We had a really great experience buying a mattress here. We had gone to a number of other places before we went here and didn't get the same level of expertise and guidance. Lindsey Tennessen did a fantastic job guiding us through the decision. I love my new mattress!
Salesperson Louise was helpful. A wide array of options, and a large price range on most items. A good place to shop first and gather ideas.
Great customer service! I was well informed of my delivery, changes, delays and any other information during my furniture purchase process. I will be shopping there again. Jim was knowledgeable and friendly, highly recommended.
I ordered a bedroom set from them it was fine, the salesperson was great. Later that month I decided to order a living room set from them. I ordered a bundle set but wanted to switch the original tables out with some other tables that I thought went better with the furniture. These tables happened to be cheaper. When everything was delivered I noticed that my tables were wrong, they were the originals and not the ones I had picked out. The lamps I ordered were also wrong and my throw blanket had not been delivered as stated by the salesperson. I contacted customer service immediately. I was told to bring my original receipt up to the store so that changes could be made. I noticed on my original receipt I had been charged for the original tables and not for the tables I had picked out, meaning they owed me a reimbursement. After dropping off the original receipt to the sales person I waited and waited and heard nothing back. I decided to call and I found out when my tables were supposed to be delivered but the lamps were not in yet so I just waited again. I called the manager to talk to him about a reimbursement for my tables but he was not available I was told by customer service to leave a message and that he would get back to me, it's been 2 days and no call from Josh (manager)or Tom(salesperson). I just called customer service again and left my number for the people in accounting not sure if they'll call me back. This is so freaking irritating. I just want my overpayment back and the furniture I ordered and my throw and my furniture cleaning kit. Never again with this store.
This place has so much to choose from, pack a lunch come for the day.
I've shopped at Ashley Furniture and have gotten sturdy furniture that has lasted for several years at affordable prices. At this location, Tatjana was helpful and informative when I stopped in for new furniture. She and the rest of the folks involved were also amazing when my apartment move-in date got pushed back, and rescheduled my delivery without any hassle whatsoever. A+ customer service and good furniture for the price.
We furnished our entire condo at Ashley. Great staff. Everything was delivered on time and in a timely manner.
Still waiting on our furniture we ordered in November & waiting on a "call back" from Josh as of a couple weeks ago :(

