It started off with just wanting to go in and drive a Traverse. Lucas took me for a drive then sat down with me and really listened to what I was looking for, identified needs vs wants, and ultimately helped me find the perfect one. He didn't try to push anything on me that I wasn't looking for and ensured I was 100% comfortable with the price point we had reached. Left that night with my new car and I love it! Would definitely direct any family and friends to work with Lucas when buying a Chevy.

While in Milwaukee from Illinois my daughter's "check engine" light appeared on her 2017 Malibu. While another Cheverolet dealer on Milwaukee's Northwest side said the couldn't POSSIBLY get her in until 7 days from my call, Andrew Cheverolet got her in on the next day. Clarence in service was professional, and the problem was diagnosed and resolved within 45 minutes. Very pleased.

Friendly, reliable, fast and respectable.

This was my first time personally purchasing/leasing a car and it was kind of on a whim. Working with Andrew, Alvin, Leon and Alex was the most fantastic experience. The team at Andrew Cheverolet made it smooth, quick and easy for me to lease my first vehicle. Alvin was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of all the vehicles we were interested in. The team at Andrew was not pushy and was focused on finding the perfect vehicle for me. Through my experience, I will continue to lease and purchase cars from Andrew.

Poor customer service from Joel very inconsiderate.I was forced to pull my vehicle from this body shop and go elsewhere! I tried calling and speaking to manager serval times before I made this decision but of course was never able to reach him.

Went in on my own, knew what I wanted to test drive, loved it, leased it. Liked very much my direct salesman Eric, and GSM Stuart. However, a friend of mine thought I could've gotten a better deal, so he called to see what he could get. Sure enough, he got a much lower deal than I did and it was for the same exact vehicle, same money down and a shorter lease. Also, not one person has asked me how I like my purchase or if they could do anything for me. I feel very defeated that women are still treated unfairly compared to men when it comes to vehicle buying and to know that the salesman, Kyle, confirmed they sold the exact vehicle he wanted over the weekend, but then all of a sudden it's not what he asked for as soon as I walked in, we were rudely asked to leave (still no one acknowledged the actual customer which was me) and there was yelling and name calling on behalf of the GSM that was on site. Women should be able to go into a business and get things done, like men do period. I thought buying a new car, you're supposed to be happy but the situation leaves my faith and trust in people broken.

Andrew Chevrolet in Glendale, WI: The dealership was very customer focused. My salesperson, Kyle, introduced me to another salesperson right away-in case I came in when Kyle wasn't there. I thought that was a nice touch-then I would feel like I 'knew' someone, even if Kyle wasn't there. Kyle did an excellent job. I knew which vehicle I was interested in, so didn't need help selecting one, but wanted all the options shown to me; which Kyle did. He knew about the vehicle and the competitors. He did not talk badly about the competition, just told me to look at them and then come back. When I asked for a quote, he gave me a fair quote (I had received other quotes, and had checked out what the pricing 'should' be from Edmund's). I like that there is no going back and forth over pricing-the price was fair and so I felt that Kyle earned my trust again. Also, he was not pushy. He followed up, as any salesperson should do, but I did not feel pressured at all. I recommend Andrew Chevrolet and Kyle as a salesperson.

TYRONE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND TOOK OFF HIS SERVICE HAT, PUT ON HIS TECH HAT AND CHANGED MY OIL HIS SELF, IN ONLY A FEW MINS TIME, I WAS OUT THE DOOR AND HE WAS OUT THE DOOR ALSO, HEADED HOME! Brought my car in for a diagnostic test which they failed to do and fail to fix the issue they want me to bring my car in multiple times for them to figure out why the check engine light is on and stead of doing a complete inspection to figure out why the light is on. I will never bring my car back to this dealership spoke to Kevin the general manager over the dealership and he stated to me while your car is under warranty so every time you bring it in to get fixed we re going to get paid Regardless.

Reggie, the sales associate, was great, he answered all our questions,provided us a thorough inspection of the car, gave us a nice test drive and kept us pleasantly entertained while the paperwork was being completed after we decided to buy the vehicle.

