1. A agent named Humberto Ayala is a lair.
2. They refuse to answer the phone and they don't give you a call back.
3. The call center options are geared for you to hang up.
Now It's time to get most of these false money grubbing companies out of the USA. We can't get them all but I going to start with this one.

Stay away! Company doesn t take responsibility even if you paid for your policy coverages, instead of feeling insured I felt interrogated wrongfully accused because they don t want too take care of what you legally payed for.. Company needs too be shut down!

How can this company still be in business? No one responds to phone calls here, I think they have agents that watch the phone ring all day deliberately. I brought my case to the Better Business Bureau because those people have the power to sink this company and their "shell game" insurance. I would recommend everyone else do the same. There are so many negative reviews, I am surprised they are still in business to be honest. Hopefully, the collective power of the internet will be enough to bring them to justice.

I wish I saw the reviews before taking my brokers word of Alliance Insurance being a reputable company. They are not, they lied and took my money with no intentions keeping there word during this pandemic. More then likely they have taken advantage of plenty of people during this COVID19 situation. They really need to be out of business CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! And, I think my Broker at Unity Path Insurance formaly Busy Bee Insurance, of whom I have not spoken with since we the first phone call, is in on it as well. My broker disappeared and now I'm speaking with her manager.

During this COVID19 pandemic there is a moratorium (A legal authorizes action to postpone payments for a period of time) put in place do to everyone being laid off and/or having a reduction in income. Along with talking to my Broker at the time Angela from Unity path Insurance we were both told I did not have to make a payment until June 29. And, my coverage would not be disturbed (I would still have coverage). So, I did as I was asked and called more then once along with my broker to make sure everything was truly stated as befote. I called to make a payment and the system was not working it kicked me out twice and sent me back to the same person customer service. Who stated and, "put in the notes" that the system was not working right that day. I asked if I could make the payment online and she said yes. I inquired about the rewrite fee of $9.00 that would be attached to my online payment and I was assured that would not a problem. I also, wrote in the comment box and ask why there was a rewrite when my intent was not to rewriting my policy but, to make the required payments. I made my payments before they where due.

Today 5/10 I talked to Kelly a supervisor in the underwriting department at Allaince Insurance Company I was informed that my policy had been rewritten when I made my payments online and not with the automated service. Therefore, I did not have any coverage on my vehicle for the date of my accident Ain't that a "B"! I went round and round trying see if the policy could be changed. Being that (supposedly) the phone calls where recorded. I was told I could cancel my policy but I would not be refunded my money at abefore.

Again, they really need to be out of business CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! Espeshially, now that I see these ratings.

I have learned my lesson, DONT CHEAP OUT ON INSURANCE!! yea they might be cheap but there is a reason why. it took these people 1 year to total loss my vehicle. this is the worse insurance anyone could ever get. because of them my credit is messed up. without a vehicle for a whole year and fighting with these people financially destroyed me.

Awful, unprofessional, terrible insurance company. There not enough words in the dictionary for me to say how bad this insurance company is. They need to be investigated and shut down by the police. My family has 4 cars with full coverage with them and been with this insurance company for years. I just got into a car accident over 2 months ago. Nothing has been done since instead they just give us run around. We are going to hire a lawyer and sue them.

Worst experience I've ever had. My car was hit by a person who left the scene. There were witnesses, so there was no question whether or not it happened. Alliance said they would send an adjuster out within 24-48 hours, THREE TIMES and nobody ever came. Considering it was a hit in run, time was of the essence to assess the damage on the other car. I called every other day to check up and three weeks later, they had still not sent anyone out. I had to call a supervisor just to get a response. My check was eventually sent, but my particular insurance rep didn't even let me know. She said she "thought she called me and left me a message to let me know it was on it's way", but as usual, there was nothing. She seemed uninterested, made many excuses and really, clearly, could care less whether or not my case was handled properly. HORRIBLE!