Cameron from West Madison store and Jenniree from Kenosha store are awesome! Excellent customer service. Friendly efficient and to the point. Emailed my questions and they were quick to reply. We are loyal ASHLEY customers and plan to remain that way with customer service like this! We are excited to receive our furniture.
Dont shop once you leave with the furniture they stop helping you with the warranty
Don't bother stopping in here just to browse and get ideas, we were tailed around the entire store by a rep and approached by at least 4 others in the half an hour or so we were in the store. It was quite annoying and distracting. There is a difference between being helpful and being obnoxious, and that line was crossed. It was very clear that they work on commission, or at least have strict quotas to meet. This is a prime example of why brick and mortar stores are floundering. I only gave two stars because it is a nice, large, well lit store with a lot to see. Too bad I didn't feel comfortable enough to take it all in.
We were looking for a price point sectional to replace an older one for our basement family room. Both Eric and Dennis helped us find the best one to fit our needs. They were both very professional and knowledgeable consultants. I highly recommend Ashley furniture.
I will choose to spend 2500+ on furniture elsewhere. Learned my lesson the hard way.
I don't think it's okay to blame the customer for manufacturer defaults and that's what happened. I don't think I appreciate hearing the whole store cleaned up their act by getting in store warranty after the fact of my mishap.
When I got my couch, they dented my floor. The salesman was apologetic over defects and I was paralyzed on disability dealing with my own issues. They put blame on me in the hardest most challenging time of my life that I did not follow up with them on my furniture repairs which is not okay.
They did not resolve any of my issues the last time I was in the store, it felt more like a scolding over my right to be upset and disappointed by the products I purchased and documented complaints about. They are poor customer service choosing not to make my issues resolved but keep me disappointed.
That's fine, because in all reality I've learned a valuable lesson here. I could have saved a ton of money and headache buying a couch elsewhere but I gave them a chance and they truly let me down. No thanks.
I rarely leave reviews but have truly received one of the poorest customer service experiences in years. Purchased THOUSANDS of dollars worth of appliances, etc. from them 2 years ago. Poor customer service started from the moment I walked in. We were misinformed about brands, quality, servicing, etc. working with Rich. Rich made many promises he couldn't deliver on and also lied to us for 8+ months about our rebates. We have had our appliances serviced 8+ times in the less than 2 years we've had them. Finally got our rebate issue worked out after OVER a year. Now we've been waiting for warranties that have been promised us, so we can get appliances replaced and leaders in the department have just disappeared (Monty, Jeremy). No follow-thru or accountability what-so-ever, and I have documentation backing all of this up. Absolutely would not recommend anyone step foot in this specific store! Have been sure to direct friends, family, customers, etc. anywhere but here.
My experience was Ashley furniture has been poor from start to finish. We spent thousands of dollars only to have items delivered with missing pieces, a $400 wood leather chair delivered with white paint on it and forced to fight weeks to get some type of reimbursement. Now after living with my pieces for a year and a half my coffee table has a broken joint and can not open and close and my faux leather couch is beginning to split. All items have been cared for and minimally used. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these high priced low quality pieces. You will be frustrated during the ordering process and saddened to find that not one piece can last.
We have had an amazing experience with Abdul on the appliance side and Jenny on the home furnishing side. They are both very customer service oriented, patient and very helpful!
Like so many other reviews for Ashley Furniture - experience could not have been worse!!! My friends and family warned me not to go here, I should've listened. Louise and Manager Josh are AWFUL!!! Louise sold me an asymmetrical table - I did not notice this until I took it home and put a 55 gallon fish tank on it - at this point I noticed one of the legs was a mismatch. Their solution - empty the fish tank and they would have someone come fix the piece, or I could have a "great discount" on another piece of furniture - do you really think I would ever buy from you again?!?!?! Shame on both of you - Louise you swindled me to make a sale and Josh you have no interest in making things right.
Nice selection, but nobody checked in on us until we were literally walking out the door. We were there for about 30 minutes and the store was not busy.
Very professional shopping experience. After doing some online searching for mattress options and reviews, we choose to visit this store. We had a great experience, with a knowledgeable sales person and a good collection of mattresses to test. After thinking about the decision over night, we returned the next day and met with the same person, to do a final test and place our order for a Tempur-Pedic "split king". Today it was delivered by a three man team, that included one very knowledgeable mattress set up person. Overall this was a very satisfying experience.
Completely unimpressed. They were great when we were shopping, but when we made a large purchase of all new kitchen appliances and a nice table with chairs for our kitchen that all changed. They never notified us when the appliances arrived. We found out they were there waiting for us when we called after wondering and wondering when they d call. Then our table, which was purchased and ordered in November, didn t arrive for at least 4 months! We were told it would arrive by January. Plus, we never had any notice from them that it was going to take longer. We again had to call and then call and then call. We even drove up a couple times and we live 40 minutes south of Madison so it wasn t convenient at all. No one seemed to know what was going on and no one seemed to care. It was ridiculous.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have warranty s on everything bought from there but if there is an issue it is very difficult. I have experienced nothing but frustration, hard time getting ahold of the same person after being hung up on, They hired out a different company that left without actually fixing my fridge compressor that was covered under warranty, then they never followed up, took a lot of phone calls and attempts to get someone out there, they never paid for my food spoiled from a 3 year old high end fridge, it look 3 weeks to get my fridge fixed.... no one was helpful at customer service during any of this
Customer service was excellent, Lindsey was very helpful and attentive the numerous times I was in deciding on which pieces I wanted. My problem, I spent over $2,000 on different pieces. Upon delivery, I only got 1/2 of my sectional, then was told it was going to take 10 more days to get the rest of my couch!! 10 days? So, I had to go with half of a living room for 10 days!! For my inconvenience, I was offered $50, which was an insult, but better than nothing.... which I might add, here I am 3 weeks later, and still haven't recieved it! What a crock!! Don't waste your time or your money here!!

