Delightful!

We bought furniture from Ashley's Furniture on 5/1...

We bought furniture from Ashley's Furniture on 5/17/2019. We bought a table with 6 chairs and a bedroom set that included a bedframe, 2 nightstands, and a dresser with a mirror attached. They delivered the table and chairs like they should. The problem we have had is with the bedset. When we purchased on a Friday we were told that we would have a delivery set up within a week. Never heard from them, I had to call them and ask about it a week and a half later to get the delivery scheduled. They have changed the delivery date on us 5!!! times since we had originally ordered over 3 months ago. They always say they can have it in by so and so date but a few days before the scheduled delivery date they always call and say it won't be in on time. We have been extremely frustrated and we are currently paying for furniture we have not received yet because we did their "48 month special financing" deal.

I will never step foot in an Ashley Furniture store again and I hope you don't either.

Update: I sent an email to the below information and got a phone call from someone at Ashley. They left a voicemail (at 7:30)the same night I sent the email which they had said probably 3 or 4 times that the purchasing director from the store would for sure be calling me tomorrow (that was almost 3 weeks ago) and still haven't received a call from anyone. They finally did bring the bedroom set and didn't change the delivery date, but one piece of the furniture (the headboard that was supposed to connect to our bed frame) was completely broken so we had to reschedule another delivery. They brought the bedframe but didn't set it up, it has just been sitting in our spare bedroom in the box for the last week but we had to schedule a time to get the headboard delivered. Keep in mind this is the 3rd time I have had to take days off of work to get the furniture that I bought. We got the date scheduled for the (hopefully) final delivery, but I needed to make sure it was going to be delivered by a certain point because I have other obligations I need to get to. I got the confirmation email and tried to confirm that they would be there by a certain time, but no one ever got back to me. I called multiple times (waited on hold for between 15 and 30 minutes, or left a voicemail after 10 minutes of waiting). Now I'm being told that they can't deliver my furniture because I didn't confirm the delivery date, which I tried to do multiple times but was never called back after I left my voicemail. I called again, sat on hold for 24 minutes finally got connected and then somehow the call was dropped. I was not called back (I gave them my phone number for the order number) so I had to call back and wait on hold AGAIN. After finally talking to someone, they said I was taken off of the delivery list because I didn't confirm the delivery by the appropriate time, even though I called and called multiple times to try to make sure it was coming by the correct time. So now they are making me reschedule the delivery AGAIN, even though it was their fault that the furniture came broken and it was their fault I was never called back to answer my question about delivery time.

Again this has honestly been one of the worst experiences of my life that I have ever had with anything I have ever purchased.

We searched for a new king size bedroom set for a few weeks before we found Furniture and ApplianceMart. We were very pleased with our salesman, Grayson. He was able to help us choose the right set at the best deal possible. Our furniture was ordered and before we knew it, the entire bedroom set was delivered and set up for us! It took approximately two weeks for our new furniture to arrive after placing our order with Grayson. We could have had it sooner but we chose a specific headboard that was not in stock. Either way, two weeks felt more than reasonable and their top notch customer service will certainly bring us back! The team that delivered our bedroom set was very quick, efficient and they cleaned up their mess after they set everything up. Overall, we had a great experience and are very grateful for Furniture and ApplianceMart and we highly recommend!

Grayson was SUPER helpful, told him exactly what we wanted (after sitting on every couch lol) and he helped us created a custom couch! Was very knowledgeable about options and financing.

What an awful store to do business with ! We ended up getting a good deal on a few pieces (they have not arrived yet,I am assuming the stuff will arrive) High pressure sales,smoke and mirrors financing,fake Ashley facade (you don't want to buy Ashley,it's garbage the salesman said) super high delivery fees. I wish we would have walked just because of the awful experience but the prices ended up being pretty good. If you combine the delivery fee ($120) and the drive from an outlying community you may as well shop local. This place sucks. Stay away.

We have had 2 bad experiences at Ashley s. The first purchase, we were delivered the wrong color furniture and it took an additional 2 weeks to get the correct color that was ordered. The second (and last purchase), we have been given 3 different dates that we can pick up our new furniture set. When speaking with a sales rep, we were told 1.5-2 weeks for pickup. Once we finished checking out we were given a date of March 8th-10th. We were told we would receive and email confirmation/receipt. We never received and email so I called and was now given a date of February 28th-March 1st. Now it s March 1st and I called to confirm that we could pickup and am now told it will not be available until March 10th. I find it ridiculous that they cannot get the date straight. We are now without furniture for 10 days, as we have sold our old set in anticipation we would be able to pickup our new furniture this weeks Like I said before, this will be my last purchase with Ashley s.