In March my wife was in a accident with one of their clients and my 2018 Camry xse top of the line is a total loss because my wife wasn't insured at the moment they want to screw me over and say she was at fault when I have a police report and a eye witness showing proof that their client was at fault and made 3 traffic code violations, I asked what traffic code violation did my wife commit for them to say my wife was at fault they told me that they couldn't give me a traffic code I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager someone more knowledge they just hung up on me I call and leave messages because they have only answers 2 times since I've been calling then since April I gave them the number for my gap insurance and 1 month later they still dont reach out to make the claim I'm paying a rental car and a car payment for a car that is wrecked parked in my driveway I've paid over $2000 on a rental plus my car payment since March 16, how could a stupid so called insurance like this still be operating after so many complaints

I got crash into and I pay money out of my pocket because this company did not provided documentation to the other insurance company. On top of that they told me to handle the issue myself. Not cheap of course, but that s what I get for getting a cheap insurance. Might sue? Who knows. I am very dissatisfied with the treatment I got.

After reading some of the reviews, you can see a pattern with their level of service. Makes one wonder how they receive awards...

On April 27th 2018, I was rear-ended by one of their policy holders.

I first contacted my insurance company to see what my options are and to create a report. They reached out to Alliance United Insurance with the details. Since then (4 business days), they have not once contacted me.

I have emailed the two adjusters and their general email (provided by through the website) them all the information with pictures, videos and questions. I left voice messages for each one of the adjusters and still not received any call backs. Meanwhile, I have my 2018 Hybrid Camry's bumper being held together with duck tape.

My most recent call; they informed me that my claim was handed off to another adjuster due to internal errors of wrong policy information.

I ended up speaking to the receptionist which told me to download an application which takes photos and information of the incident.

I rate this company with a 1 star for the following reasons:

* No communication
* No sense of urgency
* Lack of or no response from the company or the two adjusters/management

Thank you for taking the moment in reviewing my comment of concerns. I hope this is beneficial for any potential buyers as to the company's President.

We are sick of trying to reach these people. Their insurer crashed our car last December! They only ever sent one letter notifying us they were processing our claim. I ve called multiple times, to ask about compensation and they always, always always say they ll send a letter saying how much we re getting covered and they never send us anything! I m sick of calling and they never answer, and when they do they just lie to us and keep stalling. They ve even told us to sue their insurer when they themselves haven t even sent an amount for us to agree or disagree on! This is by far the worst insurance company I have ever come across, the worst.

I have no method of transportation and can t even get my car fixed because they won t answer my calls and customer service says that it s not a problem how the heck is it not a problem that we don t hear back from our insurance?

Horrible Horrible Horrible company !! Don't waste your money with this company. Was involved in a car accident on 10/2019 and I haven't even gotten an adjuster to come look at my car. I've been trying to reach the adjuster since last year 2019 & he finally called me back on 1/14/2020 stating " claim is still being investigated, can"t discuss and further details with you ". Really!! How is that suppose to make me feel! Not to mention the adjuster's name or manager because neither have been helpful at all. My stress level and anxiety have increased because of this company. Company's like this (ALLIANCE UNITED ) SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN !!

We already delivered the 3 weeks ago we still have not received our supplement check

First of all they don't even deserve the 1 star review. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!
I filed a claim (electronically) in May of 2019 and received a claim number. After not hearing back from anyone for a few days I tried calling. I called Alliance and after being on hold for 15 minutes I was immediately transferred to another company (Kemper) who was suppose to handle the claim process. When I got transferred it went straight to voicemail. That was just the start. After countless calls and transfers throughout the month I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have left multiple voicemails and emails to different departments and still not budge. I'm seriously considering filing a complaint or even sueing these monsters.

DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE PROVIDER. YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR CASH INTO THE TOILET!

Don't get this garbage insurance . My father had it and they cancelled him many times and charged him every times . And later he got hit by some kid and he had aftermarket rims . And they only want to pay him one and a stock rim. He calls and it's been a week already and they still don't have enough information.

