When I walked in the front door of Andrew Chevrolet, I was greeted by the sales manager and was told my new Chevy Silverado was ready and waiting. He offered me a beverage and I was then escorted to the finance manager's office. The finance manager went over my paperwork not only professionally but allowed me time to review everything. After signing, the sales manager introduced me to Nathan, my salesperson, who proceeded to go over all the features of my new truck. He was very patient and connected my phone and OnStar for me. He made sure I was comfortable and ready to drive home. The general manager and sales manager both thanked me for my purchase and said to call if I need anything or have questions. This dealership far exceeded my expectations! I give them 125% on their exceptional customer service and I LOVE my new truck!
