We went on a snowy Saturday morning to look at a used Jeep. We were greeted promptly and offered coffee to warm up. We quickly met with the salesman we d corresponded with online, Lucas Musil. He was very friendly and made the experience easy. We returned a couple hours later with our trade in and quickly got a deal and financing together. We couldn t have been more pleased with the overall experience!

Nathan Krause as the sales man could not be better...

Nathan Krause as the sales man could not be better. I requested a person that would not pressure me into a car. I also wanted a car with E 85 capability, That was not an easy find for a new car. Nathan came through, and if only Chevy continued with E-85, I would have been in for a new car just the other day. I have decided to keep my car, as it is in near mint condition with low miles. Thank you Nathan, and ALL of the service staff for the last 3 years.

Just had another outstanding experience with Luke yesterday! He performed a small service for us enthusiastically and very competently.

He continuously stays in contact with us to ensure our satisfaction is complete with our current purchase. He is the type of guy who continues to provide you great service even after the conclusion of a sale. He interfaces when necessary with other depts. of the dealership to ensure that we remain satisfied.

We have purchased our second vehicle from him last Spring (2016) after being one of his first customers in 2013. We will do so again! I highly recommend him as your sales rep for both new and used cars.

Nathan took really great care of us! We leased a 2019 Chevy Equinox and it was our first lease so we had lots of questions and he worked with us to make sure all of our concerns were addressed. We walked out extremely happy with our experience and love our new ride. Definitely recommend him as he has a great personality.

Bought a used vehicle from this dealership and never had mentioned anything about the damage on the car. I would assume the respect for someone spending a large sum of money on a car would be shown. Will never recommend this dealership again. Can t wait to get this car off of my hands.

I appreciate having the opportunity to work with such a pleasant group of service representatives at Andrew Chevrolet, whenever I needed to take my Malibu in for services the majority was very cheerful and eager to resolve my concerns. Mr. Clarence McGowan and Lan took out the time to fix a leak on the inside of my vehicle after a year of trying to get this matter resolved. I have learned over the years not to give up on a company I trust, based on one person actions of not taking the extra steps because there is no I in team. I must say 5 out of 6 representatives is a plus to keep moving forward in spreading the good news to others. Thanks P.B.

When I first started coming here I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew who is no longer there. He helped me get my first 2 cars. Lucas a very nice salesman helped me with my 3rd car. He always returned my calls and really listened to what I was looking for. If you want a kind and patient salesman please go to Andrews Chevrolet and ask for Lucas. He makes the impossible happen!! Lucas is the only one I will go to for any car needs in the future.

He didn t follow up with me, he didn t tell how much I would be spending, he didn t call my work number as I asked, he didn t have paperwork ready when I came to pick up, he didn t have follow up details, just a bill and then said brakes, it needs brakes. I was in for an oil change with multi point inspection and factory recall work.

Quite satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and was equally pleased with the service performed on my vehicle. Since it was necessary to leave my car overnight for the repairs to be completed, I took advantage of the "shuttle service" offered by the dealership and found the driver (who had 2 other passengers besides me) to be pleasant and friendly.
If I could change anything it would probably be the paying "on-line" option, which I was informed was no longer offered. (If it had, then my teenaged daughter who works nearby, could have picked up the car for me!)

I will not spend another dollar at this business. Out of all people the manager Tom is one of the most unprofessional person ever. When I found a defect on my vehicle that I purchase I took it in to see what they would do and this guy straight disrespect me in my face. The sales person agreed that the problem was there from day one but because I did some work on the vehicle he accused me of causing the problem.

I knew what I was looking for before I came in, but he showed me all of the features of the car several times to make sure I was comfortable (as I haven't driven a Chevy in a long time). It was much appreciated and very clear I could continue to ask for help as needed. Kyle helped me trade in my current car and figure out the best financing strategy for my family. Worst dealership EVER!!!! I took my car in for a factory repair and left it overnight and the next morning the staff had stolen the rims off of my car!!!!! When I asked if they had a camera system watching all of the cars in their service lot, they had none! And there was not a break in! Only my car rims were stolen and no other car was touched!!!

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Cruze Diesel from this dealership and initially had it serviced here. Although I am very happy with the car and the mileage - typically 48-52 mpg highway with the best of 57.5 for a 50 mile range, I am very unhappy with the service department. I will never take my car back there again. In my opinion the workmanship is poor and the service manager is not truthful!

I had a great experience getting my car serviced at Andrew Chevrolet. I had a check engine light come on in my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze and immediately called Andrew Chevrolet. Their staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting the solution resolved as well as explaining the issue to me after they were able to take a look under the hood. They told me that my car would be fixed and ready for pickup the following day and they delivered on time as promised. All of the staff members that I dealt with were very professional and I would definitely recommend Andrew Chevrolet to anyone.

