We had the best experience here! We always love W hotels, but the staff here really went above and beyond for everything. We asked for room service just to heat up leftovers we had, and they were incredibly prompt and made our heated up takeout look like a five star meal. Really nice accommodations overall, comfy furniture and good amenities. Would love to stay here again!

Dramatically underwhelmed. My wife and I stayed here for a night because of an issue at our house. We're locals and figured it would be nice to splurge and escape our place where we couldn't use water for 24 hours. Not sure The W exceeded what we would've experienced at home. Our room was smokey. Are people even allowed to smoke in hotel rooms in Washington State anymore? Evidently, yes. Unfortunate for us. Also, as a couple it was disappointing to find we'd been 'upgraded' to a double room on the premium level. That meant we were on a higher floor but down graded, in my opinion, to two small double beds. As a couple this was disappointing. The room was spartan with little appeal. The bathroom door stuck when closing completely requiring a swift jerk to get it open again. Also, the shower/tub drained very slowly so was one of those ankle-deep cesspools when finished showering. All in all I was very disappointed with this stay. I've been at a W many different times both in Seattle and in other cities. This experience was awful enough I truly never plan to stay at this location again. On other cities I'll continue to look for Fairmont properties as I've been consistently pleased with them.

Convenient location in the downtown area, within walking distance to a lot of shopping. Rooms are big and very clean. Lobby turns into a lounge at night, and also happy hour drinks are all very good deals!

Convenient location, very spacious room. About a 10-15m walk to the convention center! Not much vehicle space to load or unload, but fortunately it's for quick [un]loading only, so the wait shouldn't be long.

Fair. Trying a little too hard to be hip. Not a place for business travelers. The business office computer was out of toner and the staff asked us to send our work we wanted printed to their email. Wait what? You want me to send business confidential information to an outside address? Who ever thought that was a good idea? Buy toner guys.

The room was quite nice with a couch and desk. If you're on the taller end you might find the beds a bit short but it wasn't a huge issue. Note that the couch isn't a fold out bed and the wall mounted TV had an hdmi input that came out of the walk but that input didn't work and I had to access the regular cramped hdmi inputs behind the TV. Otherwise great stay!

We stayed here for two nights, we like the W hotel chain so we thought we'd give it a try. Although some designs of the room seem a bit outdated, the overall stay was nice, staff was friendly and we had a comfortable stay. The room service food wasn't really good though the everything else was fine. It was a pricy room because it was. corner room though it faced the parking lot. Overall it was a pretty good stay.

Stayed a few times. This place is always a solid choice in Seattle. I do hate the nickel and dime approach to things like water in the bathroom and such. But all in all a very luxurious hotel with gold rates for the game.

Not perfect as bathroom can use a bit of an upgrade for a W hotel. Having said that, hotel is in an excellent location for a visit to downtown Seattle. Customer service is also excellent from all the staffs we interacted with.

I came because of the entertainment tonight. I heard Ali Diane and Mae were singing here at the W. The duet is so much fun to listen to, the room is packed. I will come again to listen to them. Nice variety of songs, many originals as well. Really clean set!

I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed here just last month for business and the rooms were a good size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bar downstairs is a really cool place to hang out too

It looks much better on the inside than it does from the outside. You can often find good deals here.

The rooms are well appointed and you get some solid views from the higher floors. The bathrooms are also really nice with a good choice of scented soaps.

Still a great hotel in Seattle. From the 10th floor with a view. Mostly on weekends with musical entertainment. Stylish bar on the ground floor and extremely friendly staff. Parking is not necessarily the highlight. As you drive better down to 3th in the parking garage or uses the same Uber and Coke.

Overpriced rooms and our front desk agent Gilbert was rude to us and did not answer our questions about the local places to eat and where to visit, but he did explain he wasn't from Seattle and he is there "concierge." Lol. Bar is great at night for live music and has local access to all bars and city attractions.

Attended a Microsoft conference for the day, with hotel staff supporting breakfast and lunch accommodations. Presentation logistics and wifi went off without a hitch which made for a very pleasant experience overall. Great venue!

Fantastic customer service!!! I have traveled the world and I am beyond impressed with the customer service at this hotel! I was looking forward to buying some bliss spa products. When I got to the hotel they informed me they did not have a spa but sent lots of the small sample size to take home and even brought it up to my room instantly! I was so impressed at how Mike and Daniel went the extra mile to meet my needs! Job well done! Bravo!

I was thoroughly pleased and impressed with the W Seattle. It was located in a very central part of downtown in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The hotel amenities were exceptional and the attention to the small details was impressive, including having the address of the hotel on the rideshare sign right out front.

I will definitely be staying here again. The rooms were comfortable, contemporary, and spacious. The staff was courteous and friendly, making sure to greet you each time you arrive or leave.

The W hotel chain is always great and the W Seattle is no exception. Tim at the front desk was *so* helpful and really made us feel well taken care of. They were awesome about getting us a crib for our three month old and even managed to get us a super early check in which made our stay so much more enjoyable. We will absolutely stay here again when we need to overnight in downtown Seattle. It also a great location for touristy stuff, walkable to Pike s Market, the aquarium, and Miners Corner.

An okay W I guess. There are swankier W's out there. Rooms are well designed and look chic. They even have a "designed by" tag in each room.

The restaurant is average. It does have a nice fireplace lounge area.

The parking fees are unbelievable.