Dropped my vehicle off to get it looked at. Took them over a day (with me having to call them 8+ times) to look at the vehicle and let me know what was wrong. This was also not the first time. Highly expensive. Non-helpful staff. Find another place to get your vehicles maintenance.

On 2/15 at 1PM I was scheduled to meet Shayna or Connor to get my vehicle appraised. The person at the front desk sent me to another salesman for some reason, the salesman was not really enthusiastic at all, did not seem he wanted to assist me. Just before all that some man who work there was screaming at me and the front desk employee (everyone there heard him), I m guessing he wanted to make a sale through me and was mad that he didn t??..this unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.

I stopped in on Wednesday April 22nd to look at new pick up trucks the sales guy that came out was rude and kept telling us that used would be better. As if we could not afford new after give me a hard time about test driving a new truck.
I said we r leaving and drove to the gmc dealership down the road.. happy to say we will be picking up our new $50,000 GMC next week

My wife scheduled her service appointment three weeks in advance. During scheduling, she detailed the issue to be fixed (a latch on the front console of her Tahoe). At the service appointment, she was informed that the part needed to fix the console had to be special ordered and would not be available for weeks. Needless to say, my wife was infuriated by this inconvenience. Andrew Automotive had no problem charging the full price for the service call and part.

It's not too often you find a car dealership where you don't feel like you're being tricked every time you step in the showroom. Recently I purchased a car from Andrew Chevrolet. I was going back and forth between two dealerships in Wisconsin and even one in Illinois. Hands down the best decision I ever made is to step foot in Andrew Chevrolet. Larry the funny but knowledgeable salesperson and Julie the girl up front and the finance guy all made me feel at home. If you're looking for a car this is the place!

They LIE to Get Your Money And Give Off a Rapist Vibe.
I went there because my car was involved in a recall and I figured I'd have them fix my tire pressure while I was in. The service by one of their employees was fine but another was being very creepy and tried to hit on me. I made it clear I was in a relationship and went to their waiting room.
With in a week my low tire pressure came on again so I took it back to have them fill it up again. The same two men were there and while I was in the waiting room the creepy one came up behind me and was placing his hand on the back of my chair. I did my best to ignore him and eventually he went away how ever when they were done with my car HE FOLLOWED ME and tried to ask me out again. I told him no and got out of there as quick as possible. The next day the light came back on so I took it to Hobhagger, on Capitol, (was highly recommended) and they said there where no leaks but all my tire pressures where still low. That means the people at Andrew Chevrolet NEVER FILLED MY TIRES and just reset my light so I'd think I had a leak and they could charge me.
Moral of the story: go to Hobhagger first and stay away from Andrew Chevrolet if you want your car and your personal space to be respected!

First of all I will say I was so nervous buying my first car, I had visited another dealership that left me feeling angry and frustrated. So when I came to Andrew Chevrolet I was not sure what to expect. I have heard horror stories about how car dealers pressure you into things and so I was very apprehensive. Well let me just say I had the BEST experience at Andrew Chevrolet! I worked with James F., Kyle and their Manager Julie. Although the process is time consuming they worked so hard to get me an AWESOME deal on my 2016 Chevrolet Cruze Limited! I loved how they treated me & my brother, and the level of respect we received. I would highly recommend them to all of my family & friends! This was my first car EVER and I left feeling great and truly blessed to get people who worked so hard to get me into the perfect car! So thank you Kyle, James and Julie for making my first car buying experience the best car buying experience for me!

Every time I go there to get something fixed, my wait time is ridiculous, the finished service is awful, and something is always broken afterward in which I feel the need to go back. Recently, I had a free full detail done because a recall which should have lasted only 2 hours lasted over 4. The detail was done extremely poorly, took WAY too long to do. I cannot see out my windshield because of how poorly the wax job was done. AND wax should NOT be put on the windshield, RainX should have been put on the window. Wax was not rubbed in, it was left in blotches all over the entire car, the side view mirrors weren't even touched. AWEFUL job. I will not be going back there again.

