Im not the type to leave bad reviews on businesses, but this is the worst customer service i have experienced. Everything people are saying is true. My accident was 2 months ago in May. My car was a total loss, they agreed to pay off $5,400 off my loan & i was guna pay the remaining balance on my loan. But they said i had to pay the difference first before they paid theyre part??? That already didnt make sense but i called my bank anyways to pay, my bank said NO they have to pay first & than you pay the remaining balance. So ive been calling them for the past month, my adjuster was ADAM SUAREZ ive left him voicemails, emails, called him multiple times & waited HOURS on the line. The answering machines take forever to get you threw the line & you can barely understand what theyre saying. I waited a total of 2.5 hours on the phone tryna get my case handled today just so nothing can get resolved. They said my adjuster was busy with a customer & he would call me back right after. Well that never happened. Second time they do this to me. & since its been so long ive had to keep making payments on a car thats a total loss !!?? I need to take legal action at this point.
