Horrible company! It's been 3 months since i had a...

Horrible company! It's been 3 months since i had a collision with a driver with the same insurace. No one has been found at fault yet. They didn't send someone to appraise the damage to my car! They cancelled last minutes, didn't show up. I'm seriously considering to get an attorney. Bogus company! The worst!