Everything was great!!! From the moment I pulled in I felt so welcomed by Walter. With my credit situation I knew for sure I was going to be leaving with nothing. From the moment we linked he insured me he was going to take care of me. I liked that he talked to me like a person and not just another sales quote. Yesterday evening I worked with a lady who was looking for a new car. Andrew Chevrolet had given her an extended demo drive to take the car overnight to see if she liked it and she was shopping around the deal. After three hours of discussions we finally landed on the same car she had from Andrew, just in the color she wanted. It was then that we realized she had already bought the car. Andrew Chevrolet had told her that she had 48 hours to decide but had confused her into signing the lease agreement and driving away in the vehicle, registered in her name. They hadn t even taken the time to go through the radio and climate control systems with her, only shooed her out the door and told her to come back in 48 hours. They wouldn't look for a dealer trade to find her the color she wanted--but once they had a fish on the line they confused her into leasing a car she didn t know she was buying.

There are many fine dealerships in Milwaukee from which you can get a good deal on a car. But please, please do not go to Andrew Chevrolet and let yourself be taken advantage of.

Regarding the service department.
I brought my Equinox in because the AWD light came on. Qudos to the service manager, but, it took 5 days to get my car back, I was given a car to drive, but when my car was returned, there was grit ground into the front quarter panel, the brakes were abused so that I have to push them to almost half way to the floor before they engage, this on top of somewhere about 45 extra miles were on my odometer more than when I left the car, as well as some of my personal belongings strewn around . Now, the service manager did call and offered to have it "Looked at" but by this time, I had lost all confidence in them. He also offered some very lame , and obviously well rehearsed excuses, hew more than likely uses on people on a regular basis as to why the brakes were the way they were. There is absolutely no excuse for my car to be returned to me in this shape, it is 2 years old, and gently driven. I feel excuses and an air of condescension on the part of this Manager Bryant, convinced me this is not the place to take my Chevy in the future.

The first guy we talked to said that they will not able to take us. After further discussion with another person, the service was finally provided in a timely manner. PS: A car wash would have been appreciated.

Didn't have a lot really worked out in my head as I went into the dealership other than the fact I was looking for a Silverado. I sat down with Lucas Musil and he really helped me hash out the details on what I was looking for and what was obtainable for the price point I wanted to be at. The truck we came up with unfortunately wasn't available at the dealership so he actually found one nearby and took me to go look at it and made a dealer trade for exactly what I was looking for. I definitely put him through the ringer with getting everything to work out and he delivered!

Had to take in our '16 Malibu due to a faulty accelerator sensor and was told the part will not be available for 3-4 weeks which is understandable. What is not understandable or acceptable is that the car can shut itself down from 70 mph to 40 mph at any given time. This problem is dangerous and should be rectified immediately. Our family could not take our "newer" car on a recent vacation due to this serious issue- very disappointed to say the least.

My truck was brought in for repairs at 1500 W Silverspring and they stated that my wife windows did not work when I brought it in. They wanted to charge to replace something that I never had an issue with. I spoken with several people that couldn't solve the problem; but Kevin and Brian I just want to say that they both are awesome people. They took the time out to hear the issues I was having and fixed the problem. I never met these two before but they gave a tentative ear to my concerns.They both restored my trust at this facility. I came here looking for a reliable used vehicle. When they say they put extra care into their vehicles, they mean it! They replaced numerous things before selling it to make sure it was reliable. I dealt with Lucas and he was very approachable and answered all of my questions. There was a little problem trying to get my license plate on but he made sure that someone was able to fix it and get it on. He tries to help you out with anything that he can.

It was only suppose to take 45min and cost $160 plus tax. However, we were never told it would take another hour plus $500 more. Not til, I went to the desk, and asked how much longer. When he got sarcastic 20 to another 1. there is broken bolt, nut whatever......after hour an twenty min. the guy who to took my order finally came to me and my son and told us with broken nut that your mechanic couldnt unscrew or line up did we them to fix that they had the kit in-stock. You had our truck what were we suppose to say, NO!!! My son finally said after few min go ahead! I was very angry, felt ripped -off, and bad customer service. there was brand new pipe and looked good. at least that was done right. Just next time as soon as you find out there something broken and going to cst more to fix. Let the customer know right away. Dont ignore and keep talking like we got ALL day to wait and lost more money!!!!!

Went to get a key made for my 95 impala and had to order the key. The guy that placed the order was great. He told me to come back the next day, bring the key and the car so the key could be cut and make sure it fits. I go and pick up the key and a different guy is at the counter gives me my key and the tells me I have to go somewhere else and have it cut. I ask him and what if the key don't work, tells me that is a risk that I have to take.. I will be going to another dealer if I need anything for my car.