Bought a couch from Ashley and it did not fit through my door (my fault entirely). Decided to return to Ashley and exchange for a new couch that was around the same price. Found one and the sales consultant verified over and over that the new couch would be ready for pickup on Tuesday 9/17 and that I would be getting a $31 refund check for the leftover money I did not spend on the new couch. Have not received a refund. Instead, called customer service and the lady on the phone insisted that I have a balance due for the new couch and would not tell me when the new one was coming in to be picked up. I explained to the lady that I do not have a balance due and was promised it would be ready for pickup on Tuesday. After telling her I would not be paying for the new couch as it was a resell, she informs me that the couch will now be ready for pick up on 9/19. Needless to say I will not be buying from Ashley again or recommending them to anyone.

We ordered a couch from the west side location. The order was randomly canceled and weren t told until a week before the couch was supposed to be delivered to our new home. We were also told our order was canceled weeks prior and still haven t received our refund. The (best) they could offer was the same couch or a different couch, but delivery would take 8-12 weeks. Terrible experience. Will never shop with Ashley Furniture in the future, nor will I recommend.

Shopped all over for decent deal on Washer & Dryer set, then went to Furniture and Appliance Mart located in Ashley Furniture and boy was my Wife and I surprised they had a large selection of all makes and models and the salesmen (Cody) who helped us was so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly made our shopping there easy.... will never go anywhere else for Appliances in the future!

I would recommend the store in general, as they were very helpful, and Jessica in particular for her great personality and ability to help us find and coordinate our purchases.

We are very satisfied with our experience at the Furniture & Appliance Mart!! We recently bought an LG stainless steel, french door, bottom freezer refrigerator and we LOVE it!! No sales pressure in the store whatsoever. We found Eric L. and he really took good care of us. The team of young men who delivered and set up our new fridge were amazingly friendly, polite, quick and professional. They had to take out our old behemoth, too. Thank you, guys, nice job!! :)

We went to Ashley furniture last night in search of two recliners for our new apartment. Upon entering and walking through the sales floor, we encountered (at least) 10 associates, none of which even acknowledged us. We found this odd considering most furniture store employees are more than willing to greet you, inquire about your visit, and thank you for your consideration - none of which we got in the 15 minutes we spent there. Even though we found a recliner we liked, we decided to look elsewhere following our poor customer service experience.

My experience has been great! Phenomenal service in the store (Thanks to Jesse Hughes!). Delivery was smooth and professional. One item was damaged in transport, so they ordered a replacement and will be delivering soon. All in all I'm one happy customer.

Our experience with Ashley from shopping to delivery was very good. We were looking for a new gas range and walked into the store back towards the appliances where we met our salesman, James. He was very helpful in asking questions to help him understand our needs so he could show us the best candidates. James was very courteous, professional and knew his products.

The delivery crew (Kevin and another strapping gentleman whose name I did not catch) just dropped off the new range and were very professional and pleasant as well as they hauled out our old range and brought in the new one. Kevin did notice some scratches on the stainless steel that had occurred during shipping and took photos. He logged it and made a call to customer service to order a replacement panel. Bummer that it arrived with the scratches, but I was very pleased with how it is being handled so far.

I would recommend looking James up if you're in the market for appliances in the Madison WI area!

So I was reading all these reviews below and even my sales lady was mentioned as terrible so I thought I would even it out for her because she was absolutely wonderful! Tatjana is one of the most sophisticated sales ladies I ve met in a while. Not only is she always sleek and presentable, she is extremely knowledgeable about her product. She didn t try to sell me on product per say. I didn t feel like she was selling me, I felt like she was educating me on proper care of the mattresses I was buying. I had to come back to buy the next day and not only did she keep in contact with me if I had questions by way of giving me her work cell phone to text her on, but she was also very professional and patient when I needed to work with my husband over the phone with pricing. Absolutely fantastic. She did make small errors once in a while like charging me for two foot boards instead of a head board and a footboard, but she was quick to correct it with a discount for quoting me the wrong price. I can t say enough about her. Ashley has a true gem of a sales associate with her. I will always request Tatjana when I go for another set of furniture.

