We happened upon Andrew by mistake actually. We went to the dealership that we had previously bought several cars from but were un-impressed by both there selection of vehicles and their customer service so my wife typed in Chevy dealers and Andrews was the closest so we went. When we got there we were both blown away by the car we selected and their customer service! Robbie our salesman was both very knowledgeable and extremely friendly (not in a I'll be nice till I make the sale and then move on) Him and Stuart were both extremely friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I can say with great confidence that Andrew Chevrolet is our new home base for buying vehicles!! Thank you very much Robbie and the rest of the staff for our awesome experience!!

I completely agree with what Tiffany posted previously. I had a horrible experience with Andrew Chevrolet Body Shop and will never return! I have owned 3 Chevrolet vehicles over the last 7 years and have proudly utilized Andrew Chevrolet for service. After my recent body shop incident I will not be returning to Andrew Chevrolet. They were extremely unprofessional throughout this process. From unkept commitments, to lack of communication and finally poor quality work I can no longer do business with Andrew Chevrolet. Being without your vehicle, through no fault of your own, is a horrible time. Andrew Chevrolet did not make this process any better, in fact they made it worse. Please consider taking your car to a different body shop, this would not be my shop of choice!

Wasn't the worse - wasn't the best. But I did end up with the car I wanted, at a good price, and found the sales guys to be generally helpful leading up to the sale. The manager is kind of a jerk but his team can't help that - they didn't top the vehicle off with oil though, so upon arriving back home I had to go to my local dealership to get more oil & I ran out of windshield wipper fluid on day 1 - so not sure what was going on in service.

I have taken numerous vehicles to be serviced at Andrew Chevrolet over the years. The service has slowly diminished. You can see where the dealership is clearly cutting costs, yet increasing the costs of everything in the service department. This was my last visit there. I would rather drive farther and receive better service and pricing.

Some of the worst customer service ever from the service department. I kept getting the run around with no straight answers. They had my car for a month, could not tell me exactly what was wrong with it until the service manager got involved. They had to fix it, twice, because they 'fixed' it and the car died while the service manager was test driving it. I would NEVER recommend Andrew Chevrolet to anyone!

Oscer knew that we would be driving the car to Ohio and he called the next day to make sure we arrived safely and everything went well with the car.

I dropped my car off Monday after making an appoin...

I dropped my car off Monday after making an appointment last early last week and was told he'd order the parts then. On Monday morning when I dropped my car off at 9am I made sure to ask that I would have my car by the weekend because of needed to leave friday to go out of town and was told "of course by the weekend" I also just asked to have an oil change since it was going to be there for a few days. On wednesday I called for a status update on my car and wasn't given much except for that I should call HIM back tomorrow and I'll see what they can do. The next day I called back and was told that it should be ready Friday around 9 but he would call me at 8am to verify that it was ready. Friday morning I didn't not get a call at 8 so I once again called them and was told well maybe 10-1030ish. I asked for it to be ready at 1015 because I needed to leave and it had been five days. When I arrived at 1015 the man I have been working with and had just spoken to about how I needed to leave right away upon arrival sat and looked at pictures on a camera about a car piece did not welcome me when I walked in then went over to another mans desk and googled something AND then said Hi and said he'd get my car to me in a minute. While all of this was going on another rep was on the phone and had someone pull up a ladies car because she was on the way ... while I was still waiting for my car the other persons car was pulled up and sitting ready waiting for someone who hadn't even arrived. Once given my car I was informed "we didn't have time to do your oil change since you were in a rush." <--- since monday you couldn't find 20 minutes to get me an oil change I requested on top of fixing my car which was a $2000 + service?

I work in the service industry and I would say this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am paying you, I should not be told to call you back. Andy in the body shop was rude and and seemed to have no desire to satisfy a customer. I will not return to your business and will not recommend it to anyone that I know.

I recently purchased a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 RST from Andrew Chevrolet. Eric Papenthien was my sales contact. Also involved were Tom Dwyer, another salesman and Stuart "Stu" Sinclair, the sales manager. I received excellent care by these people. On a scale of 1-10, I would give them an 11. I have purchased 10 vehicles from various dealerships over the years. This visit will be memorable for me. The prices are listed. The process has recently been solidified by the internet and the ability of car dealers to "fix" pricing. Gone are the days of negotiating. I much preferred the old way. That being said, these gentlemen will do their very best to make this process effortless. Thank you Andrew Chevrolet TEAM!

That's what people want when they bring their car into a dealership for service. Completely satisfied!

Happy with my purchase. Unhappy that 2 months later I am replacing a clutch that should not have to be replaced at 19,500 miles. Dealer won t do anything for me, unfortunate. Hope everyone else has better luck with pre owned vehicles.

