For a vehicle that is only 5 years old, and softly driven, we never get away from the service dept without some expensive repair. 2 days to do a 3 hour repair, then they altered the invoice without my approval, adding $200 more to the cost. I had this same bad experience with these guys before, and we gave them another chance, but here again they blew it.
