Awesome place, really friendly staff and they know their stuff. Definitely give it a visit for anything you need for vaping. They have a great selection of liquids and vapes as well as accessories and essentials. Thumbs up 100%

Nice place apart from the man with hair on his face and long greasy hair. I would like to see a new policy where he is forced to lose the baggy look and wear a shirt and tie and smart set of pants and shoes. Also shave inspections like in the army if he refuses send him home until he looks like a salesman. I have also caught him listning to horrible music it made me want to leave I only stayed because the great owner has the best products money can buy and is a credit to the whole industry.
Well set up with the ability to try all the different flavours of e-liquid before you buy. I have been unable to find a cola flavoured e-liquid as good as the one I purchased on my visit. sadly I live over 300 miles away but will visit again next time I go to see family.
Great products, friendly and knowledgable service and always an excellent rangey of juices, tanks, Mods and coils on offer. Only disappointment is advertised opening times are to be taken with a pinch of salt.

My whole vape setup broke one morning so I decided to give these a try and purchase a whole new kit. Website and Facebook page (updated a week ago and adjusted for covid19) states 9am -5pm opening times. Visited the store at 9.10am and although the door had "were open" signage, the door was locked and the shutters down. Tried calling no answer. Clearly nobody there. Shame as I was trying these out for the first time.
Absolutely love this shop. No matter when you go in, you get the best advice and service from whoever is in that day, without fail. Always happy to recommend what's best for you rather than what's best for their till. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Nev.

this is a massive let down, I dont know if the owner has money to burn but this shop is never open when they say it is, and I mean NEVER !!! you have two choices here, go on an afternoon when I promise you wont get parked or go on a morning and stand like a moron waiting for the shutters to open but nothing happens ???, I watched countless people try the door from 8.30 when I arrived all the way up till twenty to eleven when I finally got sick of waiting (and my own customers ringing) and left ........ unfortunate but true, great products, great range and the guy himself is friendly when he eventually turns up but its advertised as opening at 9am and Iv tried every other day now and its just never open ?? unbelievable

Excellent shop for vape, staff are really helpful and very knowledgeable too. There is an excellent range of both liquids, spares and hardware. There are always special offers on different things giving you a decent discount but the prices at full price are very reasonable anyway. There is even a seating area where you can sit inside on a comfortable sofa and have a vape and a chat with staff or other customers, the best vape shop in Chester le Street hands down. Well worth a visit if your currently using a vape or if your thinking about stopping smoking go in and speak to the staff they will be more than happy to help.

not that impressed with service, it wouldnt hurt for him to crack a smile and actually help , needed a glass for a e cig, said didnt have any, but did not inform that others would fit, so left shop without buying anything, yet he could of easily sold a new tank to fit a perfectly Ok working base, i did not want or need to buy a new ecig

How on earth can they justify your prices,Evey vape shop in the area don't believe your prices. If you read my review again I have never said you and your goods at quality..,and the definition of quality is fit for purpose at a reasonable price end of story.so don't say in your reply I praised you.
Went in just before closing to grab my first set and the person on the counter was great, explained everything thoroughly and gave some great tips on long term care. The set itself was much less costly than I imagined it would be and I got some free liquid. Great all around
