My Situation: Wife needed a new car, but she was busy with work and I kind of wanted to surprise her with her first totally new car.
I was nervous, not about going to Andrew, but knowing I was going to walk out with a vehicle the wife would not have any input on. (yes....a husbands greatest mistake lol)
Lucky for me I was directed to work with Kyle.
Kyle was awesome to work with....no nonsense, and once I explained the situation he did everything he could to make the purchase seamless. He aimed us on a new Chevy Trax which was similar to her old ride and told me she would love it. (I got nervous again)
He was right! She loves the car and the fact she didn't have to do anything but show up to drive it home. (husband win....this time) A week in and we both love the Trax. She hauls the kids and drives a distance to work each day, so I love the fact she has something dependable and easy to drive for years to come.
Thank you to everyone at Andrew for getting the car ready and getting my beautiful wife some peace of mind. :)

They pressure you and i mean they sweat you to buy a car. Very intimidating if your a woman and buy yourself.

Would never recommend buying here they tell finanace company what ever they want weather true or not and give invalid information which led me to be 3 months behind and facing repo before I ever got notice of where when or how much first payment was so glad to be rid of car and major headaches of vfc whole situation

Kyle Oberdorf was very helpful in my purchase of a 2019 Silverado. I had a particular truck in mind when I walked through the door. Kyle showed me that truck and also similar vehicles to ensure I purchased the exact one that fit my needs. He was very patient with all of my questions and was honest and sincere. The finance team was very efficient and the service team did an excellent job of prepping the vehicle for delivery. I wore a Veteran hat when I came in to pick up my vehicle. I was approached by several people who thanked me for my service. I was very impressed with how welcome everyone made me feel.

It was basic, I got my oil changed quick, easy on my way thanks.

It was excellent Kyle the sale man was awesome I luv him like FAMILY he help me and my family out a hole lot,and I also like to thank Alex he also help to out alot ,I would like to say thanks you too Kyle and Alex for every thing you guys did to make it happen, and also like to thank ANDREW CHEVROLET for giving me a chance!

Eric was a great salesman to work with. He was knowledgeable and kind. Not pushy. And when he didn't know the answer to a question, he did not pretend he did. He told the truth and went to find out and then always got back to me. I enjoyed my experience at Andrew, which is a big statement - I've bought many cars over many years and most of the time the experience is sub par. Well done Eric and Stuart!

Tony is the greatest! Timely service, last warranty check onward and forward now.

The assistant service manager Jason Burton appeared to be extremely busy and did not want to be bothered. He seemed to just want to get the day over with.

I enjoy going to Andrew Chevrolet. Overall I know I'm getting good quality service, but the price increased $10 since my last oil change in November. Seems pretty drastic

I came in to get my oil changed and my psi sensor checked. They discovered a nail in my tire if i had gone too fast driving i could have had a blown tire. Thank you.

I recently purchased a new truck from Andrew Chevrolet and had the pleasure of dealing with Lucas Musil. I have dealt with a lot of sales people in the past and he is by far the best I've dealt with. Not only was he great on the initial purchase, but is also there when I need service of my truck and making sure it gets completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend Lucas and will continue to buy vehicles from him moving forward.

Great experience. Andrews team is great to work with. They listen to understand my needs, don't try to push the wrong solution and don't oversell.