I typically don't post reviews on anything but my experience with Andrew Chevrolet has been terrible. We bought a used car from them, granted it had a lot of miles and we are not expecting to use the car forever. However, they said they would replace the brakes. Three months later we bring the car in for an oil change and the back brakes are at an extremely unsafe level. We called Chevrolet thinking there must have been some mistake. Instead of the friendly service we got when buying the car, the salesman, who I won't name, claims he never said they were replacing both brakes. I stated, "You said you would replace THE brakes." He says, "Well, you should have asked exactly what I meant. And I'm amazed you can remember exactly what I said so long ago." Of course, the degrading tone was extremely offensive. He pulled up the carfax and it stated that they replaced THE brakes but he doesn't remember ever saying that. He then states, "You can bring it in and we can give you a price quote on replacing the back brakes." No thank you. We will be buying and repairing our car at a reliable place from here on out.

Called to get a full interior and exterior detail, was told to drop it off that Friday morning and that no appointment was needed. Called that Friday to confirm what time they open and was told they were not doing detailing that day and that it was by appointment only. Thank god I didn t bring my car there before calling, otherwise that would have been a lot of arrangements to use another car wasted.

Made an appointment for detail and picked it up. Still had dirty cup holders and windows.

I can live with the subpar cleaning, but clearly being lied to when I am asking to bring my car in to get serviced is the kind of things that ensures I will never be back.

I previously leased a Chevy Trax, but was ready for something bigger when my lease was up. Thanks to the team at Andrew, I was able to upgrade! Larry Pelman was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. He even went as far as helping me set up OnStar and link my phone. At delivery, Mike Barkes was very professional and explained the financing and paperwork to me so I knew exactly what I was signing. Mike Rivas and Julie Johnson helped me find the exact car I wanted, and I couldn t be happier. The entire process was a breeze and I absolutely love my new Chevy Blazer!! I am very impressed with Andrew Chevrolet. I called them from out ofstate inquiring about a vehicle. Their salesman JC answered all my questions quickly and professionally and made sure that I knew all the details I needed plus some to make sure I was satisfied before I'm made the trip. Even though I decided to go a different route to NO fault of them I was still very impressed and happy with how they helped me to make sure I made the right decision. I was also very happy with the out the doot price they offered me which had no hidden or ridiculous charges.

I bought I used Nissan from them recently. Though they were firm on the price. They found a deal that gave me $500 off. While driving the car out of the dealer on the way home a warning light came on. When I called them they followed up with me closely and they contacted the Nissan service department in my town on my behalf, instructed them that whatever the cost is, Andrew Chevy will take care of it. Came to find out that this was a factory problem. Nissan dealer fixed the problem with no body to me or to Andrew s.
The fact that they assigned a person with a name to communicate with and they took the responsibility made me so proud that there are still good people out there. thank you Andrew Chevorlet I m a very happy costumer.

Brian Davis in my opinion is the top-notch service manager, he is the best service manager I have had the good fortune to meet. I have recommended Andrew Chevrolet service department to my children my family and my friends and I will continue to do so. They have always taken care of me and anyone that I have sent to Andrew. Don't get me wrong, I have had issues with my Chevrolet 2015 Silverado 1500 High Country in the past but Andrew Chevrolet and Brian Davis have always taken care of me. Thank you. Hank & Chris

I have a 2015 Chevy Trax and I love it, I take my car to Andrew Chevrolet on Silver Spring drive , it is were I purchased my car, I am not shy and I ask questions I get all the information I need from Sergey in Auto Service. The car I had before my Trax was a 1995 (19 years) Chevy Cavalier which I also bought at Andrew, I was out of town and I needed a water pump which was not probably put in and it caused damage to the engine and I donated it to the Boy Club of America. Al turned out well because when I went to Andrew I saw my Trax car on the spot, left with a new car the next day, I have been working with Andrew for years and have no intention of switching, for service.

Worst customer service ever. Their sales people are condescending and assume things about people who walk in before you've even told them any information. The sales rep Anthony refused to let me test drive a car because he assumed I could not afford it, I had not yet given him any information. In fact I was working with an online sales rep before going to the location. He made my brother and I so angry we just left. I will never purchase a car here, I won't get an oil change, this place will never see a dollar from me based on that experience. Way to drive away business guys.

Then a friend suggested I check out Andrew Chevrolet. They had a great selection of used cars for me to choose from and I soon drove out of there with a great car to replace my old clunker.

Buying my first car I had a lot of questions and was worried about the whole process. My experience at Andrew Chevrolet working with Kyle Oberdorf was fantastic. Kyle went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect before I went through with the deal. He even had to deal with my tough dad and still held a great positive attitude. I am extremely grateful for this experience and love my car!