If I there is zero stars I would give it. I had accident three weeks ago. The other driver ran the stop. My vehicle was total loss, 100% none operable. My attorney had contacted them on the phone finally went over the details. This insurance told my attorney, at the main time, not accepting any fault and liability until this insurance talk to at fault driver and run the investigation. This is ridiculous according the insurance rules and regulations. They said it's their policy. You have a rental either. My vehicle was sitting on the log for three weeks. Please do look at the reviews from experience of insurers who had bad and terrible results. before you are having a policy this alliance united insurance. Cheap and scam. Hopefully the words goes out fast in the public and let people know the facts before insurers fall into this ridiculous insurance company aand and it doesn't have the integrity of business in nature. This is the worst company I have encountered with. Their customer crashed me, and I went through their claim insurance, and they couldn't even provide me with a rental. Now I am stuck with no transportation whatsoever. If you are looking to get insurance with them DON"T. These people are not reliable at ALL. Just wanted to let you guys know how badly they suck. Went to renew my policy every 6 months and was told twice the bill would be over 300.00 dollars when my actual bill was 229.00. I told the gurl im not paying anything more than what my bill states. She kept insisting it wad now over 300.00 dollars. Went to home office and paid correct amount. Next time home office did same 300.00 trick. Got insurance elsewhere. If I could rate it negative, would rate -100. This company is a scam and must be shut down. I was hit by their customer in July and filled a claim with them. 4 months later they still can t determine their customer eligibility. I had to pay repair out of pocket and blocked on getting reimbursed due to their failure to resolve the claim timely. Adjuster Heidi Kenz Ford and her manager are impossible to reach by phone neither by myself or my insurance adjuster. No information on my claim progress was ever provided. Junk letters with statements your claim is under management review I ve been getting 3d month in row do not count.
Seriously guys, you must be out of business asap.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and insurance company I ve ever come across. My car was totaled 3 months ago and had the misforutne of having Daniel Mcdougal and my total loss adjuster. He blatantly lied to me saying he sent a settlement amount to my leinholder which is 100% false. Also they never pick up there phones and never respond to voicemails. If you having this issue I would highly suggest filing a complaint with the department of insurance which I have already done and hiring a lawyer. These people are thieves and I know for a fact this business is going to be shut down very soon because of the amount of people they have screwed over.

This Company is a joke. You can never get a rep over the phone and they do not respond to your emails!!! A month later after being rear ended and they being found at fault nothing has been resolved. They continue to dodge my emails and every time I call is a minimum of 1hour wait time if I'm lucky. The rep is always never there and no one can never get a hold of her. so if you get Sharmilla Smith as your adjuster all I can say is good luck. Hopefully one day in the near future they can help I can only be hopeful.

Im not the type to leave bad reviews on businesses, but this is the worst customer service i have experienced. Everything people are saying is true. My accident was 2 months ago in May. My car was a total loss, they agreed to pay off $5,400 off my loan & i was guna pay the remaining balance on my loan. But they said i had to pay the difference first before they paid theyre part??? That already didnt make sense but i called my bank anyways to pay, my bank said NO they have to pay first & than you pay the remaining balance. So ive been calling them for the past month, my adjuster was ADAM SUAREZ ive left him voicemails, emails, called him multiple times & waited HOURS on the line. The answering machines take forever to get you threw the line & you can barely understand what theyre saying. I waited a total of 2.5 hours on the phone tryna get my case handled today just so nothing can get resolved. They said my adjuster was busy with a customer & he would call me back right after. Well that never happened. Second time they do this to me. & since its been so long ive had to keep making payments on a car thats a total loss !!?? I need to take legal action at this point.

Don't get into a accident with someone with the same insurance they will literally f*** you over. Not to mention the other driver hit me an left but because he came back it was still considered my fault because I was making a left but the on coming traffic was stopped because a car had stopped, then this idiot comes flying around the car an scrapes the front of my car causing mostly damage to his car, an he was in the wrong lane driving towards oncoming traffic yet it was my fault. Iv called them constantly to get an update on my car because they did not want to approve for a new bumper which I did nothing to ! They have taken up to two whole weeks for my car to get fixed when the body shop told me it should be done bye 4 or 5 days... Iv called so much to the point Iv annoyed them but they don t help me out to get my car sooner. Till this day I do not have my car back and I need it for my work . This is just ridiculous...