I highly recommend working with Josh Stone at Ashley Furniture and Appliance Mart in Madison (W. Beltline) for any and all of your furniture and design needs! I've worked with Josh for almost 8 months now to furniture our new house in Waunakee! We are finally all moved in and our new furniture looks FANTASTIC in our new house! Throughout the entire process Josh has been extremely helpful, very patient, and extremely accommodating with all of my furniture changes! I changed my mind so many times...added to my order...deleted from my order...added items back on...and he just went with the flow. Definitely not pushy (like many salesmen), and was not afraid to give his opinions and recommendations when asked. He will even go out of his way to research items that may not even be in the store! When I told Josh that I saw some pieces I really liked at another furniture store in town, he went online and was able to order them and get them through their store at cheaper prices! If you're in need of new furniture, definitely go see Josh! He's not only a great salesman and manager, but I now consider him a friend! Had an amazing experience at this location. Took advantage of a President s Day Sale to save 50% on a new Queen mattress. It is wonderful, absolutely what I ve been missing. Also got a great deal on the style, color, material of sofa with chaise lounger. Love it!!! I received free delivery, which was on time and friendly. Truly a great experience, this is my furniture store!

Do not waste your time and money here. They did not communicate anything to me, lied to me, and were unapologetic. I ended up cancelling my order and shopping elsewhere. I will never shop there again despite needing a lot more furniture.

I purchased a coffee table and scheduled the delivery for Saturday the 6th, because I work on weekdays. Keep in mind the delivery fee is about $150, so already overpriced. Also the 6th was 2 weeks after I purchased the coffee table, so it was already a very long time to wait. They are supposed to email you with a delivery confirmation 72 hours ahead of the scheduled date. I never received such confirmation, so on the 5th I called them to see why I hadn't received that notification. The first person I spoke with said my delivery was scheduled for the 8th. I was never informed of this and the 8th did not work for me because it was a weekday, so the person I spoke with said he would call me back after he checked with a manager to see if they could still "squeeze me in" on the 6th, the date I was supposed to receive it in the first place. I never received a call back. Several hours later I called again, and the person I spoke with this time said my delivery was scheduled for the 11th (ANOTHER weekday). WTF?? I told them I had been informed it would be delivered on the 8th only a few hours earlier, and that was after I was expecting it on the 6th! This person was extremely unapologetic, gave me the usual "I understand your frustration but there's nothing we can do," and I asked to be transferred to a manager. No manager answered, so I left a voicemail and guess what? Never got a call back. So I called a third time. Keep in mind, I was on hold for 20+ minutes each time I called before I actually spoke to a customer service rep. I was shocked that the third person I spoke with was actually helpful. She told me the coffee table had been on schedule to be delivered on the 6th (the first time someone acknowledged that this was the date I had originally agreed on!) but was damaged in transit, which had caused the delay. She said they would not receive the new one until the 10th, which was why the delivery was scheduled for the 11th. So why did someone tell me the 8th earlier that same day? I still have no explanation. Why did no one inform me that my delivery was delayed? That's the worst part, they claimed they left me a voicemail with that information - they absolutely did not. I had no voicemails or missed calls at all on the day they claimed they left the voicemail. I asked for a refund on the delivery fee because of the whole mess. The person I spoke with said she would check and get back to me. No surprise here - I never received a call back. The next day I called again just to make sure I'm getting the delivery fee refund I deserve. They said they couldn't give me the refund, but had the nerve to offer me a $50 gift card. LOL like that's of any use to me at this point. I told them the situation again and that I deserved that refund. After waiting on hold again for awhile while they checked with the manager, they said again they couldn't give me the refund, but offered me a $75 giftcard. LOLOLOLOL. They both refused to refund the delivery fee after putting me through all this and were "unable" to schedule the delivery on a day I would actually be available. So I just cancelled my whole order, got a refund for both the coffee table and the stupid delivery fee. No one even seemed to care throughout the entire process.

Guess what Ashley? I have a big empty house I need to fill with furniture, and you'll be getting no more of my business.

