ultimate car salesman scam! I wanted to know what the price and interest rate was going to be which he was very secretive about. He came back again and said it was where we wanted it to be and he disappeared. Next thing we know we are in finance office. I asked Julie, the finance manager, about price and she said they have to add things in and then take them back off and never told me what actual purchase price was. I should ve walked out!
I got home and went through the numbers and indeed the reason sleezy car salesman was hiding and not wanting to show me anything on paper was the over charged us! The price online was $45678 and the purchase price was $46000!
What a disgraceful dealership to knowingly over charge people!!! Very very dishonest people!

If you come in to purchase a vehicle here make sure you aren t greeted with Gary as he is a very angry salesman. If you are coming to buy a pre-owned vehicle here make sure you pay attention to everything, as in trunk distance from body to the smallest scratches. I came in to look at a q60 here and trunk was noticeably out of place. When I brought up the issue to the salesmen, they seemed informed about it but somehow frantically chose not to inform me prior. A CLEAN CARFAX DOESNT GUARANTEE A CLEAN TITLE. I ll say this many times as there are loopholes. Wouldn t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Horrible, horrible, horrible.... Probably the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I had the hydraulic clutch line go out (happened once before) on my car, so I knew what the problem was and told the service manager this. I had it towed to Andrew Chevrolet where they told me that it would cost $782 parts and labor. I laughed and asked what was the problem as this was fixed for $200 under warranty the last time? They told me the diagnosis was that the master cylinder was faulty(this is inside the firewall) and thus the cost was so high. I asked if they checked for holes the hydraulic line as this was the problem a couple years prior. They said yes, so I told them I will have my cousin (who is a mechanic) come pick up the car because he can do that job for much less. obviously they wanted my business, so they said they will look into the problem again and what do you know, they found that the hydraulic line was rubbing and had a hole in it. So, I negotiated to only paying $300 even though they lied to me twice and wasted mine and my cousin's time, for 3 days, as he went out to look at the car.
So, I come to find out that they never really diagnosed the car the first time and were just blowing smoke up my rear. The mechanic just went out to my car in the lot, at night, and saw the pedal to the floor, so he assumed it was the master cylinder. Oh, but they did give me a free car wash and a $25 gift card to come back for services. What a joke! That was great toilet paper. I should have taken the car where I first bought it at a large Chevy dealership in Waukesha. Much better service and the managers don't lie. Definitely shop around before taking your car there for repairs.

My family and I have been going to Andrew Chevrolet for years. We have always worked with Tom Dwyer and his team and have been completely satisfied with their service every time. My daughter just recently purchased a Chevy Trax and she absolutely loves it! Larry, Tom, Julie, and Alex all assisted in making the process easier. They never steer their customers in the wrong direction and always are honest. Sergey is wonderful as well in the service department!! I highly recommend Andrew Chevrolet!

Awesome... So I ve never ever written a review of anything before but Lucas is amazing! I called him two days ago and asked him to work a miracle and that s just what he did! If I could give 6 stars I would for him! Super professional, while still literally running around the showroom to get me into the car I wanted. He helped with everything I asked of him and I couldn t be happier with his service... seriously Luke is worth 6+ stars!

This is one of the best dealerships to get your vehicle(s) from. I ve tried a couple dealerships before this location and had no luck for the past 2 years. Once I walked In I felt completely relaxed. Myself and my dad worked with Julie and Larry. Both very understanding and consistent. We spent a total of 4 hours at this location and it went by QUICK! Almost felt like we were in and out. I m extremely grateful for them both and I couldn t have done it without them.

First I HATE buying cars - there's pushy salesmen, credit concerns, a fear I'll get roped into a payment way more than I can afford.... NONE of that was the case at Andrew Chevrolet. My salesperson was St Daniels and he was amazing. When he approached us in the lot, I told him exactly what I was looking for and exactly how much we wanted to spend.

His calm gentle demeanor, willingness to listen to concerns and wants, and treat both my fiance and myself (especially myself) as important decision makers in the process was what sold the car. Yes, Chevrolet makes a very pretty Blazer and I love it, but our salesperson was who sold that car.

I will return to Andrew Chevrolet as long as I can always work with St. Daniels.

Also - thank you Andrew Chevrolet for fostering a work environment that doesn't involve pushy salespeople and one that really makes what I can afford the priority.

When I walked in the front door of Andrew Chevrolet, I was greeted by the sales manager and was told my new Chevy Silverado was ready and waiting. He offered me a beverage and I was then escorted to the finance manager's office. The finance manager went over my paperwork not only professionally but allowed me time to review everything. After signing, the sales manager introduced me to Nathan, my salesperson, who proceeded to go over all the features of my new truck. He was very patient and connected my phone and OnStar for me. He made sure I was comfortable and ready to drive home. The general manager and sales manager both thanked me for my purchase and said to call if I need anything or have questions. This dealership far exceeded my expectations! I give them 125% on their exceptional customer service and I LOVE my new truck!

Received letter from GM March 2015 informing me of...

Received letter from GM March 2015 informing me of cracked or fractured wave plate affecting transmission. First, on June 2, 2014 I took my 2009 Malibu LTZ into Andrew, because my transmission forward gears would not shift automatically to the next highest gear. And the reverse gear would not engage. I paid Andrew $130.47 to diagnose the problem. Andrew Chevrolet diagnosed wave plate damage and recommended replacing transmission at a cost of $3600. I believe this $130.47 should have been reimbursed also. It was not! All of my service receipts relating to the transmission met the criteria for full reimbursement per the letter from GM. Second, I attempted to cash the reimbursement check issued by Andrew Chevrolet and found that it was fraudulent. The check number did not match what had been put into the system. Called the dealership while at the bank to resolve the problem and was given the run around. Put on hold and transferred to employees with no knowledge or a clue about what to do. Employees passing the buck and no one trying to help. I returned to the dealership extremely frustrated after wasting the majority of the morning trying to resolve the check issue at two different PNC bank branches that Andrew uses. The sales manager on duty, (Leon) replaced the fraudulent check with a hand written check from the used car sales account. His compensation for my frustration and inconvenience was two $10 gas cards for 2-3 hours of my time unnecessarily wasted as a result of Andrew's questionable accounting practices. Finally, I am a teacher and the weekend is the only time I have to conduct business and run errands. I am one of Andrew Chevrolet's small customers, but small individual customer satisfaction should matter too.

Service on car seemed fine but coordinating pickups for shuttle service (I was asked for the address, provided the street address and the shuttle went to a completely different school 12 miles away! Because of it I couldn't get my car until the next day and with 4 kids that's a big deal).