Had the unfortunate event of being in an accident ...

Had the unfortunate event of being in an accident with one of their insured's. Adjuster Daniel Lehtinen has left me with a bad taste for this company. HE seemed to be genuine at the first contact but that was the last time it was felt, the following contact were not pleasant and kept on giving me information unrelated to my questions asked. Two parties were involved in this accident but for some reason he had me as the point on contact for both. Advised me to take my vehicle into shop for possible supplemental damages and when i dd he would not approve the additional damages telling me he never told me to take it to the body shop. Once everything was settle after continuous communication email rather than phone, he would never seem to be in to answer my calls; instead of issuing payment to the body shop he directly sent me the payment which now has caused for the shop to hold my vehicle until payment is received. when i reached out to Daniel he stated i never told him what shop i was taking my vehicle but what a coincidence when i talked to another adjuster they told me the name of the shop i had advised them. i wish i never had been assigned to such an unprofessional adjuster, going to be without my vehicle for an additional days even though repairs are completed due to the lack of issuing payment to correct party.

Adjusters Joel Urbina & his supervisor Donald Martin don't return any phone calls. It is a waste of your money to be a loyal customer...pay thousands of dollars a year to this company only to have them ignore you when you need them most.

I rate zero stars this company has no compassion or assistance with a helping hand during Covid-19 pandemic. I called to request assistance with simply an extension for payment. Representative Michael stated unfortunately they do not have a program or be able to assist with an extension of payment at this time during hard times of Covid 19 pandemic. Call was transferred to a supervisor she basically said the same thing. Being a customer for 3yrs they don t care to lose a customer nor cancel your insurance immediately. No assistance nor does this company care about their customer and current hardship.

5 Stars for "Worst Insurance Ever !!!!! DONT GET THIS INSURANCE. It's cheap for a reason. No help! No return calls! No return emails! BUT they sure answer the phone to take your payment.

UPDATE: They will lie to you. So on Nov. 2 I finally got approved by they other guys insurance to pay my $1,000.00 deductible. Was told by Alliance I could take my truck to any body shop and they would take care of everything else. NOPE!!!! They did NOTHING!!! THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE CALLS! You will pay for your own auto body shop damage and the rental before they will pay you back. Now Rent and my other bills are going to be late, and I still have to wait for my checks to come by mail. They should had told me that's the they they do things. WHO is paying all my late fee's? PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSURANCE

I can genuinely say this is one of the most terrible insurance companies. I can list plenty of reasons why, but all these reviews in this section sum up all my reasons. I would however like to state two things. {{Epifania Teran}}was the women who was in charge of taking my claim through the process and I must say, she was extremely helpful and did her job exceptionally well. If you have this women handling your claim, expect outstanding service. She deserves this recognition!
Now, I can t even begin to put into words how terrible and disgraceful my total loss adjuster {{Joel Jurbina}} was in the settlement of my claim. I received ONE single message from this man throughout this whole process (no calls, no emails, I never even heard his voice) stating he was going to contact me ASAP to settle my claim. I attempted to call this man 10 times, I left 9 voicemail in his mailbox, and I sent 4 emails to him ALL TO NO AVAIL! Never did he contact me AT ALL to give me my payment settlement let alone anything that he s being paid to do! Surely if I didn t have my claim finally handled by another adjuster it would still be an open claim. DOES THIS MAN EVEN EXISTS???!!! this man is a genuine disgrace to this company and to the work force. I will pray for anyone who gets this man as his/her total loss adjuster. Don t rely on this man to get back to you. Wait on the line for another total loss adjuster, believe me. You ll save yourself so much time. I truly hope some management reads my comment and Joel is reprimanded for not doing his damn job. How can this man even have his job if this is how he handles business?However, with this level of terrible service I have no doubt the management is just the same, but I hope they are not. All in all, don t get this insurance company. Disgraceful company. (That second star is solemnly for epifania Teran, for her outstanding service )

Poor customer service , very hard to contact them in their deparments, don't waste your time and money with this company, worse company I ever used. They never want to pay for anything so clearly they don't care about clients only their money and expensive fees.