I am sorry to say that I am very disappointed with the services of this store. Unfortunately, it was the worst customer service and delivery service I have ever experienced. I would recommend going anywhere else other than this store! The delivery times were not accurate, and items were not delivered. If you have an issue and need to call, prepare yourself to wait 20-30 minutes to speak with a representative who will most likely not answer your question or address your concerns.

She also helped me get my daughter a very nice bed frame as well. I took up several days and a lot of back and forth phone calls to settle everything but she was calm and courteous the whole way through.

We jusr bought a new couch and rug from Aljendro ( sorry if i spelled it wrong) he was warm and inviting and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed working with him! He took the time to explain everything to us and listen to what WE wanted and did not try to sell us stuff that was more expensive than wht we were looking for. Store was very clean as well. The rest of the crew working there more towards customer service side were fun and professional as well. We will definitely be back!

Wow. What atrocious service when it comes to getting your furniture repaired. It's been over a month since my couch was picked up for service. Since that time, I've called multiple times (at least 5 at this point) and have received only a single text with a blanket statement. Even management will not get back to me regarding my couch or its where abouts. This place has effectively swindled my money. So shop here at your own risk and for the love of God, don't use their service center to repair what might be under warranty if you ever wish to see your furniture again. As a side note. Debra (sp?) Is a wonderful person who staffs the phones.

Update after email: waiting on parts, but unknown of when they will be coming in. I have now been without a couch for over a month.

Update: July, 1st 2020. Coming up on two months. Called multiple times with little details, and when asking to speak to a manager. I am left with no one to call me back, and that they are 'unavailable'. So good luck getting them to call you back at any time.

Went to store on 7/30 to see about getting my money back. They gave me a phone number that I've already been calling, and stated they can't handle service claims within the store. More run around.

Went into the store 8/8 to see about getting a new couch at a sooner time. They were agreeable to trading out the couch I sent of for repairs. Problem is. They have nothing in stock, and the wait would be months for most others. I left without a couch, and went over to a competitor. I bought a new couch from them with a delivery date to my house on Wednesday. It was delivered on time.

Sept 8. Replacement couch arrived.

Recently, I purchased my second box of Excelsior laundry soap. I was on a tight schedule and I just had to walk a short distance into the store before someone asked if I needed help. They took care of the purchase and I was on my way. The spot cleaner that comes in the box is the best I've every used for spots of all kinds! The laundry soap lasts a year or more as you use so little and it keeps my new machine gunk free.

Which reminded me of my purchase experience....I had come into the store ready to buy a washer and dryer as we do lots of laundry for our vacation rentals. I wanted the pros and cons explained to me because it's difficult for me to read the fine print. The sales person was helpful and gave me his best recommendation. (He loves his job and it shows)

The sales person also, followed up with me several times to see how my machine was working. When I had a question they found me the answer in a timely manner.

I would definitely shop here again as I had an excellent experience!

My salesperson for my appliance purchase was good and knowledgeable, however, everything after the purchase has been poor. Most of the issues are with their subcontractors.I had to wait much longer than initially told for the appliances to be delivered-[-apparently there was one item back ordered, but I was willing to wait to get what I wanted. The worst part has been dealing with their subcontractor who delivered and installed, Diamond Appliances. Very poor follow up- I keep having to call customer care at Furniture and Appliance Mart who calls Diamond Appliance who calls me and tells me they will follow up with me when the parts come in. Then there is never any follow up and I call Furniture and Appliance mart and it starts again. I really liked my salesperson but everything else has been bad. I've ordered appliances from Home Depot and Best Buy in the past and had a much better experience. Until Furniture and Appliance Mart can tighten up their delivery, install, and how to deal with customer issues experience, I would not buy there again.

Working with Camren James was exceptional. He listened to our concerns, included a manager in the conversation when we shared a previous unsatisfactory experience, and assisted us in the purchase of a base system, mattress & bedside table.

We had spent an hour or two at a nearby furniture store testing mattresses. The salesperson was less than enthusiastic, and even though I had done some research prior to shopping, we were a bit confused by contradictions, so left to think about our purchase. We fully intended to go home, but decided at the last moment, after some debate, to stop in at Furniture & Appliance Mart.

We are very happy that we decided to give Furniture & Appliance Mart a 'second chance'. The fact that Camren listened and went the 'extra' made a time-consuming venture (selecting the right mattress for 2 different people) a pleasant experience. Had he not gone the 'extra' we most likely would NOT have suggest our children also shop there in the following week or two. Camren also assisted them in finding the best mattress for their needs and budget.

