Repair was diagnosed and ready on schedule. $500 was not cheap. Would have been nice if battery had been charged to demonstrate things were working when I picked up the car.
This is the third car in about 18 months that our family has purchased at Andrew Chevrolet from James. Each time, he and Kyle and Stuart have been nothing but a pure joy to work with.
Growing up in my grandfather's Chevy dealership in Michigan, I have very high expectations about what service should mean and look like and I am happy to say that I know my grandfather would have loved to have had these gentlemen working on his team.

I'm very disappoint in the service. I've taken my 2018 Cruze in twice for the same problems and nothing was done about it. I was told the car battery cells were shot then later I was told the battery was good. My car will not restart after stop start mode engages. The tech took the car out it and said it ride just fine but when I drive it the very same problems occurs. I've been a customer since 2012 this the 2nd Cruze I've purchase new. This should not be happening to a 2018 with 20,000 miles on it. I got my car back today and when I made it home and went back out 1 hour later it wouldn't start had to start it twice. Never told me why auto start not working.
Customer Service is the key when you are shopping for any major purchase. James was great, I couldn t have asked for a better salesman. Everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant.

My husband had his oil changed and tires rotated on Friday July 6th. When he went in at 530 (store closed at 6 that day) he got a snide comment that he was cutting it close. Workers hurried him out and seemed upset he was there. Shortly after my husband left he had to pull over because his wheel was shaking. He looked and all of his lugnuts on his passenger side front wheel were so loose he was able to turn them with his hand. My husband is lucky his tire didn't fly off and cause a huge accident. Store was already closed at the time. We called and left a message. Then we called the next day and spoke to someone who said he would talk to who was working and call us back. They never did. We sent an email with videos of the loose lugnuts and still no response. We are incredibly disappointed that this is not being taken seriously. The job was covered under warranty and we don't need any compensation but we would appreciate some concern to how serious a situation this could have been all because the service team rushed through their job and hurried my husband out. We do not have plans to return anytime soon after what happened....even with oil changes still being covered under warrenty. It's unfortunate because I've had a great relationship with this dealership for many years.
Quick service, friendly staff and the price of the oil change was not expensive.
Brusque, uninformed sales people made me definitely not want to buy here. A manager tried to make good, but, first impression was not good at all (salesman basically told me before I hit the door that car I was looking at wasn't available to try, and to schedule and comeback in the future).
Will never purchase another vehicle with Andrew Chevrolet, or send anyone there!
OMG Did Lucus Musil Do It?!! Yes, He Did!!!!!! A person who spoke honestly to me about my situation he gave me the pros and cons up front. He keeps to his word... he will work hard for you. Andrew Chevrolet made the whole process of finding and buying a car so much easier than any other dealership I had been looking at. Everyone there was friendly and very willing to help or even just chat while I waited for forms to be processed. Their cars are great quality and very clean. There was a piece broken on the car I was looking at, and they ordered a new piece for it without me saying anything, and didn't make themselves seem "oh so giving" the way most dealerships act when they do something for you. I worked with Robbie, who was super nice and easy to work with. I also spoke with James and Stuart a lot and they made me feel very at home. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a new or used car. They all stayed late for me and my family, they helped me set up OnStar and link my phone to Bluetooth, and made sure I was totally prepared and comfortable before I drove away. I am very happy with the car I got here!!!
My experience was ridiculous. Poor customer service performance. It took 2 hours for me to get an oil change. I received racial discrimination from the cashier. She offered 2 other people drinks & cookies(caucasian people), but not me. I was told that my oil change was finished, but it wasn't. They misplaced my keys. I had to wait an additional hour until they finished for real & finally found my keys. Don't go there unless you pack a lunch & take your naptime pillow. Service was horrible.
I like that i get notified about up coming service for my vehicle that a huge plus in my book. it's easy you set a appointment you go there you feel welcome, and you wait in nice clean waiting room watch a little TV and before you know your vehicle is done and you on your way . the staff is very friendly i like that too.

The service person could not get off the phone long enough to help me. This oil life on my car was not reset to 100% and they did not top off my fluids as I requested.
Parking is horrendous and the prices in the parts dept. will bankrupt you.

I paid for an engine light to be analyzed. 500+ to fix it. Was told I could use the 75ish dollars I paid to be credited to fixing the car. I then brought it to a small auto shop. They analyzed it and fixed it for 45.00. Was a bad seal on gas cap and a loose fuse.
We had a great experience buying our car from Lucas Musil. He was very thorough knowledgeable and patient with showing us several cars. We settled on a Suburban and we are delighted. Worst dealer experience I have ever had. Drove 5 hours for a scratched up car. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. If the dealer lies about things as simple as paint who knows the mechanical reliability of their cars.

My radio went out in my new car and i didn't even have it a month they was suppose to had fixed it but a new one end but it went back out not even two weeks later so i went back in they were very disrespectful the one man that i guess suppose to be a high upper person in the office he tells me he dont know what to tell me but my radio still acting up.

Nathan was an amazing salesman: up front and honest, to the point, no bs. He didn't try to push un-needed stuff on me just sold me what I needed without making it uncomfortable or putting pressure on me or my fiance. I highly recommend this dealership and definitely will buy from them again.
I actually don't enjoy car shopping, however the guys (Lucas and his manager Stuart) at Andrew were spot on after a little nudging by us that we wanted them to locate a specific vehicle w specific options for us. I recommend these 2 gentlemen and would work with both again in the future if we lease another Chevrolet.