The appliance department has so many wonderful options - they carry fabulous brands - from very high end to more accessible ones. The assistance I received from Abu Mohamed during the selection process made it very easy for me - he was knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions. The delivery and installation was all very easy - I was and am impressed. I heartily recommend Furniture and Appliance Mart !
I was there to pickup and deliver for a customer. They had everything ready to go.
Not a pleasant experience. We walked in and our sales person was nice and very helpful. After some comparison shopping we came back to support a local store. They sold us a four piece kitchen set and an extended warranty. This is where the service stopped. Three of the four appliances were delivered after we found out one of the items was discontinued. Instead of fixing the issue and replacing with a comparable model, they charged us extra and told us it may take a few months. Meanwhile I confirmed with another local store I could get the same item within a few days. I also asked for a refund of the warranty because the trust is gone and was told that it wasn t possible. Will not shop here again.
Nice selection, but sales staff can be a bit pushy (expressing an interest in an item does not mean I want to order it **right this very second**), and they're very optimistic about when an item will arrive from the manufacturer or warehouse. I was told four weeks, it took them six. Prices are pretty good compared to other local places, but the service clearly suffers for it.
I was not greeted by any sales staff when entering the store, and was disappointed by the selection of recliners available.
Abbey was such a delight to work with and she really knows all of the product!
I walked in here with my mom yesterday. We wondered around the store 30 plus minutes. We were never acknowledged or helped by the staff despite looking for help. They snubbed us. Which is too bad because we were going to buy something.
Patti was extremely helpful, not pushy, and very informative, and patient.
I worked with Martha for a few things recently. she is wonderful to work with and spends time to talk with me about my project. I am re decorating my home room by room and never really know what I want when I walk into the store. it takes me time to look at things and work out what exactly I want. She has never had a problem taking the time with me and making sure I get exactly what I want. And she is never pushy about trying to sell something. Even on the times I did not actually purchase something. I will be working with her on purchases for the rest of my home. Thank you Martha for the wonderful assistance!!
Horrible Service. Ordered a set of kitchen appliances for a rental unit because this was the only retailer claiming to have them in stock. Get a call later telling me that the appliances actually aren't in stock and will be an additional TWO MONTHS! Obviously this would completely miss the window we had for turning over the rental unit, potentially costing us thousands in vacancy. When i explained this and asked what they could do for us they basically said "Order something else or deal with it".When i opted to cancel the order they seemed confused and bounced me around their phone system for the better part of an afternoon just to find someone who was able to cancel an online order.
Long story short, these guy may be fine for homeowners who can afford to sit on huge unexpected delays, but if you're running a business, steer clear.
Looking for a new freezer for my own store. I couldn't have found a better place to go. The sales consultant Carole Thomason was super great on finding us what we needed and very friendly. They had a great verity to pick from at great prices.
Went back a second time for furniture for a personal home and had a great experience again. The sales people did not harass us they greeted us when we walked in and told us what specials they had where everything was and then let us walk around.
Love this place my sales guy was awsome talked to me about every little detail and informed me on the best options avalable deffantl recomend this place to anyone looking for anything in ur home from appliances to bedding and or furniture thanks guys
We previously visited and worked with a sales person. They were busy with a sale so we were waiting longer than the store was open. While waiting for the salesperson another two came over to see if they could help us. We had a question about why the couches whose cushions looked the same and seemed interchangeable from the same line did not come with chaise versions with both arms. We then got a condescending talk about how manufacturing works, and how if we wanted to customize options we'd have to buy the more expensive brands the sold. It was not even this salesperson's sale and he was talking down to us and out of the store. We will not be returning.
Kevin S. and Lindsey T. at the west side location completely took care of us! On our first visit, we intend to buy a dresser set and mattress. As a first time furniture buyer, we needed some time to think on the cost of the mattress because it was more than we expected. We had a slight miscommunication with the sales person I had been working with, and I completed their after purchase email survey reflecting that. Immediately, manager Kevin, contacted us to make sure we felt 100% on our purchase. In the meantime, we had decide to go ahead on the mattress and two days later I came in and made the purchase. Kevin referred us to Lindsey in furniture and she was just fantastic to work with. I feel great about my purchase there, and intend to return next time I need something!
The selection was great, my sales rep was knowledgeable and helped me find the appliances that fit my needs. He was even eager to help me find the exact models I wanted in the clearance section. Delivery wasn't quite as smooth, as the refrigerator got stuck in my front door, which resulted in some dents in the freezer door, but Appliance Mart quickly resolved it by ordering a new freezer door, dent free. I highly recommend Appliance Mart.

It is hard to properly express our gratitude during this Covid crisis! Our refrigerator decided to give up right when we were helping a family member and had been gone a few days, so we lost everything in fridge and freezer. Although we hadn t even bought this from Appliance Mart, I called and explained our situation and Monty called back immediately. He had the service manager call to advise us if we should try and repair but this was the 4th time we had to try and reset, after 2 repairs already. We had recently acquired living room furniture from Ashley and were thoroughly delighted so we stayed loyal and called the adjoining Appliance Mart knowing we would probably need a new refrigerator. The coordinated effort to help us out was amazing and so appreciated. We had a new refrigerator installed within the day! The delivery team was fully masked, wore gloves and was simply amazing during our personal dilemma. Thank you #5StarService!