We each invested in an adjustable base system (thankful for their availability in the Bargain Room) and new mattresses. We have been enjoying ours for a week or so, and our children will have theirs delivered next week to their respective places.

We got a post card in the mail with a very nice thank you letter. Very pleasant buying experience. Good to work with someone that new what they are selling.

I give this place a 3 star review a little over a year ago because I walked in and was never greeted. Apparently they don't care about the reviews and I rated them to high last time. I am sitting out front right now. I spent a good 45 minutes walking around and not a single person acknowledg'd me. If I could give zero stars I would. Please take your business and hard earned money somewhere else. We bought furniture almost 6 weeks ago. We still do not have any of it. When we purchased it, we were told 2 to 4 weeks. At 4 weeks they called saying it would be another 2 weeks for 2 (which would be today) of the 3 pieces and another 2 weeks after that for the third piece. We called today to let them know we were going to pick up our furniture today just for them to tell us it's not in and we can't be given any promises as to when it will be. Just that we will get a call. I have a full time job, three kids and a life. I can't sit around and wait for Ashley to call and say it's in. This has been the worst experience ever. I wish I would have read reviews about Ashley before deciding to buy from them. They make it all sound good when you are searching for furniture, but actually getting your furniture is a very frustrating experience. They were quick to take my money that I HAD to pay upfront, but not quick on anything else.

We purchased a mattress and an adjustable base. A few days later it was delivered and we realized the mattress and base where way to high (42") when placed on our platform bed. We called to explain that this would not work for us and have been given the run around every since. We were told the adjustable base cannot be returned, $990.00 down the drain. We then "might be able" to return the mattress and pick something of equal of greater value. $2,549.00. We have not sat or slept on the bed nor have we even adjusted the lift. The salesman has been rude and not willing to work with us, he sure was our buddy when trying to sell us the mattress and lift. We have made numerous calls to speak with someone and we get the same answer "someone will get back with you", well that has not happened. For the last 4 days we have had to sleep on the couch and chair because we have no bed to use. I will never spend another dime in that store. Friendly when trying to sell, rude and unprofessional when trying to return or exchange.

We purchased a dining room table set and they delivered the wrong colored chairs. Do not get a sales associate named Tatiana at Ashley's Furniture on the west side of Madison, WI. I've heard from her associates that she's made many mistakes in the past like ours. We purchased white clothed chairs, but instead was delivered gray clothed chairs. They said it's the same color, but it's because of the different lighting that the colors change. We even took a picture of the white chairs and its not the same color as the one that Tatiana had ordered. They did not do anything or admit that the chairs were of different colors. I am fed up with them because I had to wait for 3 weeks and still did not receive the right colored chairs.

I have had nothing but exceptional customer service. My salesman, James Bregenzer, was honest and thorough in making sure I got the best reclining sofa for my money. My items arrived in damaged and on time. I have been buying at Ashley for 5 yrs now and have had nothing but positive experiences. I would highly recommend James.

Customer Care Center should be renamed. They don't care. They don't help you. Here is my story:
*Got a new job in Madison
*Bought a new couch (Flexsteel because I was told it could handle big people)
*One seat in my couch broke, called the care center

*Job was sloppy and the couch is the same/worse after a month or so.
*Talk to manager that the couch is broken, etc.
*After a month or so, care center calls me to schedule service
*Guy comes to fix it, says he needs more parts
*Wait longer for parts
*Guys comes to my place and hands me a HANDWRITTEN invoice for how much his "special parts" will cost.. was told by manager that I would be taken care of. (Guess not).
*Complain to care center
*Wait weeks to hear what they have to say
*Called to schedule service. ASKED SPECIFICALLY if I needed to pay for anything. They said no.
*Repair guy calls me asking if I wanted to go with high-density foam or whatever. I said I was told everything would be covered.
*Call care center. Was told it WASN'T covered.

So Ashley, I am done with you. I will be looking at your competitors and telling my friends this cautionary tale and how you DON'T respect your customers, you give them the runaround, and try to make more money than the thousands I payed you for the couch already!