This place will damage your car!! BEWARE!!! Diagnostics are way too expensive and I think the mechanics here PURPOSELY break things to make more money. In December of 2016(a few days before Christmas) I spoke with Sergy about my 2008 gmc Acadia needing a new throttle body. He quoted me the price of $600 and I allowed the work to be done. On the way home I noticed there was some roughness and rubbing in the gas pedal that wasnt there before they replaced the throttle body. I called Sergy and explained to him about the roughness in the gas pedal. He told me to bring it back. I took the truck back and Sergy drove the vehicle and said he felt the roughness/rubbing too but I would have to come back to have it checked out because all of the technicians were gone for the evening. When I came back a few days later, the technician found that the transmission cable was loose and rubbing something under the truck, the transmission cable wasn't loose or rubbing anything before they replaced the throttle body. I drove home and noticed there was less roughness/rubbing but the ride still wasn't as smooth as it was before they replaced the throttle body. A week later the check engine light, service stabilitrack, and the traction control lights came on AND more roughness/rubbing in the gas pedal. My husband and I took it back to Andrew Chevrolet and complained once again to Sergy. He did a diagnostic and said the truck needed a new timing chain for $2400. At this point we took it somewhere else only to find out it needed a minor sensor that was more than likely broken by your technician when they replaced the throttle body, for under $200. This place is a rip off. NEVER AGAIN!!

I worked with Leon, Mike, Don and I believe the salesman was Daniel or DT. I actually went back to the dealership numerous times just to understand what all of my options were. They were very patient with me and when I called earlier in the week informing them that I was ready to lease a new car that Friday, they worked with me to make sure that I left with my car that day. When I came in that day, everything was ready for me. They knew exactly what I wanted and was able to lease me the car I wanted while still being in my budget. I appreciated the staff being as accommodating and understanding as they were. The process was also quick and easy.

Well, what can I say. Its a Dealership full of over priced vehicles and they wont budge on the price. Might as well have a no-haggle pricing sign like carmax so I know to avoid this place. Services was average, with your normal car salesman tactics (the usual). I talked to someone over the phone and I told them I would buy the vehicle if it was a certain price and I didnt want to waste anyone's time or mine. They told me to come on in and they would connect me with the right person. Got there and was linked with someone that thought I didnt know my stuff. Using common practices of persuasion and con artists phrases. After the test drive, gave them the scoop on my thoughts and what needed to be done for me to proceed. The price I talked about before I came in was out of the question. They wouldn't even meet me half way or counter offer my offer. On top of that, the sales consultant estimated that the vehicle would need about $1,500 worth of body work done. They wouldn't even take that amount off the tag price. They said the vehicle was already below market price. Dont know who's market there comparing too but, high priced and they wouldn't budge a $1. Nobody pays sticker price anymore unless you're carmax. I have to drive almost out of Wisconsin to catch a good deal. Never good deals local anymore. Shameful.

I came in to buy a new car and was treated different. I don't know if it was the way i was dressed or my tattoo's. I asked for help and was told have a seat. Then one of the guys who was taking care of a customer asked me if i needed help .But it was three other guys who work there rather have a conversation with each other than help a customer who has $8,000 and a car to trade in. Next time tell them never judge a book by its cover! And by the way Im African American and it was the Black people that work there treating me like this!!!! I was ashamed and walked out the door

I felt like Kyle, the gentleman who helped me, was a fast talker but I didn't mind until I told him that I wanted to do more research before purchasing. His demeanor changed immediately. I came in for a tire rotation and complementary brake inspection, and left upset because I was told that something was loose on my car. The frustrating part is that it was going to cost me over $1,000 to get fixed, not including labor. I decided to take my car to another mechanic to have them take a look at, and one of the pieces that was "loose" (per Chevrolet) wasn't even loose!! The mechanic took the car apart and showed me the piece they claimed was messed up and it wasn't. So if I hadn't have gone to someone else, I would have been paying $300 alone for one piece to get fixed, that wasn't broke!!!

I have had mixed experiences at dealerships before, so when I find one I like, I tend to stick with them. When I lived in Janesville, that meant a drive out to Orfordville to Burtness Chevrolet. Now that I live in Racine and work in Glendale, I'm thankful to have found another dealership I trust, particularly technician Al Radonski and Service Manager, Brian Davis.

I've never purchased a vehicle from Andrew, but they treat my like their best customer, every time I bring a vehicle in for servicee.

I worked with Lucas and he carefully took me through the differences between the different packages, as there is a lot to consider before buying! He was also very diligent in making sure I got the best match for me and helped me get the maximum discounts. I made the decision to look into buying a hybrid plug-in vehicle. A big decision for me because I've never had an electric vehicle before. Unfortunately, there aren't that many of them in Appleton, WI. After doing some on line research I found a vehicle I was interested in seeing at Andrew Chevrolet in Milwaukee. Saturday was a beautiful fall day. Perfect day for a road trip. My son joined me on this adventure via a face time call. Crazy right? Lucas Musil was our salesman and he was such a pleasure to work with! He held the phone while we took a test drive and and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable and entertaining all at the same time. They took my car in trade, arranged my financing on the spot and I drove home in my new car the same day. Boom!

Stopped in for an oil change on September 28, 2020. Left keys in vehicle as i spoke to advisor. They placed the seat cover and floor mat cover in my vehicle and locked the doors. With out permission they used a lock out kit to open my doors. Scratching paint on all four doors. Never looked to see if they did any damages to vehicle. I left with out having any service done. They stated the only body shop that can do the repairs on my vehicle should be theres. I don't trust the integerty of the Andrew dealership name but refuses to work with me on repairing the damages.