This furniture is garbage, the customer service is joke, the delivery process is insane. I went to pick up a 3 piece set, they gave me two pieces! I had to get a manager involved to check my order because they didn't understand why I was suspicious that a piece was missing. After a very long time of searching, they found the third piece, exactly where it was supposed to be. How do I know this? The manager told me, and then insulted the receiving worker to my face. Very unprofessional start to finish.
Do yourself a favor, google Ashley furniture customer reviews. They are terrible.
Linda was very helpful in the purchase of our new bed. I was a bit nervous because of some of the reviews, but I will definately be purchasing the rest of our furniture here. She didn't try and push us to buy the most expensive item, but she helped to find the perfect fit for us. Thank you Linda from Madison, you were great! Oh and the delivery guys were awesome!!!
I assume Appliance Mart is managed by the same individuals at Ashley Furniture. Terrible customer service. We purchased all appliances for a new construction. Missing one appliance upon delivery (delivery date and appliances confirmed by me via text and email). Not a huge deal...well, not so fast. To get the dishwasher they failed to deliver was 5 weeks out, not acceptable for multiple reasons. Then, to make things right, they wanted to give us an opened floor model because they had that on hand. We didn't pay for a floor model, again not acceptable. I called to speak with a manager, I was told a manager would call me back. Six days go by with no call back from a manager. I called them back and was finally able to speak with manager Gregg Shaffer. Greg, too, wanted to give us opened floor models, one being an upgrade, we didn't pay for opened merchandise. A mistake made on their end, and he wants to fix it with opened merchandise. I would never pay what we did for opened merchandise. Greg made no effort to apologize and make things right. Instead, he gave us excuse's and pushing opened merchandise for the same price. We ultimately decided to be refunded for the dishwasher and install kit and will do business elsewhere...buyer beware.
Bought a New England brand furniture set. the quality of the furniture was on par but there was a nail sticking out of the footrest that scratched my floor. The installers were very unprofessional. They did not take off their shoes and walked all over our new rug. Tried contacting Ashley regarding this. Was told someone would be in contact. It's been over a week and have not been contacted.
My saleswoman Kay was phenomenal! She was patient, friendly and most of all, honest. She knew the style I was looking for and stayed on track finding it without trying to sell me something I did not like or want. She was very honest throughout the entire process and kept me informed at each step. I went back twice after the original purchase looking for additional items. Kay was incredibly patient and I never felt rushed. When I did not receive a telephone call the day before delivery, I reached out to her. She confirmed delivery date was still on track, apologized for not receiving a call from delivery staff and sent me a link to track the delivery truck. All of our furniture was delivered on the promised day. We are very pleased with our overall customer experience and it all started with Kay! Kudos to Kay for making a great impression on a first time customer!

We bought a couch and loveseat. Within a week, the couch broke while simply sitting on it. A month or two later repair finally came to fix it, and now it has broken again in the same spot the same way. Absolutely nuts, horrible quality considering how much I spent on these couches. The worst part is we've tried reaching out to customer service 4x in the last two weeks, leaving a couple messages, and still no one has helped us.
I went into the store one day and the staff could not have been less interested in helping me. I am not comfortable spending money in a place where I feel unwelcome so i left.
Terrible follow through, moved to the area and was promised a 1-2 week delivery. At a month now and still waiting, would recommend you go elsewhere unless they have it in stock and you have a truck.
If I could give less than 1 star I would, absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced, delivery experience, horrible, the product broken, finally got replacement parts for the table, after waiting several months, now I am told they can t fix the table for 2 months. I have promise to tell my story about your store to at least two people every day until it s fixed. As of last count I an up to 85 people in Madison. I should easily hit 200!

We needed to buy some furniture, and the only time we could make it was after a long rough day. So my husband and I weren't dressed to the nines to go buy furniture, and it took about 15 minutes for someone to even approach us. Even then she didn't follow up and we spent another 45 minutes aimlessly wandering because we had no idea where to start. Finally we found a set we wanted in our price range and waited another 5 minutes for someone to see us standing by the furniture we wanted. A kind older man helped us and got us all set up for our couch, loves seat, table set, and pillows. Just goes to show you shouldn't judge a customer based on appearance.
As for delivery we got the pillows a few days after we placed the order. The tables and couch a week after, but it took until 2 weeks after that to get the love seat. So if you aren't in a time crunch to have furniture then it shouldn't be an issue.
As for customer service we won't ever be coming here again. Rude staff who didn't offer any help to find what we were looking for.