We went in to look for a chair, and were greeted by someone leaving. That was only one of two times total that we were approached our entire time spent there, a total of 1 and 1/2 hours. We were looked at and then blatantly ignored. Good quality furniture, and a good place to sit in those expensive massage chairs for 40 mins without getting noticed or yelled at, but not a place to go if your actually looking to BUY furniture, or to get any type of service at all.

Awful. Our furniture arrived damaged and missing pieces from our bedroom set and sectional. Staff was rude and unapologetic when I called to discuss. Joe the store manager laughed and said "mistakes happen sometimes". I guess that's Ashley furniture's motto. Seriously stay away from this place, your furniture won't arrive and the customer service is the worst.

If I could rate this any lower than one star I would. Our experience with Bob was great and he helped us find our bedroom set. Unfortunately, they are not organized whatsoever! We had a set date to receive our furniture and it never arrived. I never heard from them and decided to call them myself to only find out that they had changed our delivery date to Sunday. Have in mind that they do not deliver Sunday nor Monday. I was told plenty of times that they would call me back with more information and never did. I will no longer be purchasing from them.

Ashley HomeStore keeps sending me surveys that they apparently don't bother to read (I've filled it out multiple times with no follow up), so I'll post it here in hopes they will actually read it.
In May 2017 we ordered a love seat and couch (with no console). We spent a LOT of time with the salesman finding the right couch without a console and triple checked the paperwork to make sure it didn't have a console. He said the order would take 2 months, so we could expect it in July. It arrived almost on time, so we picked it up and drove it 250 miles. While taking the furniture off of the trailer we noticed the couch seemed a little "short". After removing the plastic we realized it had a console. We called Ashley HomeStore, they told us it shouldn't have a console so we took a picture to prove it to them. They wanted us to bring it back (over 250 miles), but we agreed to leave it there and do an exchange when the new one came in. At this point we got to wait another 2 months for the correct one to be built and then had to take a day off of work to drive 500 miles (250 there and 250 back) so the correct one could be delivered. During this entire process, not once did Ashley HomeStore apologize for their error or try to make it right by taking money off or offering some other form of compensation. Mistakes happen, own it, make it right and keep your customers happy! It's unlikely that we will be doing business with them again.

Austin Volkert is the salesperson that we always deal with for appliances. We purchased a new Samsung washer today. He always gives great recommendations and we have never been disappointed by any appliance we have purchased with Austin's assistance. He really knows his appliances, and he really cares about his customers.

We were very impressed with this store the minute we walked in. Great selection of beautiful furniture, at good prices! Salesman, Camden, was well informed on all the pieces we looked at and did an excellent job answering our questions with no pressure at all to buy. We did buy a sofa, loveseat and ottoman and we just love it! We required a follow-up service call and we were given incredible customer service, the serviceman was the nicest we have ever had! Great job !!

These people are a trip.
1. Made large purchase. Paid for delivery and warranty
2. Delivery guys come and put massive holes and scratches in my walls when bringing furniture in. (Brand new build)
3. Each piece of furniture has an issue. The peices were assembled at the factory and the majority of them came to our home jacked up. Moved it in the room. the dinirng room set's wood was split due to forced inaccurate assembly. The drivers left headboard on side of master bedroom saying they didn't have what they needed to assemble it. Second technician comes out and says headboard doesn't go with bed and it shouldn't have been sold together and I would have to call to the store. Call store and get run around. It's been two weeks. No refund, no one to come pick the darn thing up...and they have the nerve to offer a 50$ in store credit as if I would ever go back there!

We purchased a sofa, rug and chair. We were slightly worried about how the items would look in our house and we expressed our concerns to our sales person. We were assured that we had 10 days to return the items for a full refund. When we attempted to return the items. We were given a run around about how our sales person wasn't working that day. I'm not sure why our salesperson needs be there to process our return? We returned the items 6 days after we purchased them and they charged us a 15% "restocking" fee. Ashley furniture is terrible.

I visited the store today and brought a client with special needs. We were just browsing when we were aided by a salesman named James. He was so fun and patient with my client, showing him all the cool new gadgets that are available for mattresses, chairs, etc. He even let my client check out a new massage chair, which completely made his day. This experience was awesome and I would definitely recommend stopping by and asking for James. He is a kind and caring individual!

