When it comes to making a claim against an insured...

When it comes to making a claim against an insured driver of theirs they make it very difficult to get a hold of anyone. Their phone system claims technical difficulties and hangs up on you. They move really sloooooow and don't care if you're inconvenienced.

As with others, I completely agree... they are the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. And I am reviewing from the standpoint of being hit by a driver that has this insurance. During the beginning of the claim process, the customer service representative, Cheryl Whitman, responded quickly. However, once I submitted the receipt for the rental car insurance, she reduced it because she felt it was out of the normal range for reimbursement. Her email to me stated that the car needed to me "comparable and within reason" to what I am driving. Not clear language and gives her the opportunity to reject half of the cost. I am filing with the California Insurance Commission and the Better Business Bureau. Anyone who reads this should do the same.

I've been involved with a claim for more than 1 year. I've NEVER had such difficulty reaching a live person. They issued a check for damages and made it also payable to 'Pick-a-Part'. WTH?! I paid for a pick-a-part company to dispose of my vehicle; they had nothing to do with the accident or claim. I cannot cash the check, as they would well know, and am unable to get the check re-issued BECAUSE I CAN'T REACH ANYONE AT THE COMPANY.

I had a claim back in 2017, till now I still not got settle. crazy!!!! The person I used to contact to has gone, and no body gave me any update. I am trying to find someone thru phone, no one answers!!!

This company is full of scams they tell you one thing and then they come with another thing. If you get in an accident and your covered by this insurance I recommend you get a lawyer or else you'll get a big black one!

WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD! There client re-ended ...

WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD! There client re-ended my husband. They took forever to see the car. Gave us a check for repairs and rental. Once we had the car in the shop, the person fixing the car could not get a hold of the adjuster. The company wanted the shop to buy used parts for the car. There were none available so the shop had to buy new. When my husband tried calling no answer either. So I tried and then they answered. I believe Daniel or whatever his name only answered the phone because he did not know my number. I asked why he had not been picking up and I also told him that the rental would be more then 25 dollars a day. After taxes it would be 26 dollars and some change. I explained that I got a quote from enterprise. This stupid idiot tells me to go to a different car rental service and that I should be able to find it cheaper. He said they were not going to pay the difference. Wow. So rude, I hung up.

Worse company ever one of their drivers hit me and it was my fault I got rear ended? Yea right you bet I'll be taking that company to court espically since I got an Injury from that wreck( sprained neck).They don't return calls or notify you what the hell is going on.