The part took more than a day to get but the dealership provided a loaner car when requested. My recollection of Andrew Toyota was that the car was always washed. Here it was not washed and there was a bit of a white paint spot on one door which I scraped off, two grease smudges (side and rear) and a bit of a scratch on the roof. The customer service person was friendly but didn't seem to know much about the service done. He may be a new employee. Both days I called for an update because I had not received a call. The first day I was told I would get feedback in 15 min (while I waited) but after not hearing anything in 25 min I went to see what was going on.

Not happy with retrieval of my car. They called at 10am saying it was ready. I got there at 11am. I did not get my car for 15 more minutes after paying. When they finally brought it out it was still covered in ice. Half the front windows and all of back window I could not see out of. I start to drive and have to stop cause my *check tire pressure was on. Tires were really bad. One was only 22. Why they didn't do something about this before giving me back my car is carelessness

I took my car in for warranty repairs and there was more damage done when the repairs were done. Also a defective part was put in and the job was done sloppy. I was not happy! I will not recommend Andrew Chevrolet for repairs to anyone! With buying a brand new car at Andrew Chevrolet you would think you would get better service! Now I have to find another alternative in getting my car repaired. I was told that was the best we can do. It's not the best you can do because you damaged my car!

UPDATE: NEVER WAS HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT!!

UPDATE: I SPOKE TO A GENTLEMAN ON THE PHONE ABOUT THE ISSUE. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD GET IN TOUCH WITH ME IN JANUARY OF 2020 AFTER THE NEW YEAR BUT I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK YET?!

A couple months ago, I realized my A/C wasn't work...

A couple months ago, I realized my A/C wasn't working in my 2015 Chevy Silverado that I bought in February (first time I used the A/C). I purchased the truck used and also purchased a comprehensive extended warranty. Upon taking my truck in for the diagnosis and repair, I was informed of issues with my warranty that would not cover the repairs. I was obviously upset, but after speaking to my salesman, Ken, and the General Manager, Kevin, I was at ease. Kevin looked into the issue, corrected it and fixed my truck. Joel and Neil in service took over and did an outstanding job not only in this instance, but also when I brought my truck in for a separate inquiry. As someone who works in customer service, I tend to (instinctively) have slightly higher expectations and they BLEW those expectations out of the water with their amazing service. I would recommend going to these gentlemen for any of your vehicle needs!!! :)

There is no way to get a service appointment over the phone. Whenever customers call for service appointment, it gets transferred to a voicemail and nobody is there to check the voicemail and return the phone call. For all my appointments, I have driven to the dealer to obtain it.

There was a customer car parked behind perpendicular at an angle to my car so when I was pulling my car out after repair, it hit that customer s car and now I have to pay from my insurance for the damages to that car and my car. I asked the customer why she parked perpendicular to my car and she said Sergio asked her park at that spot. Her fender was damaged and she could not open the passenger door. There was no damage to the door but Sergio was encouraging the customer to get a new door since I have full coverage insurance!

I have a Land Rover SUV and when I take it to servicing, they drive the SUV to the driveway when they are done with servicing. I have owned other cars in the past and every time servicing is done, somebody would always drive the car to the driveway so it is ready for me to drive away without any issues. Andrew Chevrolet is the only place where I have to pull my car from the parking lot!

The good things are that the shuttle service is prompt and the mechanic Tony is good.

I have listed around 10 websites where I will post my bad experience at Andrew Chevrolet. Ironically, I have to go back to this place. It my bad luck that the nearest other Chevrolet dealer is in West Allis, which is 30 minutes away from where I live so I cannot quickly drop off my car and come back home.

I was torn between buying a Ford Focus and Chevy Cruze. I was set on the Focus but after coming into Andrew Chevrolet I went with the Cruze because of the customer service. The process was extremely quick and everyone there was helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car! I can't say enough good things about this place. I will not to anywhere else.
