St. Charles County Ambulance District is an asset to have in St. Charles County. I can t say enough positive things about the fantastic EMTs/Paramedics that are here to support us in our time of need. The CRUSH Program is a top rated program in our community to stop heroin. The level of community involvement from their employees sets SCCAD apart. We are lucky to have such a great organization in St. Charles County.

These is no greater EMS system in the United States. If you ever need Emergency Medical attention, these are the best of the best. No one else comes close

SCCAD is always a pleasure to work with. The entire team there is completely dedicated to helping others in the community and always go above and beyond! We could not ask for a more professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable group to help us in our community.

It is always a pleasure to work with St. Charles County Ambulance district! Their employees do a great job of working with my staff and taking good care of my residents. I have never had any problems with any member of their team.

Be aware when using their services. They do not have any contracts with any insurance carriers. After speaking with Carrie, I have been told that they will adjust the charges as if they are in network. I have been told this before, and it wasn't done, so will just have to wait and see.

Awful experience with them because of billing. They kept sending invoices like every 3 days with warnings and they didn t even process the paperwork correctly with my insurance company in the first place. On top that, extremely expensive for a 15 minute ride. Then contacted them about financial assistance like most offer, and it was ignored then more notices during a time of national pandemic when most are out of work. They caused me a lot of stress and anxiety on top of an already existing condition.

What a wonderful team! Communication with Kyle is top notch and prompt! Thank you all for all that you do day in and day out.

They were very cranky about transporting my wife to city. They have some kind of running fued with Lincoln country ambulance service. Was not a pleasent experience with the wining and complaints about the other service. Maybe they had a bad day. They made a health scare a worse experience instead of better.

As a lifelong resident of St. Charles City, I know that we are tremendously blessed to have The St. Charles County Ambulance District serving our entire community. With Taz Meyer in charge, Kyle Gaines working tirelessly within the community and the dozens of tremendously dedicated employees, we could not ask for more. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you...

I can t say enough good things about the wonderful people that are there when we need them the most. There are 2 paramedics that went above & beyond to help my son after a traumatic leg injury. They stayed at the hospital and lifted his spirits. They were concerned about all of us. They are more than 5 stars!

The team at SCCAD are second to none. We have the absolute BEST medics, Board, Community outreach, and professionals leading our Ambulance District. Kyle Gaines works tirelessly to communicate issues and partnership opportunities with local Business and Political leaders.

I am proud to know many employees of St Charles County Ambulance District. They give their heart and soul to their county and their jobs. The paramedics are knowledgeable. They don t just pick people up and take them to the nearest hospital. They are a part of our community offering classes and volunteering at events.

I get the opportunity to work with these professionals weekly. They are amazing, patient and willing to do anything for our residents
they are always there for us no matter what.