I worked with Jenny H. 2 times in my search for a new mattress recently. I was pleased with her help during the process. After picking out the mattress, I had to wait around while Jenny entered everything into the computer for my order. We were towards the back of the store, to the side of a desk with a few other office workers behind it. There was a lady who was extremely snooty and rude, quite unhelpful to Jenny. Not a good experience. I feel the office workers should be more professional and work better together, especially in front of customers. I felt bad for Jenny!
Our sales person was great. Completely helpful and made everything as easy as possible! They also made sure to check the website to make sure we paid the lowest prices!
Needed some major appliances on a tight time line. The sales person, Austin, kept in communication with me and got everything to my house exactly when needed.
Half a year after buying a sofa, I got an automated call about a sale. Seriously, people? I get enough spam phone calls from everyone else.
We recently bought a high-end smart oven from the ApplianceMart. Salesperson gave us good price-matching and we were ready to buy. Then he says if we email him next week he can get us an additional $300 off due to an upcoming promotion. He mentioned this several times, so we go ahead and email him and received no reply. Sent a second email a week later and left him a voicemail, but never heard back. This shady sales technique was not necessary (as we were already going to buy the oven) and has really turned us off of this place. We were frequent customers of Ashley's and ApplianceMart, but will be going elsewhere now.
The actual delivery went smoothly and the crew was friendly and competent. However, their tracking app didn't work and we had to call in to get a time estimate. We were told sometime after 12pm and they delivered around 6pm that night.
Awful customer service. I purchased items in January, it's July and I am still waiting. I do not recommend them, period.
Paid for furniture in full got told 6 to 8 weeks and still no furniture.... also told may be another 6 weeks.
Working with Abbey on picking out a number of items was great! Abbey is knowledgeable, personable, and of course has good taste! She made the process seamless and quick. Ashley HomeStore has much to choose from in each department and delivery is quick. I would happily shop there again - and of course with Abbey!
This is a great furniture and appliance store. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. I've purchased both appliances and a sectional there, and both experiences with the store and delivery staff were exceptional. They were easy to communicate with, delivery was prompt and professional, and the prices for the brands they carry were very competitive with other stores in town.
Almost 2 years ago we bought some of Ashley furnitures best leather furniture from the store and spent quite a bit of money.
Between 6 and 8 months after it was delivered the color started peeling off of the leather.

So the repairs began with many delays because they kept on ordering the wrong stuff coming out tearing my whole couch apart to find out they had the wrong things and having to put it all back together only to come out later and do the same thing again.
The couch has been worked on many times now and there doesn't seem to be any talking reason to these people because all they want to do is come out and touch up where the color is peeling off.

I had concerns right from the beginning of this problem not going away and they were given the opportunity to do something different but they felt it necessary to force me to keep furniture that I was very unhappy with.
( I've been around for awhile and I would have to say this is been my number one worst purchase ever made)
This store should be the go between me and Ashley corporate to work in my behalf making me happy after all they have the Ashley name on the front of their store.
They could even do something internal to help me out as a customer but they choose not to.
I spoke with a Josh Stone who works there who acted as though he was going to help me out but then later told me that he was blocked by the people above him. He even indicated that he got in trouble for trying to help me out.
In the past I had bought other furniture from a smaller Madison store that have been around for awhile and when I had problems they were always there to help me out.
If you're thinking of spending money here do yourself a favor and take a trip to Vegas where your odds will probably be more in your favor. This store has all the Flash and Pizzazz of Vegas and nice dressed people who will treat you well until you run out of money. And just like Vegas they will leave you short of money with very little to show for it and a smile on your face for a very short period Of time, and remember the house always wins.