Super happy with the Ford Explorer I purchased from Lucas at Andrew Chevrolet. I've only had it for one day, so I can't really say anything other than last night I had to drive through slushy-like rain (when freezing rain falls from the sky) and the vehicle handled extremely well. He also helped me return my rental to Enterprise, went above and beyond getting me the price listed, and put the plates on the car despite the terrible weather.

Went in for a tire rotation and an oil change. Was told that I didn't need a rotation and was told other services that I would need at some point and the prices. The oil change was completed in a timely manner.
Took my car in for a fender bender repair. Cost was $672+ which I thought was high for the actual work that had to be done, but I was not paying for the repair. The completed work was excellent, but I did not like the fact that I could not get a loaner. I was told a loaner was not available, bur I could "rent" a car for $23 a day. I said no way. I was the customer, and the dealership should provide a loaner if the car is in the shop for more than a day. Mine was in for 3 days (was told 2 when I had estimate and re-assured that when I actually brought the car in.) I had to take vacation days and have a neighbor take me home when I turned the car in, and bring me back when the car was finished. Sat around the house for 3 days without a car. This is not right. Andrew could have easily given me a used car off of their lot to use, or come up with something else. I was not pleased at all with that part of the whole experience.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Andrew (my 2nd purchase from them) and my sales person was Lucas. I usually dread the car buying process and I have dealt with 5 other dealerships in the past that didn't hold a match to Andrew's customer service. This purchase by far was the best experience I have had in my entire history of car buying. Lucas made sure I got the car I wanted (2015 Chrysler 200) and he even answered my call on his day off to make sure my needs were met. I was in and out in no time! I highly recommend all of my D~Vine Sweets customers and friends to see Lucas M if you are in the market to purchase a vehicle. Lucas than you for giving me hope again when it comes to buying cars. On this day, the dealership was closed and sponsored a car show. They also sponsored a raffle for Make A Wish Foundation, there were a lot of happy winners. There were a lot of beautiful vehicles also.
I gave Chevrolet located in Glendale, WI 1 star because the service was terrible at the auto body shop. I dropped my car off on January 26th and have been calling Justin Rupp everyday on updates with my car (it's not February 1st). They DO NOT reach out to you with any updates even when they know they have to order extra parts, which will take longer. I have never had my car done at a shop where it is an issue for them to call you regarding you car. They even had the nerve to get an attitude (McKenzie) about my repeat calls. I will really reconsider coming here because they will leave you in the dark about what is going on.

After getting a new car back in February, I came across Andrew Chevrolet when I was looking for places to get an oil change and found a coupon for a full synthetic oil change for only 49.95 which is a super good deal compared to most places and on top of that they do a tire rotation! They make sure to get everything done quickly but efficiently. After having a bad experience with the last place I had been getting oil changes at with my old car and them causing my motor to blow up from insufficient work, I was quite iffy in finding somewhere to get oil changes with my new car. I am so happy I came across Andrew Chevrolet though! Everyone always has outstanding customer service and makes sure you get in and out as quick as they can. They make sure to also explain to you what is going on with your vehicle as well. I definitely believe if you go here, you are in great hands. Thanks, guys! :)
My wife and I needed a bigger vehicle for our growing family besides the fact the vehicle we had was on it s last leg. We met with JC Matthews off the top of his head he had four vehicles in mind based on our price range and size we needed they all were lovely But this particular van was calling our name and he stopped at nothing to put us in it we were definitely either still there after they were closed but we left in that van thanks to him and the Andrew Chevrolet team thank you very much we will be in there soon for a second vehicle.
UPDATE: The Service Director called me back and offered to fix the problem that I had after my first service visit. Friendly and swift with the action, I have scheduled a visit back to complete the service with Andrew Chevrolet. Thanks for the quick action.

My AWESOME member care specialist (the title I gave him because of how he was there for me the person not just to sale a car) Lucas Musil was warm, informational, funny, personable, working for me not the dealership, and compassionate. He made sure that the car purchased was everything I wanted and more. He and the Sales Manager Stuart Sinclair worked their buts off to make sure I was happy. Before I left the showroom floor, I knew how to use every new gadget in my new care and felt like they were as happy for me as I was for myself.

Laura Nielsen was wonderful to work with. Her direct approach and kind personality was refreshing when dealing with a car salesperson. Her brother was excellent to work with in finance as well.
The only thing that left something to be desired was the delivery. There was wax compound left on the vehicle in various spots, and the seats and dashboard have spots on them, doesnt look like it was vacuumed thoroughly between and behind the seats, and so I question whether or not the interior protection was applied. There is a dab of paint on the rear driver side tail light that wasn't removed. I didn't want the Andrew sticker on the vehicle, and wasn't asked about it. The small screen at the front of the moonroof could have been vacuumed as well. It seemed like a rush cleaning job was done and wasn't done thoroughly. Also, the gas tank was only filled halfway, and the oil is at half it's life. Would be nice to have an oil change and a full tank of gas when making a major purchase. The driver side front and back tires were low on air. And I noticed an ever so slight dent on the front passenger side fender that I did not notice before. It's my hope that some of these issues can be addressed when I pickup my rear seat cover, front and rear floor liners, and have the rear bumber protector installed.

I had an oil change 2 days prior something was done wrong which caused me to bring car back engine light came on . Rep said it was due to oil change why light came on. I never received multi inspection paperwork from prior visit. Appt at 830 im still here at 11. They are fixing my tire pressure sensors. Just leaving now.
