I thought the arrival personnel were very friendly...

I thought the arrival personnel were very friendly and helpful. The payment receiving staff was very cold and rigid. Not very assuring or gracious to receive my payment. I had an oil change completed per dealership/manufacturer recommendation. My air pressure was not checked. I thought that this would be a routine check because it is a safety issue.

I was disappointed