I got my new bed and I was so excited it took like 2 weeks and when we opened the box a piece of wood was broken.
They make it hard on DISABLED people to use family credit card there..... Not disabled friendly at all!!!!!!!!
Great experience buying a couch from Kay, only gripe is I wish they would have enforced their mask policy a little more. Employees were safe, but a lot of other customers were not.
Kris was amazing! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and available without being overbearing in the slightest. She made finding a sofa stress-free and I can't thank her enough for that.
Regarding the store itself, it has a wonderful selection at exceptional prices. I've already recommended it to my sister and would definitely go there again for any future furniture needs.
We bought a washing machine. At first they told us it would only take a couple of days to deliver. But since they can't tell you what time of day - afternoon or morning - it will arrive, we needed to schedule for a Saturday, nine days out. Then they canceled the delivery for some reason. So it' will be 16 days to get the machine delivered. Even after canceling our delivery, they couldn't reschedule for morning or afternoon - they can't do it, they can only tell you the day.
It is complicated to buy appliances & furniture. This place & these people make it easy & safe! Plus, there are many options, choices & sales ...

Really expensive, better quality furniture, did not meet our needs this time, buy would shop here for furniture that will last, but not for a rental home.

Buyer beware. Purchased a couch and loveseat, and seams on the loveseat were open in three different areas. Contacted Ashley furniture immediately the same day and sent photos as requested. We wanted to exchange the couch as opposed to getting it fixed. They contacted us weeks later and said our request was denied because we didn't notify them within 48 hours. Proved that I contacted them the day of the delivery and suddenly the request was denied because they wouldn't replace a sofa that needed minor repairs. Asked if I could return it, they said yes with paying a restocking fee. Spoke to a manager and he said he'd have to take it up to corporate. Entire process has been a joke. After reading the fine print on the receipt, and take the advice since they don't give you the information at the store, examine the furniture prior to the delivery team leaving, if damaged, have them return it. Fine print also states you should sign a document acknowledging inspection, make sure you ask for it because we never signed a thing. Can't believe we paid and waited over a month for such trash. Customer service even worse. Would not recommend.
*Should add they offered a $50 gift card for the confusion. Would bet $50 I never see it!
Bought a custom England Couch, Love seat and Ottoman. They wrote down and got us the wrong ottoman. We specifically wanted one with legs and we got one with casters. Not to mention it only came with 2 casters. It's 4-months after the sale and they've failed on every resolution they've promised. Stay away! If I could give 0 stars I would.
having similar issues as other people in the reviews. they lied about the delivery date. They keep pushing it back. They claim they are short staffed. I could be stopped by every stop light and get to Ashley furniture in 5 minutes. Unacceptable.

The worst. We bought a new Bosch refrigerator in NOVEMBER and are still dealing with trying to return it after it came dented and the interior light didn't work. The salespeople have not been helpful nor have they solved the problem. It is now April and I am trying to return it and just be done with this store but it has been a struggle for months. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
We have used the AshleyHome Store twice to make furniture purchases for our home. One time we spent well into the four figures , the next we spent just over $100. Both times the staff were attentive, answered our questions, and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping us. We are very happy with the quality of furniture we received.
Jesse was an awesome salesman. I stopped by the store previously, but called him with questions and he took the time to get me some quotes. And when I arrived in the store, nothing changes from what he quoted me. And I left the store purchasing morw than I initially planned. He, the women in Finance and all ofvyhe staff were warm, friendly and attentive. I had an awesome experience. Thank you
The salespeople are nice enough, but I was told I would receive 2 pairs of an item, got only 1 pair upon delivery, and it took around 8 phone calls to customer service to find out that the salesperson was misinformed, and only 1 pair was correct. However, I had chosen 2 fabric swatches (1 for each pair) and one was arbitrarily chosen for the pair I received - I was never notified of the decision and customer service was entirely unhelpful in making things right. The entire delivery process lacked any reasonable amount of notice, as well. A couch I ordered somehow got sent out without the screws to attach the legs to it, and getting the screws to me took an additional 3 weeks, again with no notification from Ashley about updates.
Will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
Eric explained everything and was very honest! He helped us get exactly what we needed for a great price! We will come back and use Eric again. Highly recommended.
Awesome experience working with Dennis Barstow. Was very personable, had good knowledge of the furniture and different colors. Very impressed. The furniture arrived and we love it. We also had our granddaughter with us and he included her in everything. She really enjoyed our furniture shopping.

I walked in and was offered to look for a little bit. Then came Jessica, she was a great help answering questions, giving options, and helping plan for needed now and planning ahead.
Jessica has checked in with me several times, I stopped in one night to see her and work on my needed items. She apologised for being with someone else when we came in and making us wait! Jessica is great and the other staff I have talked with while waiting for Jessica have been very friendly and helpful as well.
Money is tight and I wouldn't go anywhere else to get furniture. I want great customer service and Furniture and ApplianceMart is my choice!