This is my favorite store to go to for appliances and furniture. The sales people are great! I gave them a 4 star, as the company wouldn't work with us on a better delivery time to help us out, as we needed to drive 3 hours where are products will be delivered, so now we need to get up at 4:00 AM in the morning to be able to make the trip. We asked if they could deliver the furniture any time after 9:00 or 10:00 and they gave us a time frame of 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM. So therefore we need to be there at 7:30 AM. Very disappointed after buying all our appliances, and furniture (very big purchase), that they couldn't be flexible with their time and I was told we were the only delivery in our area. Great Sales People, Quality Furniture and Appliances at good prices, but NOT HAPPY WITH DELIVERY DEPARTMENT, not working with a customer, especially when the customer lives out of town!

Our salesperson wrote down the wrong order number ...

Our salesperson wrote down the wrong order number for our furniture. We came back when it was in, and it was the wrong bed frame. The problem is that this store is not affiliated with any other Ashley furniture store or any other furniture store so they could not re-order and ship the correct one to where we were moving. We had to get a refund and start over with a different furniture store. Check inside the boxes when you pick up your furniture!

Wow. A horrible experience. The salesperson forgot to order the couch we purchased. Or at least that was the reason given why it was late. And the customer service representative we called lied about why it was late until we pestered them repeatedly. When it did arrive, they did not communicate to the delivery service our phone number so it was delayed even further. And finally, when the couch arrived, there were multiple stains on one of the cushions. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutey, the WORST experience I have ever had trying to receive product. When purchasing our home furniture in the Madison West store, we dealt with Dreu, who was very helpful, polite, not pushy! He was great. When it comes to delivery - timeliness, communication, what was delivered, etc. TERRIBLE!!! Our order was supposed to be delivered on Dec 3rd. We got a call Thanksgiving weekend saying the delivery got pushed back to Dec 20th. Frustrated...but, it was what it was. THEN, we get a call a few days before saying that only part of our order was getting delivered, the table set was being pushed out until the 28th. Okay. Come Friday the 20th, my husband sits home all day, had to take off of work, come 5pm...guess what never shows?! No phone call, update, nothing!! So he calls, welp, the delivery guys ran out of time. We spend a couple hours dealing with several people in customer service. Finally, the 21st we get an answer. Delivery will be Mon the 23rd. Husband sits home again, delivery comes - ONLY PART OF IT. We got half, they "lost" the other half from Friday. Call customer service again - get no one. Call again on dec 26th - stools are at madison store for customer pick up...UM..we paid a $200 delivery fee, No thanks! I call our sales guy at this point because Im furious. He offers to hand deliver the stools to us as he lives near by, GREAT! However, our table set is now pushed back until Jan 13th. We also got customer service to refund our delivery fee for all of our trouble - GREAT. Well, he calls us Sat, 28th- there again was something wrong, the stools werent there! So he was able to get us 3 out of 4 because thats all they had. He will bring us the 4th one Monday. Doesnt stop here folks...open the box, missing one set of hardware, and one of the stools was a display model and its missing 2 of the foot pads. SERIOUSLY, is this a joke?! We have contacted our sales guy to let him know as I refuse to deal with customer service anymore. OH...and we are STILL not getting our table set until Jan 13th, thats if it isnt pushed back again. I feel we deserve WAY more compensation for our troubles and frustrations. We will NEVER order from here again unless something is made right.

Went into Ashley recently with my partner to look at mattresses. We were greeted by salesman James at the door and explained to him that we only wanted to look today because we were just starting our search. He ignored our wishes and continued to push "deals" going on right now, to the point of following us around. We finally were able to escape his sales pitch and were testing out mattresses right by two other employees when we heard James radio them basically stating he called dibs on us and any potential sale in the rudest tone ever. It's sad because those two employees actually listened to us and our needs, when we said we were just trying them out, and would ask for help if needed. James then returned and CONTINUED to pester and push us to buy despite multiple requests to leave us in peace to make a decision. We finally left the store (or rather shark tank) and are happily buying a mattress from another store. I will add that if James left us alone to actually shop, those other employees may have had a sale.

My wife wanted a new loveseat for our living room. We'd been to other places and just couldn't find a solution. When we walked into the store we met Tom, who showed us several options. He was very helpful in helping us find and customize what we wanted. Great experience.

I changed my review because this is the second time we have gone there and nothing but issues. The table we got was delivered and was the wrong one. Then it took over a month to get it replaced. The quality seem to diminish in the last few years too. I am not sure if i will go back there.
