almost two hours of a wait for a simple oil change...

almost two hours of a wait for a simple oil change when I had an appointment. No contact no communication no explanation for why this took so long I had to go track down my car to find out what was happening. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I've had better service at jiffy lube .
